  Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see you Hare having problems of quality audio and video on social media sites.

  I'm happy to help you with this. But first a few questions.

  What browser do you use?

  This problem happens only on social media sites or is it also at other times?

  How you wrote your message, I think understand that you don't have the same problems anywhere, either online, or play sounds or video files directly on your pc. This is the case, the problem is more likely to be linked to a certain type of problem of bandwidth on the site, or maybe something to do with the playback software that uses the site of social media or something related to your browser. Another possibility could be linked to the system resources of your laptop (not enough memory, too much process, that sort of thing)

  In the case of the bandwidth, it's more about the completely downloaded multimedia file on your computer first. • I downloaded with Firefox; Windows media player plugin decoder and when I go to play dvd, windows media player tell me that my computer doesn't have a decoder installed.

I cannot also watch videos on utube, etc in the list of programs in the plug of your is listed as installed.

• Windows media player error C00D1197, and I trying to activate all the protcals network and fix if all goes well. How?

  I have tried to resolve the error C00D1197 for months and ran into a field that says "to enable all network protocols.  How would I do that as this error comes up saying "Windows Media player cannot find the file.  If you try to read, burn or sync an item in your library, the element can point to a file that has been moved, renamed or deleted".  I try to rip and burn and can not and some music from the library has different songs on the album listed, but it plays ok.  A little help from a friend if you please.  TKS, Jimbo

  Sara: I suggest that you try to reset the media library. Note firstly reset the library will make you lose all play counts and ratings too. Then, follow these steps:

  -Restart the PC.
  -Click Start, type services.msc in the search field and press ENTER. In Services, locate the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service. If its status is started, double-click on the service and click on stop.
  -Click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft in the search field and press ENTER. This folder opens in Windows Explorer.
  -In this folder, delete the folder Media Player. If you do not see the folder, then it is probably hidden. Set Explorer to view the hidden files and folders and show protected system files.
  -Launch WMP, your library will have been reset and will be rebuilt. Check if the problem persists.

Then I saw a skin called 'come back' I don't not download but recalled seeing in my default skins that were already installed. Now, I spent over 3 hours to try each answer in the forums for this issue and not one worked for me. I am running Windows Vista Home Basic and I can't find a way to reactivate my skin so that I can use only skins working know is the company and changing the skin that caused the problem. I tried deleting and reinstalling all the skins again, but again does not help. I tried to do a right click on the skin to go to properties to activate as suggested in the forums, but when I right click on it nothing happens. So now I have like 20 downloaded skins but the only way that they work is if I download again and choose to view them, but if I try to change the playlist or switch to full mode then it goes to firm skin and I download it again to get the one I want. I am so frustrated with this problem which I think should be a very easy thing to fix, but nothing I try works. Please help me. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

  Alternatively, you can try to uninstall and reinstall windows media player and check:
  a. click Start and select Control Panel.
  b. click on programs and features.
  c. click on or turn off Windows features turn on on the left side.
  d. develop media features; Uncheck Windows Media Player.
  e. click Yes and OK to continue.
  f. restart the computer.
  WMP12 would be uninstalled now. Restart the computer.

  Note: If WMP12 is already disabled, follow the steps mentioned below:

  After the restart, follow these steps:

  a. click Start and select Control Panel.
  b. click on programs and features.
  c. click on or turn off Windows features turn on on the left side.
  d. develop media features; Check the Windows Media Player.
  e. click Yes and OK to continue.
  f. restart the computer.

  Follow these steps to remove corruption and missing/damaged file system repair or replacement.

  Run DiskCleanup - start - all programs - Accessories - System Tools - Disk Cleanup

  Start - type in the search box - find command top - RIGHT CLICK – RUN AS ADMIN

• Installation of ISE and ACS

  I have a problem to install ISE and ACS on VM server. Linux Redhat Enterprise is detected by the system when the iso file is selected.

  But some dependencies of the package are noticed as openssl kernel-devel or cisco...

  The installation will stop from print virtual daemon.

  Any help!

  OK, I recommend:

  1. check that all the VM gusts are configured to meet the required specifications (RAM, CPU, disk space, etc.)

  2 re - download the ISO file and try the installation again

  3. download and try OVA

• Cisco ISE and Meraki RADIUS

  I am very new to Cisco ISE and Meraki.  I try to get the Radius configuration for wireless authentication.  When I do a test of the Meraki to ISE, it passes.

  When I try to connect from my laptop, I look at the logs of the Radius and it passes; However, it does not connect me to good policy.  I keep hitting the default policy.  I have my Meraki police above the default policy in the strategy defined in article.  I have attached what looks like my strategy game.

  Devices does not really matter. Here is what I see when I create a device group (where you add the access point to this group), and then create the condition:

  And here is where I create the condition of strategy game and you should be able to select the Meraki access points:

  This will give you the condition similar to what I posted above. This is perhaps why you aren't hit that is not matching the condition for this game.

• ISE and AirWatch MDM integration

  I have been using ISE with the integration of AirWatch for over a year.  Recently, it seems that AirWatch has updated their certificates and now I can't get ISE and AirWatch to communicate.  I can access the AirWatch API URL through a browser, and I see that the browser uses TLS 1.2.     According to TAC, Cisco, ISE does not support TLS 1.2.  I have cases open with two TACS, but have yet to find a resolution.

  I have a client who had what sounds like the same issue.  It came down to AirWatch change the host he was using. It was a long journey to get to the right answer but when AirWatch changed host, things started working again.  It took several calls with AirWatch until someone had the idea to make this change.
