I tried following steps;

1 reset the IP configuration via the cmd line.

2. on the power management tab, unchecked the box that turns off the adapter when power save comes into play.

3. open Device Manager (Control Panel > system > Device Manager) naviguer navigate to network adapters, select the adapter used. Right-click > properties. Click the power management tab, and uncheck the box «Allow the computer shuts...» ». Click the Advanced tab, and then select the 'System Idle Power Saver' property. Set the value on the right to "disabled".

4.I have changed the computer laptop and not docking as well any results.

Thank you for your help in advance.

2. scroll down to the IP assistance service, right-click on it and select Properties
3. in the drop-down list box that says "Automatic" or "Manual", set it to disabled and then click 'apply '.
4. then click on "Stop" to stop the service from running in the current session
5. click on OK to exit the dialog box

Method 2:

You can also disable Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) components and check if this solves the problem.

See the link below and follow the steps mentioned in the article to disable IPv6:

  • Desktop computer does not display the computers on the network after waking from sleep.

Both computers work on Vista Home Basic. Problem started after computers, the router and a DSL modem has been turned off and unplugged. After the awakening of the day before, the Office would display only the router and the laptop, but the way that he could not establish. Initially, a reboot of the desktop computer has solved the problem.

Reset and re-installed the router. The three elements of the network were visible after the start, but IE 8 soon at the opening of the homepage. Again, after "standby" mode, only the router and the laptop displayed.

After additional restart, only the router is displayed. The laptop shows all three elements and accessing office files.

    Suggestions?
    Mike

    Hi Syed,

I did a full reset/reinstall the router, carefully following the manufacturer's instructions. Both computers are displayed in each of their respective lists of network, even after waking up from sleep mode.

    This issue is resolved.

    Thank you

Most likely, you will need to re-run the installation of the network.

Since you changed the encryption WPA2, the printer needs to know this!

I hope that people who have this problem in the future, you read this before you follow Ricky RockStars because he has mental health problems. After having seen his reply here and then others and it is how wildly incorrect, I did some research. I saw one of his messages on a forum from another site where he calls himself, "master of puppets" and he said he finds his answers on google. Dell isn't the only place to take responses at random to see if a stick, said. Apparently, he did that on ' yah * answers "and others, also. It is not a true expert, and instead of saying that he doesn't know, he barks just the random directions to try to solve problems or problems which can still be fixed, as it did here. He loves the power of the people who listen to him. He really has no idea what she's doing. He just googles your problem and tells you what it finds, as if he knew. The problem with is that if you have already done this, he will find the same wrong information makes you or even worse information as he did here. I saw a lot of his answers and about half are correct, 1/3 are wrong and just wasting peoples time, and the other 1/6 are harmful. Look at what happened here. He should have just said what I say below, but instead of that he had a back and forth for days because he loves control.  Seriously, I don't understand how Dell allows this to happen. It is everywhere in their forums, which gives bad advice, and using people as the 'puppets' in his weird game to control the actions of others.

    Here's the real answer:

Dell Vostro 3550 does not support WiFi 5 Ghz network connections. There is nothing you can do to address this problem in addition to changing the hardware (go out and buy a 5 GHz USB adapter).

  • Color LaserJet3505dn: Options for the network printer

We have a HP Color Laserjet CP3505dn installed (cable directly to the router) in a cable network that has 8 computers with a range of operating system Windows from Vista to 10. When I add this printer to each computer, network searching Windows detects the printer named with its IP address, but also finds the printer from the NP. Which should I use?
I've been using the IP address successfully but I noticed that when restarting the router, the IP address of the printer going on and I need to reinstall the printer on each computer. I also used the IP address because when I installed the designation of NP, I received the message "printer is out of ink" and nothing does not print. (Note: I use the manual control on the ink).
Ideally, I would like to install the printer once on each computer and the computer to find the printer on the network whenever the computer is restarted. How can I do this?

    > when the router is restarted, the evolution of the printer IP address...

This means that the printer is to get its IP via DHCP.

You could instead to configure the printer to use a static IP address (and 'reserve' this address in the router so that it's not getting assigned to another device when the printer is turned off).

My problem is that when the two guest computers are running in HA mode, they are fine. However, when I restart one of them with its virtual NICs defined on 'Connect to the market', it is not 'sync' upward with another. Two firewalls Astaro Security Gateway have a separate NETWORK connected between them for the SYNCHRONIZATION of HA.

However, when I uncheck the 'Connect to light' and allow the guest to start computer and then 'connect' virtual network cards, they work fine.

You can connect the network card in 60 seconds after the start of your virtual machine with the following script PowerCLI:

    # Get the network adapter

  • HP software detects the printer, but then "the printer could not be installed on the network.

I tried looking for a similar problem, but have had no success yet.  I doubt I'm the first to this problem!

The computer is XP SP3, is printer Deskjet 3050 has, and it's a WiFi WPA - PSK.

The printer confirms that it is connected to WiFi.

When I run the tool on the computer, to the point of network configuration check, the installation software detects the printer with the correct IP address.  It's the only thing he discovered.

I click Next, and after a minute or two, I get the error "the printer could not be installed on the wireless network" click Retry to try reinstall the printer on the network, or click Cancel to return to connection options.

This just cycles with no progress.  I have disabled the Windows Firewall and also disabled the AV.  No change.

I can access the interface web printer - but still cannot install the printer.  It is listed in the printers and faxes as being offline.

I'll try removing it again and add new-but-that someone has encountered this problem before, please?

Well, my problem is almost solved. I uninstalled the software and then downloaded the software of the printer on the HP site where it is more recent than what was on the CD... and it's fixed!

    I can print wireless!

Cannot scan, the printer gives an error, but that's OK for now.

  • Cannot add XP Pro Machine to the network current (mixed OS)

I was asked to add a laptop running XP Pro SP3 to a current network without wire/LAN:

    1. XP Pro SP3
    2. XP Pro SP3
    3. W7 Ultimate
    4. W7 Ultimate laptop
    5. W7 Ultimate laptop
    6. Laptop XP Home SP 2
    7. Laptop OSX 10.6
    8. Laptop XP Pro SP3 - it's the stubborn. It connects to the router to allow access to the internet and LAN connected printer. However, it will connect on the other computers on the network.

Each of these computers connected to the network with ease and can meet without any problem. All laptops to connect wireless, else connect via LAN.

They share all 3 printers - directly via a LAN port, two others through the proposed shared PC, they are connected to.

The last Windows laptop that I have connected was XP Home, and it immediately connected to the network, once the router password has been entered.

I tried everything, even to copy the settings from XP Pro SP3 desktop machines - still no joy. I'm obviously something wrong, or missing something, but have no idea what.

Someone at - it had a similar problem - I searched online and have not been able to find anything remotely resembling this, and the Support of MS site was not helpful either.

The only things I can think of are:

    1. the awkward computer there another firewall or antivirus installed?

    2. you disabled Simple file sharing in Folder Options > view tab > advanced settings at the end?
