  If you are able to log into the forums so you should be able to login to your account, unless you have created a new id just for forums.  If you do not have your account information, then it is likely that draw Support from Adobe will be ready/able to provide a service to disable.  If you ask them for more than what it looks like you might have, they might let you know that your product is no longer supported.

  The bad news is that Acrobat 6 is not compatible with any Windows system or a modern Mac.

  We ordered a lot of new Optiplex 3010 for business.  We also clarified Adobe Acrobat XI which only comes through via digital distribution Dell now.  If we do not get a disk or card serial number more.

  Well, since Dell has not distributed the Adobe key cards, where I'd get a different serial number from?  I imagine that the figure was used in the original image.  However the Dell digital delivery check the service tag that the PC is allowed for Adobe and it should have taken care of this.  So what do I do here?  In the future if we do not choose this method and instead go through another retailer for Adobe Acrobat Standard XI, then we have a CD and key card for each computer that we deploy, although its much more expensive... spoke vs $150 $50 add it for her when customizing your Dell computer.

  So thank you for any input.  I know that this could be a problem of Dell (while I posted there also), however it was installed via digital distribution of Dell and Dell did not send the keys.

  We legitimately paid for it.  In the round previous to the Optiplex 3010 when we could order Acrobat X standard, we had a key card.  After sysprep I would run a script (AAMEE was installed in the default image) to change the serial number via the command line.  But now Acrobat XI is different and I don't know what to do.  Dell is not still give us an option for Adobe X more, otherwise I would have just used this version which worked well.

  Sorry, I can't help. But it seems that you should go with a dealer that would offer you a volume license which would have been much less a hassel. You may contact Dell and return Acrobat you bought and go with a volume license.

  I ran 6 Lightroom on two mac computers. I reinstalled Mac OS X from scratch on both computers without turning off / disconnect in Lightroom.

  Now I want to install LR6 on fresh installed computers and a message says serial number (license key) is already in use by the maximum number of computers.

  Because I don't have access to the old facilities I can't log out of lightroom and I can not find any place in my adobe account where I can see / Disable computers where LR is installed.

  Any idea is welcome!

  As indicated by Sheena, you need to contact Support and request that they reset your activations.  Support does not work during the weekends and holidays, so you have to wait the normal opening hours to make this request.

  Serial numbers contain no letters, so maybe it's your redemption code, for use on adobe.com to get your serial number.

  I happen to know the product name and serial number. I was able to find other ways - that is not the issue. As far as I know, these physical labels should have with the machine.

  Was it simply a mistake during Assembly, or Lenovo just stopped putting on these labels? If the first case, is there a way to ask Lenovo send me these labels? If the latter, Lenovo might consider updating the page linked above.

  My T460p shows the T460p at the bottom right of the screen and the serial number and the code of the product under the battery. But the T460 is very dark on the corner of the screen, and Seraglio/product numbers appear on the very dark black label under the battery.
