  • computer laptop didn't shutdown + other problems

Hi there, do not know if this was published in the correct area, but I'm buying a new HP Pavilion dv6-6023TX, (it was yesterday (7.1.2012)) everything was fine - he started and "preparing the Office for first use" as expected.

I then connect to my home wifi and install Skype and the Web (test the audio beats on the laptop - visiting Youtube) However, when I decided to stop the laptop (that I'm about to go out) I discovered that the laptop has no stop - well initially its look like its closing, however screen shutdown of windows 7 everything just to stay there from what I see on the screen, the thing turns yet so I hope this isn't like its frozen or anything.

I power off the laptop computer (holding the power button down) and restarted the laptop to see if the problem is just once. but the laptop turns off not

After the third attempt, I decided to install the 61 Windows Update (as she appeared in the notification area) but the problem continues.

I do not know if these other problems are related to the closed issue but I also meet.

-J' also discovered that the cell phone doesn't work any usb thumb drive removable disk/hard drive (formatted in NTFS) on plug usb 2.0 or 3.0.

-my keyboard and mouse bluetooth could be picked up by the built-in bluetooth, however, windows does not attempt to install it.

Sorry for the grammatical errors and message long post, Please help! I'd rather not force the laptop to stop whenever I decided to stop.

Thanks for the quick response... I created recovery disks, but it was not necessary. because the laptop was purchased recently, I hand the store for an Exchange - they did not find any problem with the laptop and told me that they don't trade him because they think that it was no problem.

Back home, I found out what was causing the problem, it was windows update (for some reason any). I noticed this desire to drive removable USB to recognize if they are inserted in the usb slot when windows starts up. the closure was not a problem if I don't connect to any windows first user account. -It also a problem after I connect quickly and stop as well.

After looking at the specs of the laptop, I noticed that it was not the installed operating system to service pack 1, (Harvey Norman (the store where this notebook was the purchase of) scored the operating system like windows 7 Edition home premium SP1.) If after installing the service pack 1 update (no do not by windows update help - failed 3 times) shut down the computer normally laptop with USB devices so that the bluetooth mouse + keyboard to recognize and installed.

so with Service pack 1 is installed, the problem was solved.

  • Start A60 after cleaning of the ATI drivers problem

Hi, as the vast part of PC Toshiba laptop with ATI card users installed, I had been experiencing problems with the "blue screen", "recurring loop." Look for example at http://forums.computers.toshiba-europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=9411&messageID=33486#33486

I tried different approaches and managed to reduce it to crashing weekly or biweekly. I must have stopped improving, but has decided to never happen and found somewhere a radical solution: to wipe completely all traces of ATI drivers by some driver cleaner, restart and install brand new from ground zero. Well, he stopped boot at all. Normally, in 'the last working configuration', or 'safe mode '... It gives for an instant Windows logo glitters even more short with a blue screen and goes immediately to restart...

Is there anything I can do about it without reinstalling Windows and losing my data?
    Thank you very much!

    Hi Dimitri

Connect the HARD drive to the other PC (using the USB HDD) and try to copy all the data to the main PC.
Replace the portable HARD drive and preinstall the operating system using the recovery media.

On this way you will have own OS and save your time and nerves.

    Good bye

  • HP 15 notebook pc i5 5200u: graphics drivers problem

Hello!   I have reinstall my win 7 64 bit yesterday, all my drivers installed successfully but I had a problem with my 820 m NVIDIA graphics driver and HD graphics driver which does not although I installed it successfully when I go into the Device Manager, it shows that I have installed the graphics driver of 820 m, beside it When I go to dxdiag option it shows only standard VGA graphics card! Here, I have attached the image, kindly help me!  I'll be thankuful.

The following driver is about the softpaq NVIDIA Windows 1 (64-bit) for the graphics of your laptop.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp69501-70000/sp69627.exe

The following softpaq is for the Intel HD graphics card

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp69501-70000/sp69588.exe

Since you have an NVIDIA discrete graphics adapter installed for switchable graphics, it is indeed different, this one with an AMD graphics adapter.

