LR6 not opening... Windows recently installed 10.  I'm not savvy in computer science, so need help in the simplest language... Thank you!

My LR6 has just stopped working.  The logo appears but the background is white and I can't access all the files.  I have read that this may be due to my recent installation of windows 10 but I don't know how to solve the problem.  Of course, I could use help; However, I am not computer savvy if need step by step in the language profane please.  (Thank you!)

Hi bonniebear,

If this started to happen after the update of Lightroom to version 6.5.

Please see the article of the resolution of the problems for the same thing.
