  I'm an admin for our Organization.  We have a number of clients and one of them uses Adobe sign and is configured as a group.  When the users of the group responsible for the document templates, they gave the permissions for the entire organization.  Now a couple of users in this group are inactive and are more employees of the client.  How do I give permission to someone else in this group to change and/or remove templates?  I am preparing for another client to use Adobe Control Panel and will put them up as a separate group.  The problem is that they can consult the documents of their direct competitor.

  I've dealt with this for months and months, and it drives me crazy. I have my email from Comcast (IMAP) account as my email account (accessible via Macbook Pro running El Capitan and my iPad), and whenever I turn the e-mail or the computer wake from mode standby, he asks my Mail password (Comcast). I can't do this because even when you type the parental email address in the password recovery, it does not recognize because because it is inactive. I need a Windows Live technician to reactivate the account and I don't know if I should put the email address of the account here for security reasons. My other question is also if you can't reactivate can you switch parental permissions to another account.

• Last updated to IE8 has crippled my internet access. IE8 is now "expires" and does not display the number of pages.

  Internet exployer time out and don't load pages with java, flash, or redirects after the last update, "Security update for Internet Exployer 8 ' Pages will be 'time out' with the page to"diagnose connection problems ". (a constant joke that IE8 will expire)
  I tried to uninstall the update, but still need settings that are the cause of the problem. I reset IE8 by default, deleted and reinstalled java and flash and still no luck. I can't access a lot of pages now. I have the latest version and updates of Norton Internet security, no virus or threats and can not find the problem. It's something that the last update has changed in my system.

  If you are using Windows 7, I suggest to run the troubleshooter for Internet Explorer and check to see if it helps you to solve the problem.

  To run the Internet Explorer troubleshooter, follow these steps:

  1. close all programs.

  2. click on Startand then click Control Panel.

  3. under system and security, click on find and fix problems.

  4. in the left pane, click view all.

  5. click on Internet Explorer Performance. This opens a new window.

  6. click Next.

  7. the resolution of the problems run and try to solve all the problems identified automatically. Click close.

  It depends on your network, there'S no connection.  For example, it could certainly happen to a user who was logged only under that user.   However, in this case instead of completely disconnected the first account you could probably have the first account log out and hang up the connection.  Then the second account probably could dial and connect.  FWIW, I think a DSL PPPoE user might see similar symptoms.

  Normally, you must have set a wireless router with a password to the wireless network using the wireless network that you have set up in your home.

• My office has just done a repair XP after a hardware change and now all user accounts have disappeared and he asks the administrator password when connecting!

  The biggest problem, outdoors is not be able to sign more, is that the engineering calculation software is locked to this PC. It can be installed anywhere else without having to pay for a VERY new (I think that thousands of dollars) expensive key or a new version of the software.

  I believe you can use a UBCD4Win CD or Hiren Boot CD to locate and right click on the files you want to change. And then, if you properly in your repair facility, you change the attributes after you're done.

  I am running Thunderbird and Firefox (latest versions) on two laptops Toshiba, a running Windows 7 and other Windows 8.1. I use it all the time so it is impossible to inactivity, and I use the same account for at least five years. I had no problem with the Charter and all is well with them, as far as I know. I did nothing to change a parameter, period. The same thing happens with two laptops, so it's probably a problem with an operating system. I was able to send an email from my Thunderbird account to my Gmail account and just to see what would happen that I answered this email only to bounce back to Gmail as being a recipient not valid. My Thunderbird account is my email address and I guess what I usually get is now bouncing back, and I need these emails to pass through. Why can I send and receive not is beyond me. I hope someone can give me an idea what to do. I'm no computer expert, and frankly talk tech confuses me, so please, be gentle.
