Installation of blackBerry Smartphones Internet problems

Can someone advise me on how to set up my email accounts?  Whenever I click on the e-mail (under Setup) accounts, I have nothing happens.  I don't see even the installation of the company which I use.  I had this previously on Rogers and now just change over Fido.

In manage connections > Services status, what is the status of the BIS? If it is not connected, so you must work with Fido to solve this problem. For example, if Rogers do not properly release their BIS BB PIN, then Fido will not be able to create a BIS account. More even, if Fido does not natively support your specific model of BB, then there will be additional challenges.

Sometimes to remove and reinstall the configuration of Email application can help also (assuming that the two BIS voices are otherwise properly functioning and operation on Fido).

You also should have carried out a thorough CLEANING on your BB under shifting carriers.

    Open your browser > press the Menu key > Options > clear your browsing data (check all the) then click clear Now.After that do a reboot Simple as this device while is powered on remove the expectation of the battery for a min. and then re - insert again wait until the device take a long restart.

    I ' am in UK and bought a BlackBerry Storm 9530 on ebay a month ago. I did check with the provider that is 3 network and everything was fine and the internet was really great.

    After two weeks and it has been a week now I don't have any internet connection such as a sudden. BlackBerry internet icon is gone. I tried the battery pull, but the icon is displayed only after a few minutes and then disappeared again. Can someone please help me solve this problem?

    Do you receive data on your device?  Don't you see1XEV or EDGE?  I sent you a PIN message and it seems not be soon.  Try doing a battery pull to register on the network from this moment I am showing that you do not get the coverage of the data.  You may need to call your carrier to get back on the data network.

    I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

    (1) registry HRT

    • Please wait a 'registration' message reach your Messages application

    (2) remove and return Service directories

    • KB05000 Remove the maintenance book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account in the BlackBerry smartphone
    • If you do not have access CMIME, continue deleting
    • KB02830 Send the directories for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    • Please wait "the Activation' Messages, one per already configured e-mail account, arrive in your Messages. If you have not already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.

    (3) restart to take batt

    • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

    I hope that will move things again for you! If not, then you should try remove and re-add your BIS configuration for these accounts.

    Sometimes a simple restart battery pull is able to solve this problem, but always on your home screen, open the main Message box > highlight a day say today > press the Menu key > click Mark read beforehand. Finally, perform a restart battery pull by removing the battery while your device is turned on, wait a minimum then reinsert back. After the reboot, see if the problem resolves.

    OK, so I've tried everything to try and solve my problems but have not been able to do. I hope that someone here might be able to help!

    First of all, I have accidentally hidden a picture by checking the "hide" field Now how do get it back you? I had a couple of my friends with the same phone try and figure that out it and they were not able. Anyone know?

    Second, when I choose a picture to my desktop wallpaper, it shows in a larger version in the upper left corner of the image. I me remember when I was picked as my background wallpaper, the image I have zoomed in on it before asking, but used the 'back' button to remove the zoom feature. It looks ok on the screen but define it the paper painted like the zoomed image in. Now, it doesn't matter what image I chose, I get in the top left corner, zoom appears on my paper painted - although it seemed normal before asking.

    I am frustrated trying to understand these two themes out, so any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

    Please try this sequence:

    (1) to remove from your BB AppWorld

    • KB10040 How to view or delete applications on a BlackBerry smartphone

    I have problems with internet on my blackberry curve 8520. I still get emails and bbm still works but my browser is not loading pages. The blue bar takes over completely, but the web page will never - open it's just stuck on the loading screen. Whenever I would try to resemble something upwards using the internet from my blackberry it woud still say something about the subscription. In addition, for messages there it would not allow me to send stuff only save drafts for her, that's why I used the SMS and MMS text to work around my messages. So PLEASE someone please help me understand this problem!

    The part of your contract with your operator voice covers some elements:

    • Voice
    • Voicemail
    • SMS/MMS
    • (I'm not sure - T-Mobile can give you the full list)

    The data item for your contract covers other elements:

    • Internet browser
    • E-mail
    • Applications that require internet access
    • (I know - T-Mobile can give you the full list)

    You will only receive what you contract for services. So, if you don't have a data contract with T-Mobile, you won't get these services.

    Contact T-Mobile and find out what your policy covers. If it covers the services to which you do not have access, it must be changed (since you're already paying for it). If it does not cover data and that you want these services, then you must add to your contract (for the $$$ they will charge).
