  I have a MacBook Pro 15', with the 10.6.8 System.

  Hello world.

  My MacBook Pro (15-inch end 2013) keep crashing when I move it or pic just straight up.

  It works fine when it stops, but if I work with it for a day or two and place it just the screen goes black and the massage accident happens. I have it open to take a look and see if something is lose and also do a clean reinstall of the OS, but it still crashes.

  At startup and after Apple and progress bar appears it will automatically close down after about a third of the progress bar is reached.

  Reinstall OS X without erasing the drive

  Make sure that you have a current backup before continuing.

  Boot to HD recovery: restart the computer after the ring, press on and hold the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen to appear.

  Repair the hard drive and permissions: at startup, select in the main menu disk utility. Repair hard disk and permissions as follows.

  When the recovery menu appears, select disk utility and press the continue button. Disk utility charges and select Macintosh HD entry indented from the list on the left.  Click the first aid tab, and then click the repair disk button. If disk utility reports any errors that have been corrected, then again run repair disc until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported, click repair permissions . Wait until the operation is complete, then quit disk utility and return to the main menu.

  Reinstall OS X: Select reinstall OS X and click on the continue button.

  Note : You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest to use Ethernet if possible because it's three times faster than Wi - Fi and more reliable.

  Ive only noticed what happens when I use my external monitor plugged into the display port, but when I wake the macbook to sleep the display comes to life, I just get a black screen, then an image of the login page in the upper left of the screen, followed by a beach ball.  He never fully comes to life, and I end up having to hard it reboot.  There are a few incident reports in the console application.

• Need help! MacBook Pro hangs, not bootable, no volume recovery

  Hi guys!

  I need some help here. My MB Pro (13",mid 2012, OS X Yosemite, 500GB SSD) crashed all of a sudden. I was not doing anything at the moment and it got a blackscreen. When I tried to reboot it, it says "A disc read error has occured. Please press ctrl+alt+del to restart". I looked that up in the internet and it can only be a command in Windows. (Yes, I have installed a Windowas partition with BC, size about 65GB) Then I tried to bring the mac into recovery mode pressing CMD+ALT+R. The spinning globe popped up and downloaded the latest "recovery files". (like this post About OS X Recovery - Apple Support) I already tried using the disk utility to repair the partition but I couldn't klick the "repair volume" buttons. Next I tried to reinstall OS X but the problem was that there was no Volume to choose for installation.
  So what the heck happened here? lol
  I would be very pleased if someone could help me solve this problem, I don't want to loose all my files (there are some important university files on it)

  It sounds like a drive problem has occurred, as the alert system said. When a read error occurs, it is possible that the Mac partition was damaged and that your system cannot find a Mac system to start. That's why the world of spinning appeared.

  All I can suggest is to completely erase the disk, re-partition, then re-install OS X and Windows. Of course, if the disc is damaged you may need to replace everything first. You have a good backup?

  Problem: My early 2015 retina 13 '' Macbook pro intermittently "latch" on a wifi network in my house.  Which means, if I'm on my 2.4 GHz network, it works very well and then randomly - while remaining always connected to the wifi network - will lose its ability to connect what be it for 30 seconds to 1 minute. This occurs every 5-10 minutes. If I go to my 5 GHz connection, it works very well for 5-10 minutes. I keep having to switch back so that it could respond more quickly, or let them hang for a minute until he figures it by itself.

  Meanwhile, I can connect with my iPhone, Windows laptop, Xbox, computer, etc. without any problems. If I take my macbook in wifi areas, I have never run into this issue. I don't really know what to do, and faced with the conclusion this problem online - as it is a very specific set of variables causing problems.

  Please see recommended settings of WiFi routers and access Apple points.

  Despite these recommendations, some routers will work better with the latest Mac models if you turn the radio 2.4 GHz mode in settings and only use the 5 GHz. Note, however, that very old devices Apple and some third-party devices can then not connect at all.

  Some third party routers have advanced that you may need to change the settings:

  The encryption algorithm must be AES.

  The group key interval must be 3200.

  I can't give you specific instructions on how to change these settings, because all routers are different. Refer to the documentation for the provider.

  Hello, I'm typing this for my mother. It has a mid-2012 Macbook pro without the retina which is very slow. She has recently updated to 16 GB of ram, and we are all pretty sure she did her properly.   I have an old Apple Cinema Display Monitor (2003) which includes a cord where it receives power, USB and DVI video. He has been connected to a G4 tower forever. Now, I have a MacBook Pro newish (2013) which was love at first sight. I can hang it up the screen? This adapter they do? What is it? I thought it would be just a shot of lightning/DVI, but it's not. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

  Lightning/DVI should operate. DVI should be the same for any enabled DVI monitor made in the last 15 years, simply check the adapter type, there were several arrangements of unique PIN to DVI connectors over the years.

  I've recently upgraded to SSD (Samsung Evo 850) of the HARD drive on my Macbook pro mid-2012. However, the installation of the SSD has been very painful. I tried to use in recovery mode disk utility, several times but it fails to remove or mount the SSD drive. I thought it was the faulty SSD. Then I hung the SSDS via a USB port and proceeded to install OS X on it (using my HARD drive). The SSDS works very well with the USB key, so I put it in and hooked up with the flex cable that was previously used for my HARD drive. However, this does not work, the operating system sees that there is a reader hooked, sees the name, size and etc, but does not charge, gives me the sign of question mark folder, which means there is no hanging drive. So I think it's something with the HARD drive, SATA cable. But the cable works perfectly when used with the HARD disk. So I was wondering if the HARD drive cable that comes with Macbook Pro mid-2012 is compatible with the SSD. I watched several videos of people the SSD HARD drive upgrade, but they all seem to be using the same cable. Any ideas what could be the problem or if I need a different type of cable? Thank you.

  Try this it worked for another user having the same problems.

  Your MacBook is looking for initial start-up by car but can not find.

  Power on the Mac and hold down the 'option' at the same time, and then manually select to boot from the drive of choice.

  Also, try this first:

  I have a MBP mid-2012 13 inches and I did an upgrade SSD with a Samsung Evo 850-series (500 GB.). However, I had no problem.

  I used Carbon Copy Cloner to clone the original disc for the SSD via a USB-to-Sata adapter.

  My first start was slow because I don't have the SMC / PRAM reset my MBP was looking for startup disk.

  However after my MBP starts very quickly. I got no problem with Samsung Evo SSD. They work very well with Macs.

  Don't forget to activate the "pad" your non - owc SSD support.

  Open "terminal app" and enter the command 'sudo trimforce activate' select YES, YES... and restart after completing
