The Serial No. is used by the maximum number of authorized computers You must disable another computer within 30 days to use this product"    What is the manipulation that I have done , given that I no longer has my old PC ?  How to deactivate the previous activation?    I looked on my Adobe account in the implementation section, the installation of my LR6 is registered in December 2015 ....

  I have lightroom 6. Installed on my laptop. Works very well. I had upgraded LR 5 on this same laptop computer. I'm also 5 LR on a desktop imac. Same license - worked fine when I created this on LR 5. So, after getting a new camera GX8, I also wanted to upgrade my imac to the same configuration of LR 6 I on the laptop because otherwise the raw files of Pana GX8 simply do not work.

  Thought that this worked well on LR 5, so witi LR 6 upgrade process. The upgrade actually worked well, but the "Adobe Application Manager" appears at the same time one "the xxx serial number is already used by the maximum number of computers. You must disable another computer within 30 days... "message.

  Sigh... Give me a break. The best license I can read it says that I can use on my desk and a macbook pro. It's not like I can use them at the same time. It's just me. Only two eyes/hands. I use the product under license. How to get out of this mess? Unfortunately, the pop-up message gives no idea how to solve. Lightroom is sometimes such a PITA.

• Dell's digital delivery, Adobe XI Std and serial number

  We ordered a lot of new Optiplex 3010 for business.  We also clarified Adobe Acrobat XI which only comes through via digital distribution Dell now.  If we do not get a disk or card serial number more.

  Well, since Dell has not distributed the Adobe key cards, where I'd get a different serial number from?  I imagine that the figure was used in the original image.  However the Dell digital delivery check the service tag that the PC is allowed for Adobe and it should have taken care of this.  So what do I do here?  In the future if we do not choose this method and instead go through another retailer for Adobe Acrobat Standard XI, then we have a CD and key card for each computer that we deploy, although its much more expensive... spoke vs $150 $50 add it for her when customizing your Dell computer.

  We legitimately paid for it.  In the round previous to the Optiplex 3010 when we could order Acrobat X standard, we had a key card.  After sysprep I would run a script (AAMEE was installed in the default image) to change the serial number via the command line.  But now Acrobat XI is different and I don't know what to do.  Dell is not still give us an option for Adobe X more, otherwise I would have just used this version which worked well.

  Sorry, I can't help. But it seems that you should go with a dealer that would offer you a volume license which would have been much less a hassel. You may contact Dell and return Acrobat you bought and go with a volume license.

  your lr 6 is an upgrade of a precedent (for example, lr 5) version.

  After you have entered your serial number lr6 you will be presented with a drop-down list of eligible products.  Select the ones you have.  then you will be prompted for the qualification (that is to say, older) serial number of the product.

  Enter the correct number at the right time and proceed with the installation.
