(2) I have two messages my Outbox that have sent (and sent and sent and sent...), but they are caught in the trap in my Outbox and can't get out! I can't delete them at all... Please do not throw port numbers to me because I don't know where to look! Should I remove this app and open a gmail account? very frusterating!

  Those are the only two emails I sent. and no, I made no changes to the system. I just got the machine yesterday.
  What I ended up doing (I took the machine to my computer guy) was delete the mail app and Live Mail installation, which works well. 8 app was too much and was not very friendly at all!

  I can send and receive gmail OK online. I have a problem now that used to work. When I want to send a link to a page or send an e-mail directly from TBird I get and error message. I tried to retype the password for gmail, but I get the same error message.   Yahoo and AT$ T sometimes have questions.  See if you can sign with webmail.  It it is not only an intermittent problem, so see antivirus interference (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3) and try to compact and repair the Winmail opener (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/) of the databases and also see item 15 on the page referenced above, just for you information.

  I'm iBot on Windows 2003 R2 server (OBIEE 10.1.3.4.1) configuration. I can see the alerts in the referral services, but the mails are not lost. Manager job iBot is complemented by an Exit Code '1 '.

  Check your presentation server log. Ibot is triggered, a query is triggered using the subject SA area. If no column is not named correctly it will not send any e-mail even if the delivery of the system profile is activated. See more precisely if the "Zone" column is named correctly. It should be followed by a space.

• Cannot send mail from Windows 8 Mail app

  Installed Win8 pro (upgrade to win7 x 64) a few days before and set up the Mail app to work with all my email accounts. I have several: a gmail, an outlook.com and three or four regular POP3/IMAP on mine, hosted domains. The problem is I can't send e-mails from any IMAP accounts or the account of outlook.com. I receive emails OK but sending does not work - they end just the Outbox and then nothing happens.

  This doesn't seem to be a problem of parameters - I use the same settings as in my Outlook 2010 client and I chatted with hosting support (they confirmed my settings, each of them). However, I noticed that when manually "sync" I got error messages saying temporary get accounts are 'not available' (top right). This is true for my POP3/IMAP accounts as well as the outlook.com account. May be a temporary problem, however, since I have no problem receiving e-mails.
  I used a downloadable apps Win8 mechanic I found here at Microsoft Answers, but he found nothing. And nobody else seems to have this problem (neither here, nor on other forums). What could be wrong?
  Any suggestions on how to deal with this issue would be greatly appreciated. I was hoping to invest in a Windows Phone 8 later, but I would like to first of all of course e-mail work.

  8.1 Windows upgrade, Mail App will support invalid server certificates (not match error with CN, untrusted root and expiry of the certificate). This means that the user can temporarily reject the certificate error when connecting to the IMAP/EAS server using the SSL connection. The setting is available jet account-> Settings.

  Troubleshooting tips, you are referring are specific to when you are hosting on servers not Adobe. It is quite unusual to have a problem with a form when you host on Business Catalyst.

  The first thing to check are the filters of spam in your e-mail client. The most common situation is that the e-mail was sent and received, but classified as spam by your e-mail client.

  That said, you're not authenticate correctly to the outgoing server.  Apparently, embarqmail requires that you authenticate to use their mail server.  On the "Outgoing server" tab of your e-mail account properties, check the box indicating that you must connect to the server.  It may also be true that embarqmail requires the use of one port other than 25, such as 465 or 587.  I saw it mentioned in a single reference that port 25 with authentication but no encryption should be used and in one other than port 587 with authentication and SSL must be used.  See the documentation that gave you your service provider or visit their help pages.   First of all, whenever I opened the application where I have a hotmail account and an office 365, a banner message would appear at the top saying there was a connection to my account error and messages could not be sent to this account and 'check with your provider.

  It's a mistake on end of Verizon server-side no matter what they tell you and it is they who must solve.  Have you read the 'spamfaq' referenced in the error?  It can contain sufficient information to determine what you might have caused the rejection of your message.  This could also help: https://my.verizon.com/central/vzc.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=vzc_help_policies&id=AntiSpamPolicy

  The people at Verizon who told you that he cannot be their problem because you can send the message when you use the web interface, don't seem to have a very good knowledge of the works of electronic mail.  When you send via the web interface, you are not in communication with the SMTP server that resembles your outgoing mail.  So, if the server accepting mail from your mail client Windows that analysis mail, using the web interface allows to bypass this server and, therefore, the scanning.

  When I trigger the e-mail with unique email identification activity in both to or CC address list, it works well and receive emails.
  However, when I give the list of comma-separated email IDs (ex: [email protected], [email protected]), it doesn't send emails to anyone from this list.
