The USB cable and charger are all you need to get started.

Well, enjoy!   Palm 'pilots' were fantastic devices in their time.  I used to make the Beta tests for the company before it was bought by HP.

Be informed, you hold the technology 10 year.  It has no wifi and cannot use a standard SD card of 1 GB.

There are still thousands of free software available on the net.  http://en.softonic.com/Palm is a good place to look.

  • Computer is infected with trojan after installation of the software "Windows XP restore".

Original title: restore windows xp 'Advanced' purchasing options.

I had the hard drive, and restart errors.after of ram than a "windows xp restore" option appeared. I asked for the option "fix errors". Fixed some, she asked me to buy an advanced option. I bought and then all my problems seem to be resolved. My security software said it removes it a Trojan horse and I think it was related to this software. Anyone know if this is legitimate?

It is not legitimate, it is a fake anti-virus program and must always be treated as a malware, it's basically extortion-ware and they want you to buy. As you have purchased the advanced version, I would recommend cancelling the credit card immediately if they do not load any more things out there and see if you can get your money back.

I also recommend the online scan as Deb has suggested, if this does not work I would download malwarebytes www.malwarebytes.org, installation, update running, and run a scan full to make sure it's clean.

    I hope this helps.

  • Windows 7 can run on CPU Intel pentium 4 with 2.93 ghz speed?

The configuration of the system is:

Intel pentium 4 2.93 GHz, 1.2 GB of RAM.

Yes, it can, but if you can move it, I double the amount of RAM of 2 GB.

The 32-bit version of Windows 7 would be also sufficient for such a configuration.

    System requirements:

    * 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x 86) or 64-bit (x 64) processor

    * 1 gigabyte (GB) of RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)

    * 16 GB of disk space available (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)

    * Peripheral figure DirectX 9 with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

    The upgrade to Windows XP?

Please read these instructions carefully and completely before you begin installing Windows 7: there are important steps that you must follow to upgrade your PC from Windows XP to Windows 7 in order to preserve your files and settings.

Before you begin, you'll need to backup all your data to an external storage device, and you will need all the installation discs for the programs that you want to keep. Please make sure that you have an external hard drive (see details below).

More detailed instructions are available at windows.microsoft.com/upgrade-windows-xp. Here are the basic steps.

    1. start Windows Upgrade Advisor (windows.microsoft.com/upgradeadvisor) to see if there are known issues that may affect the installation and the question of whether you should install the version of 32 or 64 bit Windows 7.

2 back up your files and settings on an external hard drive using Windows Easy Transfer (windows.microsoft.com/windows-easy-transfer). If you do not have an external hard drive, you will not be able to use Windows Easy Transfer. Alternatively, you can copy the files you want to keep on a USB stick, CD or DVD.

    3. you will need to manually reinstall your programs, such as Microsoft Office, after I installed Windows 7. Gather the installation for your programs and all partner/license product key discs. You may be able to download programs from the Internet. For example, Windows Live Messenger can be installed from the download.live.com/messenger.

    4. Insert the Windows 7 DVD in your PC. When asked "which type of installation you want. Click on "Custom (advanced)."

    5. when Windows 7 is installed, use Windows Easy Transfer to restore your files and settings.

If you are not comfortable Windows 7 installation, check with a local retail or the services of the PC company store to see if they offer upgrade services.

  • I continued to have this message flashing on the screen "ERROR of LOADING of THE OPERATING SYSTEM" after the restart when loading the software Window XP.

    Original title: someone help please?

Working on my old computer, a pentium 4, card mother GA81PE1000, I continued to have this message flashing on the screen "ERROR of LOADING of THE OPERATING SYSTEM" after the restart when loading the software Window XP. After so many years, working on the construction of computer & repair, it's new to me.

So I checked the Microsoft Website for answers from people with the same problem in the past and apply their suggestions, nothing works... hard drive replaced, the changed value in the bios, did everything possible, still nothing works, phenomenal for me, please help me find an answer, thank you?

    Hello

    1. have you made changes on the computer before this problem?
2 - what you want to say that you receive this error message during the installation of Windows XP?

Check to see if the following is useful.

Method 1: Disconnect all devices non-essential connected to the computer and restart. Check to see if it boots normally.

Method 2: You may need to check the settings of the BIOS (Basic Input\Output System). Check if the hard drive is detected. If this is not the case, check the physical connections. Refer to the manual to check the same.

    Warning of the BIOS:

BIOS change / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

Installation of some software requires the admin password, I've ever used.

Until this two apps will not install on Windows Vista PC, without admin password.

Ever need before and it's been several years that laptop has been obtained.

    Never needed before.

One is an upgrade of the software that did not before.

    Any ideas?

Installation of App still requires a user account to be an administrator. If you are not currently logged as long as administrator, then you need to switch to an administrator account. Otherwise if you are currently on an Admin account, there could be some problems as to what may cause this.

Can you provide information on the following:

1 when was the last time you were able to install something in your PC?

    2. have you made any changes to the computer?

  • HP Pavilion DV 6000: MAX RAM taken in charge by DV6000 Intel Pentium T2060

Hi, I have had this laptop for many years and installed windows 7 32 bit in it. I got 2 GB of RAM (modules 1GBx2) one of my ram is burned. Now, I wanted to update its ram more far. Can this laptop support module 2 x 2 GB RAM and 4 GB of RAM? This laptop has Intel Pentium T2060, and I want to know if this upgrade is supported. I can even buy new windows if 4 GB of RAM is possible because I think that 4 GB is not supported by 32 bits, I'm right?

    Hello:

It depends on what BIOS version works on your laptop.

HP has removed links to all previous version BIOS updates and only has the last listed.

If I remember correctly, I think that your laptop must be executed v F.25 find to install 2 x 2 GB memory in your laptop.

The problem is that if you're not, you can't update the BIOS because you are under W7 and the flash is only good for Vista.

If you Flash the BIOS in windows 7, you won't have to worry about the amount of memory your laptop can run because you need a new laptop computer.

If you have BIOS F.25 v or more recent version installed, you can install 2 x 2 GB memory, but you will not have to use all 4 GB.

Probably between 3 and 3.25 GB will be usable, but at least it will run in DDR mode as you sync capabilities.

The laptop processor can run a 32-bit operating system.  It is capable of 64-bit No.

And it wouldn't matter anyway.  Even if you had a T7200 in there you would still only get to use the same GB 3 - 3.2 even with a 64-bit operating system.

Your laptop uses memory DDR2 PC5300.

    Hi @Hayababy,

I see that you have any problems, install the printer on the computer. I will definitely do my best to help you.

When do you receive the error, before connecting the USB cable or when connecting it or after?

Probably something is interfering with the installation. I have provided a few steps to try.

Perform a clean boot on the computer and disable the Antivirus software. How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

    Then run the installation.

If the error is after you have connected the USB cable, please follow these steps:
