Laptop stuck on the screen to "prepare the AutoFix.

My laptop HP a few months came pre-installed with windows 8. When I tried to start it this morning it came with the screen to "Prepare the automatic repair" and is pasted on it. It is not off or change to a different screen as "scan your computer. I'm sure that it does not start in safe mode by pressing f8 or shift + f8, Ive tried several times. I don't know what to do because it's just stuck on the same screen "prepare auto repair.

This is not a good thing. The long test. Post the results here.

The result of the test is indicative of a hard disk failure requiring the replacement of the hard disk.

Contact HP for a replacement under warranty hard drive. You will need the failure status code providing for the drive test hard when you contact HP.

It's time to find your set of recovery disks. You will need to install the operating system and the software that came with your laptop.

Best regards
ERICO

  • Pavilion 15-P008TX: laptop stuck in the loop of continuous reset

    Please someone help me. My phone was messed up since I've updated.

    This all started when I got a notification of update to windows 8.1. It was all good until the next day when I started it up and it wouldn't pick up any Internet connection, even though I knew that my router was working as I could get Internet access on my mobile. I went to the network and sharing Center and he said he was disabled so I right click on it to enable. After I clicked it, my laptop has a blue screen and came up with the following message will appear something like this: we had a problem, we collect some error information, and we will restart your device.

    So, it restarted and I tried to re activate the network again and it's the same thing. After about 5 tries the occurrence of thing kept rebooting. I didn't know what to do so I thought to just restore the laptop. I did it and now it's just in this reboot loop continuous blue screen. I can't even log in window, it just keeps going to the blue window, then restarting.

    This is a new laptop, not even 6 months and he was going well until I was told to update. I think just taking in the repair center that I have warranty and I feel as if I can't fix it myself that I can't in my real desk.

    Hello

    I suggest to boot from Windows Vista DVD and run the Startup Repair tool and check.

    Startup Repair: corrects some problems, such as missing or damaged system files that may prevent Windows from starting correctly. When you run the Startup Repair, it scans your computer for the problem and then tries to fix it so that your computer can start correctly.

  • Cannot print with ANY printer - Vista on Asus laptop stuck in the "printing" with no response

    Hey,.
    After reading some of the forums I found people with problems similar to mine, but nothing quite the same thing: whenever I tried to print anything at all for my laptop Asus runnin vista Basic, the dialog box to spool print comes up with 'impression', but there is no response from the printer... check ink levels etc is fine so it seems to be a connection between the printer and the computer, but nothing prints. Then when I try to cancel the printing of the first job on the list always jams and I have to restart the app to even print spooler can try again... after that sifting through newspapers, the only perceptible link between impression and mistakes was the following error:

    Log name: System

    Description:
    The print spooler has not reviewed the Samsung CLP - 310 Series printer driver package for Windows NT x 86 environment. Win32 system 2 error code (0 x 2). This can happen after an upgrade of the operating system or due to loss of data on the hard drive. The print spooler will try to rebuild the driver information from the driver store, which is where the drivers are saved prior to installation. No user action is required.

    Printing a test page for the printers in question themselves is no problem, and both work with other computers... models; Samsung CLP-310 & HP Deskjet 2100 series... This problem becomes very frustrating and I hope someone has an answer that can rectify the problem... just about the system I'm running, every update from windows update has been installed, the computer running a multitude of third party programs that a Samsung tech support Advisor advised could cause problems but a start secure with nothing else than to spool of printer running stuff does not seem to progress...

    I look forward to a solution if possible please write it 2 to

    Hey,.

    Thanks for your help... kind of 2 steps before if... I did a reimage with the CD boot ASUS as a person don't bother to give me a real vista CD, I was about to dual boot with XP and c If vista was the problem (glad that I na not wasting time on that), but that did not help at all... first of all 3rd party was installed the printer still gives me the same error... I thought it might be a cause of thing BIOS which was one of the only things left that has remained the same throughout the process... While on the site of asus looking for an update of bios thingy I fell in the forums where someone had the same problem (haha only cause I was searching by model number of the laptop for the update) , and it turns out that the solution is the following;

    Add text next to a NAME.reg file, then merge into the registry... do not know why it works, but here it is;

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\ {36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}]
    "UpperFilters" = -.

    after it with what there good work... as I said I don't know why, maybe you could shed some light on it for the love of someone of another import delayed printer problems... Bravo and thanks again,
    James

  • Satellite T130 - stuck on the loading screen - new hard drive required

    After a message on the screen saying back up your hard drive, it will fail quickly and pressing F1 it seems so stuck on the loading screen. I'm not too good with computers. I just have to buy a new hard drive to get the laptop working again, or is much more complicated than that. My guess is this one.

    Thanks in advance for any help provided

    The first question is: did you create recovery media (USB key)?
    If do not do this if for a long time your HARD drive works OK. original recovery image is saved on the HARD drive, but you must have it USB backup that you can use to install if the disk needs to be replaced.
    Do it as soon as possible. More info on what you can read in s operating manuals.

    What to do with the HARD drive? In my opinion if long as it works it has no reason to panic. Use your laptop as usual. If you notice some performance or more error messages problems I think that you should replace it.

    Replacing the HARD drive doesn't have to be so problematic. HARD drive cover must be placed in the lower corner of your laptop. The smallest is RAM and cotyledon should be for the HARD drive. Check it out.

    Before do you that this is remove the battery and unplug your computer laptop AC adapter / CC.

    If you have no experience with such things please don't made some risky step. You can damage something.
