  My Photosmart 2575 printer can print the self-test and Windows, but most of the time when I use eprint to android, either phone or tablet, it loads the document and then reports the transport jam. It almost seems like eprint sends a command to the printer is not exoecting. How can I fix?

  The HP Photosmart 2570 series is not supported by the HP ePrint software, so you may experience problems.

• Photosmart 2575: For printer download HP Solution Center "retired"?

  Recently performed a clean install of Windows 10 (starting from Windows 7) and lost the HP Solutions Center. I had already installed the Solutions Center HP on this system that recently (maybe about three months ago) and had no problem finding the correct downloads for my Photosmart 2575. Now, it seems the 2575 is on the list of retirees, and HP provides more support.

  Solution Center did not come with my original packing, and I have only been aware of it recently while searching for a better way to scan images (direct to PDF vice using Word to convert an image file to PDF). Completely disappointed that this ideal solution to my needs was "retired" in the space of a few months. Is there a work around or download available?

  It seems to happen because of the KB3132372 affecting Adobe Flash Player and therefore affect the HP Solution Center that relies on Flash.

  BLAH, the Control Panel, select uninstall a program, click on view installed updates and delete KB3132372.

  Reboot your PC and try to open the HP Solution Center.

• leak in photosmart 2575

  I had a leak of black ink in the printer behind and below the cartridge door.  Can someone tell me how to remove the support and clean up the leak?  I see nothing in my HPUser Guide.  I use Jettec HP337 cartridge.

  Hello! Welcome to the @fieldrunner forums.

  There are no instructions on how to remove the stand from the ink, only for your Photosmart 2575 ink cartridges. My best advice would be to remove the ink cartridges and do your best to reach and clean the ink with a cotton swap, moistened with mineral water (free). Make sure that the printer is turned off and unplugged as well.

  If it is an ongoing problem, I would recommend then call HP directly to see about a replacement or to trade in the printer, if it's an option.

• Incompatible error Photosmart 2575 color cartridge

  I'm trying to settle a problem with printer Photosmart 2575 of my daughter.

  Operating system: Windows 7 64-bit

  Printer: HP Photosmart 2575 (Malay), MY65N1119Q, Q7211L

  She needed a new color cartridge and was sold a 344 HP cartridge, who had told him was compatible with his printer and cartridge replaces the original 342. The problem is rejects him by saying that it is NOT compatible with the Photosmart 2575 printer cartridge. I checked online and note HP 344 cartridge IS compatible. I followed the suggestions on the help page, IE. re-installed the cartridge, cleaned the contacts of the cartridge, etc. without result; the printer always reports that the cartridge is not compatible.

  Replacement of the original cartridge (empty) the printer reports everything in order and try to print. Of course print documents of W & B is very good with the place empty color cartridge.

  Everyone knows about this problem?

  Does anyone know if there is a updated firmware for Photosmart 2575? If it is available I have not found it.

  I have to say that I'm pretty bummed. at nearly £ 30 once, it's an expensive way to discover the recommended HP print cartridge does not work!

  My Photosmart 2575 all in one printer 'number of copies' is stuck on 8 copies.  I have the number 1 everytime I go to print something. I can't seem to find where to go as she fixed to 1 copy.

• HP Photosmart 2575: HP Photosmart 2575 on Windows 10?

  I know that this unit is old and out of taking care of and so I realize that there is a very long shot, but I wonder if anyone has found a way to get a HP Photosmart 2575 network to work 10 (home, 64-bit) Windows?

  I did a clean install of WIndows 10 so no testament drivers on the system and Windows 'advance priner setup' or Install Wizard of HP printer was any use.  In desperation I tried the original media, but it is an o/s wither check and may not work.

  Any suggestions?

  This thread gives to think that a full reset can be done by disconnecting the power to the Photosmart 2575, then plug the power while pressing the keys 'Cancel' and 'OK '.

  I have a HP Photosmart 2575 all-in-one.  I get an error message that the transport is stuck, but when I opened the door there doesn't seem to be any jams.  I don't see anything in the way, and I can move the cart.

  I am using Windows XP Pro.

  Thank you for the information. At this point, printing a page and still get the error for carriage Jam message. I've included a link to another HP Forum post that you can try, "jam of transport will not be deleted. Please follow the steps described by Bob_Headrick.

  For half a page of printing, it starts printing the top of the page and then stops? You have to pull the rest of the page printing? Or it sounds like it is printing the rest of the page, but comes out blank?
