  Windows XP sp3 with IE6. All updates applied excluding this last batch with the numbers you mention, except for two of them.

  I can tell you that, just as usual, the yellow icon was present when downloading these updates were. Then he disappeared after that that they have been fully downloaded.

However, at the start of my PC tonight the Automatic Update icon (yellow) was actually download updates once more and things work like they are supposed to. After the download, the icon shows the balloon which informs you that you have updates available and when I clicked on the icon it was admissible and that it took me to the menu as usual at the.
  Then, I tested several updates in the menu of the AU and downloaded. They were installed properly and allow them left unchecked the icon stay in the tray as usual.

  Hello Amsuko, the "+ add to Firefox" button on addons.mozilla.org and similar sites is just a normal static element on the website. Web sites do not have the ability to query what extensions a user has already installed (it would probably be considered as a violation of privacy / security). When you install an add-on that is already present on your system, it will simply not be replaced...

  I could solve the problem by creating a USB bootable from the downloaded file. DMG file (which is still too too complicated).

  In disk utility, add a USB and delete all content. Once this is done, you can double-click on the dmg to mount the adobe files. From there, you can return to the disk utility, and go into the second part of the now deleted USB (probably without title if you don't rename). Click on restore and select the CD to restore from (I'm on El Capitan beta, a few different stages so that it is). It takes a bit to restore, but once it's done, you can launch the installation of the usb now.

  Surprised, I can install both CS4 and CS5.5 downloads, simply not CS5, which is what leads me to believe that the file is buggy if it is not started from a disk.

  I don't know what really is the 'Creative cloud' app, except that it's apparently something new tonight. I tried several times up to now, and I always get the opinion of 'Installation failed'.

  Other new applications CC have downloaded and installed properly.

  There is a link "More details." under "Installation Failed" (in the App Mgr) notice, but it goes only on a VIRGIN webpage.

  Leave your existing Adobe Application Manager and re-launch. It will be updated with the new creative cloud application and then you'll see the CC apps for download.

  In case you are a new user, go to creative.adobe.com and try to download apps from there and it will in turn download the new installer from creative cloud and install the desired applications.

  Install the latest applications CC and check if it works very well.

  Let us know in case of problems.

  When I go to control panel > Add Remove Programs: adobe reader 9.1.3 is 138 MB and when I click on remove this product: the patch package could not be opened.  Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package.

  I understand that you have downloaded macOS Sierra, but are not able to install it, because you are told that the download was corrupted. In a situation like this, the next step would be to remove existing installation application download and re - download.
