  Hi all

  I tried (in vain) to sync my calendar on my Mac (iCal) with my BB storm. It appears to be sync and goes through all the motions, however, when I go to see my calendar on my Storm; shows nothing.

  Everyone knows about this problem? I searched for this advice, but couldn't find anything specific. Is this a problem that RIM is working?

  Ok... I don't want to answer my own questions, but I still have no idea what happened past. I advanced and loaded my Calendar iCal to Entourage (which I never use...) and sync my Entourage with the storm and now my jive of calendars. Why? I have no idea, but iCal did not work and Entourage did.

  It helped me for this problem...

  On your BlackBerry, go to the calendar, then press the Menu key, then select Options. You have a set that says 'Keep appointments' defined for a specified period.

  If so, you will need to change this at all never.

  Once I changed it, I did a rewrite of the BlackBerry sync (I use Missing Sync). Then a normal Sync worked well without deleting the old events.

• iCal doesn't sync iMac iPad iPhone

  I use the latest versions of El Capitan and IOS on my iPhone and iPad. Recently stopped sync iCal. I tried the manual backup of IOS devices in iTunes, but that has not helped.

  Try to go to iCloud.com to see if the elements are there and whether the device or the computer. That should indicate if the device or computer is not synchronizing. If the computer, try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop synchronization. Wait a few minutes, then recheck the timing. If the device, go to settings/iCloud and do the foregoing. You can also try connecting to iCloud and then reconnect.

  Update your computer OS.  iOS 9 requires iTunes 12.3 or higher, which is not compatible with OS 10.6.8.

  Has nothing to do with the bugs, and it's not for lack of Apple.  It has to do with the fact that you are using an operating system on your computer which is obsolete and is no longer supported.

• Strange sync problem blackBerry Smartphones

  I always managed to sync my BB PIM (AddressBook) ok since the AddressBook Mac PocketMac Sync Manager and Pocket Informant on the BB Pim. Without taking into account the basic rule of "when it is not broken don't fix it" I played a bit with Spanning Sync (iCal to Google Calendar) and GoogleSync (BB Pim to/from Google contacts). Basically, I found myself with a large number of entries duplicated in the BB Pim and when I tried to re sync with the PocketMac, to replace the device selected, nothing seemed to happen well he seemed to spend a lot of time to do something. I have only about 150 entries, and when I looked in the Pim BB under options/contact lists / default, it indicates that there are 407, but I can't see one of them. The question is how can I completely erase the list of contacts of BB Pim correctly? I tried to delete data by using the Desktop Manager, but it appears to have exacerbated the problem. I also tried to restore a previous backup, but that did not address list reappear either... Suggestions please... Thank you.

  That's exactly what I have a lot of other "things". Finally, I decided to reinstall the OS ver.247 and it cures the problem somehow and I was then able to use PocketMac to re sync iCal and the address book. I still don't understand Tho ' why restoring a previous backup, or remove the contents of the address book did not help... Main thing that everything works again. Thank you.

  Google Calander Sync works fine for me on Outlook 2007.  I have a client with Outlook 2003 that iGoogle as Sync works very well with both, but not in a virtual machine.

  Assuming that your VM has access to the internet (e.g.: in the virtual machine can get to calendar.google.com) then the probability is between Google and Microsoft Outlook.  Do not forget that you have entered your username and password correctly in Google Sync.  Right click on the Google Sync icon in the system tray, click on troubleshooting for go to Google troubleshooting Web page.  You can also check the logs of Google Sync.  'C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Google calendar Sync\logs' on Win7. So probably 'C:\Documents and utilisateur\Local Settings\nom Settings\Application Data\Google\Google calendar Sync\logs' on a WinXP machine, although I don't have a machine WinXP with Google Sync easily available.

  BTW, you can also sync iCal to Google Calendar so OSX.  http://www.Google.com/sync/Mac.html  For the most part, I stopped using Outlook once Google has this work.  Today, my Outlook on the PC is just to sync my Windows Mobile PDA and cell phones that can not synchronize with the Mac.

• iPhoto 9.5.1 (via iTunes) does not see pictures on my old iPod Touch

  I'm retiring from my old iPod Touch (2nd generation - iPod 2.1, 32 GB, A1288).   Specifically, I'm transferring all of the pictures of her.

  I use iTunes (12.3.2) on my MacBook (2.9 GHz Core i7 (I7 - 3520M), 750GB, A1278) performer of the Mavericks 10.9.5.

  iTunes did recognize the iPod and detects music, movies, Podcasts. (I don't have TV shows, books, or audiobooks on my iPod, so not sure if iTunes should detect those).

  However, iPhoto (9.5.1) only detects my Photos stored on the iPod. It is not the photo library, last import iPhoto, 12 months or one of my albums.

  These photos are inaccessible with this version of iPhoto?

• Error Pin device blackBerry Q10 during synchronization with MS Outlook

  Nice day

  Has obtained a Q10 a few weeks back.  Made the initial synchronization with Outlook and Contacts calendar with no problems.  In recent weeks (or maybe more) receive a "Synchronization failed" notice by the following:

  CPreferencesManager: Value of Configuration for/Preferences/Account_3_196609/DevicePin not defined in TransConfig.xml for translator RimBB

  No sync calendar or Contacts don't have stuck since initial (or whenever the error message looked) ie., changes/additions to the contacts and meetings.

  Any ideas?

  Salvation and welocome on the forums! There is no option on the BB which will allow that. Your carrier will have a call. You can have your carrier block these numbers. There is a free app called ICALLmanager that I use. It allows you to blacklist numbers, numbers unknown to send directly to VM, allows calls only from your address book and a do not disturb option where all calls are sent to the virtual computer.   the battery cables have all been replaced already and this has not changed the situation.

  Please let me know your thoughts, if possible a response today would be perfect.

  Based on your post. you are concerned about newspapers below:

  There is nothing to fear the newspapers above. This is quite normal.
  If you want proof check out this Cisco documentation, you can see that the 'see the platform stack buffer ports' shows.

  I have two computers (a desktop computer all-in-one DELL and HP laptop).  Log-in at once is my Microsoft account.

  PROBLEM: When I 'customize' screen on one, the same changes are made on the other.   It is not desirable.  How to avoid that, far from making a second Microsoft account?

  To clarify - the ICONS are not duplicated, just any changes made to the themes of office such as colors or backgrounds.
