iPad not recognized by PC

Hello!

I have a major problem that lasts for months now.

My iPad Pro 12 "cannot be recognized my Windows 10 PC when I plug. I do not even invited to approve the computer.

I get an error, 'device descriptor request failed (code 43)' as it appears in the list of devices, but only as a yellow triangle.

I tried pretty much everything I could, and so did Apple Care.

I called them a month ago and the Lady gave all his suggestions

on checking Apple Mobile Device Driver, their uninstall and reinstallation

reinstall iTunes, Hello, and so forth.

I get an error that the device cannot start when I manually install the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver,

"This device cannot start. (Code 10) »

She asked for a picture of my computer system, and in an update a few weeks ago, she informed me that the engineers will be take in depth look, so it'll be awhile before they finish. My case is still open.

I also tried to plug it into the computer while holding the home button and without success. Same mistakes.

However, the strange thing about this, is that I can not connect iPhone sister 6 more smoothly.

I tried using a different cable, cable, Apple, not off of the brand, and it still does not work. I had Apple Care know this.

If the iPhone can connect to the computer without problem, shouldn't the iPad as well?

All I can see on the iPad is a Flash next to the battery icon when I plug it in, or sometimes it says "no charge". I also tried all the USB ports.

Basically, I'm looking for any additional intelligence. Is the problem with my computer? What is my iPad? Is - this two?

Thank you all in advance!

Hello

You need start the iTunes program before connecting the iPad. You connect in sleep mode and should not wake him up. ITunes should recognize and be prompt, or display an iPad icon so that you can open. When you're connected, you control the synchronization, backups, etc via iTunes.

The error that you have demonstrated should only occur if you try to connect without iTunes running. iPad is not a USB device, Windows does not know what do with it.

I found that if it becomes necessary to use time machine to return to an earlier existence to reinstall the iphoto library, if for some reason, you lose lose, then when you try to synchronize your ipad is not recognized by the computer.  So when you try to synchronize the pictures, they are all removed from the ipad and trying to reinstall everything again.

This may or may not work immediately.  In my case, only half the photos have been installed, and then the error message came that the rest of 9000 can be installed.

I contacted Apple support team who has made various suggestions.  Subsequently clicking on a photo list in iTunes were all going again and pictures of 9000 then installed.  When I asked the support team what could happen I was told that it was a "glitch".  I don't like seeds they mean that there could be an error in coding somewhere.

Here me again.  I use an iMac and iPad.  I don't know why XP and iPhone came.

Well well, boring as usual, he does not work for some reason any.

Try to send a few photos from my iPad to my MacBook, the MacBook is not recognized by the iPad. The other way around is not a problem, I can see my iPad stated on the record of AirDrop on the MacBook and the transfer also works well in this direction.

I tried several solutions, obv. Turning the air drop / disable / Bluetooth / Wifi, reset the settings on the iPad, iPad and MacBook reboot of the network, and so on, nothing works.

The point is, maybe a month ago, everything worked perfectly in both directions, MacBook release the iPad and iPad to MacBook, just as I didn't expect. What I suspect, that is, after updating both devices with the latest operating system software, it probably stopped working as well.

I can do to fix that? I just want to send you some pictures of the iPad for the MacBook using airdrop.

  • ID of Touch not recognized

on 9.3.1 iPhone 6 after a few uses, Touch ID is not recognized and I have to enter my fingerprint again. It's the last numbers.

Contact ID can sometimes be difficult. Moisture or debris can make a malfunction. I suggest the Home Cleaning button gently and then re-entering several fingerprints again. If this does not help, it may be defective and you may need to take the phone to an Apple Retail Store for evaluation.