Your drivers can be installed separately. First, install the NVIDIA driver.

  • Satellite Pro L300-PSLBDE (Windows 7 drivers & problems)

    Hello

I just installed Windows 7 on the laptop, when I checked the drivers download page I couldn't find Windows 7 drivers, although all other submodels in the L300 (PSLB9E-PSLBHE/PSLB1E) Branch have Windows 7 drivers listed for version 32 & 64, so what gives?

I need especially the driver webcam, Windows 7 almost everything automatically identified except that I don't mind a pilot wireless network adapt (realtech) given that the Wireless does not work / connect anything I don't try, no idea why.

I download the driver for the Cam for a different model and test on the lappy if it works so very well, and I hope someone can help me with the problem also wireless.

    Hello

I think that the Toshiba is under driver version. This means that every day more and more drivers are published
Maybe you should just wait until the drivers would be released

On the other hand, you can try some drivers released for other series from Toshiba that some unique drivers should work because the pieces of equipment are not really different

PS: Here you can find the Wlan driver:

  • HP Pavilion g6-1251er: HP Pavilion g6-1251er GT520M Windows 10 drivers problem

I have a problem with my HP Pavilion laptop g6-1251er after update on windows 10.

It doesn't have drivers for graphics GT520M. All new drivers cause the error code 43.

    I tried everything:

    (1) update windows driver 10 - code 43

(2), all versions of drivers to win 10 on Nvidia Site - code 43

    (3) driver from the HP Support assistant - code 43

If I return the system to windows 7 my GT 520 M is ok, but only with the driver from the HP site, but this driver is very old - date of 2011.  all new drivers for win 7 from the nvidia site does not not code 43.

    Please solve this problem.

I have seen there is a W8 driver.

Try the same method with this and see if you get better results...

This package provides the driver that allows the graphics from NVIDIA high definition (HD) in the notebook models that are running an operating system supported. If the video output high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

    Hello:

According to the specifications of product for your laptop, this should be the correct graphics driver you need that installs the switchable graphics drivers the Intel and AMD...

This package provides the AMD graphics driver high definition (HD) and Catalyst Control Center for models of laptop computers that are running an operating system supported. For laptops equipped with switchable graphics modes, this package contains the drivers for the two graphics (GPU). Switchable graphics allow users to switch between a graphical power mode (normally used under the power of the battery) and a mode of graphics performance. If the video output high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

  • Dell Inspiron laptop, Windows Vista Factory restore problems :(

Hi, I'm a poster first. My computer knowledge is empowered moderate, so please cut me some slack! I hope someone can help me, I would be very happy.

I have a Dell Inspiron laptop computer and the operating system Windows Vista 32. I recently tried a factory restore. I wish that I would have looked at this site before I tried.

I finished the factory restore, but I think that I made a mistake. I have saved all the files except my music files, because I didn't think anything was important. I'm stoopied. Now, when I try to use my computer is a few things wrong with it.

1 there is no way to connect to or even to recognize a wireless network. I have one in my house who previously worked a lot with my computer. When I use windows to diagnose the problem: "this computer has an adapter installed and configured wireless device." If I click on the button that says "install wireless networking equipment and verify that the correct drivers are loaded. Up is a window "Solve driver problems" which is almost useless.

    2. when I try to run a program, for example already installed windows Mah Jong Titans, on the computer I get this message: "exceleration material is either disabled or not supported by your video card driver, which could slow down the performance of the game. Good so my video card is not well configured. Now that I look, the resolution looks really different than before. Kind of a blur. I use my computer to run the music production software so I don't know that this is going to work.

    3. I have the DVD of re-installation of the operating system. I also have the CD of resources that contains all of the drivers (or other.) I can't load the drivers, or even knowing which ones I should install.

