We strive to sign the document with the certificate on HSM. everything works fine, but the signature is not activated LTV.

Yes, the OCSP response that covers the end entity (and issued by GlobalSign) is incorporated, but the LCR that covers the primary GlobalSign SHA256 CA for Adobe (and published by Adobe) is not included. Without all the revocation information incorporated in the document it will not be considered active LTV.

Here's the part that will sound like an excuse, but I assure you it is true. Acrobat didn't create the signature. I don't know what tool was used to create the signature, but it's something installed on the HSM because the signing operation must take place on the HSM (given that the private key that is used to create the signature should not leave the HSM song must unfold on the HSM). I can take a guess that the HSM is not configured with all certificates in the chain of signature and so does the revocation information (in this case a LCR), but without documentation of HSM, it's just a guess.

One piece of good news starts with version 11 (Acrobat XI), if it falls on a digital signature that is not active LTV it will add automatically the missing information as much as 1) signing certificate has not yet expired, 2) the file size grow too (10% + 10 K is the limit), and make 3) you a save or save as. In addition, you can right mouse click the signature, and then select Add verification information in the context menu.