I guess that I just want to know what I do to recover my computer at 100%. I hope that my problem is not too broad or too specific, but I hope some feeling there out a pain and can help out me.

    THANKS IN ADVANCE

    -nick

OK, the factory restore (takes 10 minutes) is less work because everything is done and you do not have to load drivers or utilities. In any case, it is easy to do and you have all that on the drivers and utilities CD. There might be a few steps on the CD, but you can download Dell. Once you have reinstalled Windows back post and I'll tell you the order in which to load your drivers. To do this: equip your Windows DVD. Everything that comes close to her. Restart the computer. As soon as you see the Logo Dell press F12. You will see the start page. Select your drive (should already be highlighted) and press ENTER. Press a key, install now, accept licenses, instructions are not always the same for each computer, depends on your configuration. Take your time, follow the instructions carefully. You must delete all data from your hard drive (C :) and the NTFS file system format. Also delete (D :), it's where is the factory restore.) You can post back if you arrive at a page (just stop there and wait for my reply) you don't understand.

  • Win 7 64 bit and Z22 synchronization with the Aceeca drivers problem

Toshiba Satellite A205 desktop Acer Win 7 64, Palm Z22

I have 2 computers (desktop and laptop) running win 7 64.  I was happy when I came across the message that a pilot had been created for the 64-bit version.  I followed the instructions and my office to synchronize with my Z22 - works great!  I'm having a problem with the laptop.  It is a little more and was vista forms upgraded to Win 7 64.  I downloaded the Palm desktop program and followed the Setup instructions for the Aceeca drivers.  When I try to Synch - it hangs to sync to Addit - 9 of the 12 completed.  Program office (on the laptop) actually hangs and I have to use the Task Manager to close it.  It says address book has been done, but nothing appears.  I deleted all the software (office and drivers) and reinstalled 3 times and I get the same problem.  I'm only really interested in my address book.  I suppose I could use an export/import from the desktop to the laptop with a flash drive, but I would like to be able to synchronize the phone with the Z22.  Device manager incicates the unit is running correctly on both computers.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance for any help.

Go to the Hotsync Manager and change the setting of conduit for Addit ' doing nothing '.

Addit has been dead for many years now.

  • I want to format my laptop, but there is a problem.

I want to format my laptop because the drivers failed - I tried all other solutions, but not in vain. The only solution is to format the device, but the problem is - there is no OS disk.

I've already contacted Microsoft about this, and they said I need to contact the manufacturer to provide an operating system, because it is an OEM version.

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15R N5510 (early 2011) with the warranty already expired - and because of that, I had trouble navigating around the Support Page, so I decided to go here instead.

Can someone help me with this problem? I just can't use my laptop the way that I've used it before and I really want to do and race with a format of fees. Please help, thanks.

You can try to make a USB recovery with Dell Backup and Recovery to the latest version and make a bootable USB key:

    1. get the latest version of Dell backup and restore:

    https://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=7yOz10Y8GCE

    http://www.Dell.com/support/contents/UK/en/ukdhs1/article/product-support/self-support-knowledgebase/software-and-downloads/Dell-backup-solutions/Dell-backup-and-recovery

    2. make a bootable USB:

    https://www.YouTube.com/watch?v=hu6jx-QG7xE

    3. attach securely to wiping with DBAN (optional):

    http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/securely-wipe-your-hard-drive-with-dariks-boot-and-Nuke-DBAN/

    4. restoration of the Bootable USB key:

    http://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/Dell-backup-and-recovery/restoring-from-a-system-recovery-bootable-USB-legacy-BIOS-Windows-7/

If it does not work. Microsoft completed the single official source of the downloadable Windows 7 installation media for OEM license and has replaced with a non-functional tool that requires the intervention of a retail product key and rejects all OEM Dell product key a couple of weeks.

You will need to call Dell technical support to get a Dell Windows 7 reinstallation DVD.
