• HP Officejet Pro 8620: Auto prints Fax newspapers - when no Fax has been sent

  Several times now, my printer prints sheet Fax connects during the night.  I have not hooked to a phone line, or use the fax machine.  It prints 40 to 50 pages of newspapers only fax sheet at a time using usually upward all the paper in the tray.  It happens always in the night.  Is there some features need me to disable this option?  Any help is appreciated.

  I checked the manual, for this model I don't see anyway to change the fax log. You must manually select the menu to print it. I also checked our laboratory model and could not find the settings to disable this feature.

  If you are setup for ePrint, it may be a sender who sends faxes over newspaper. To know for sure, I would say to set up the account to only allow that shippers. Go to hpconnected.com, click on devices, next to your name of the printer, select settings, then select admitted only shippers. (you can add senders individually) Test this out for a few days to see if it was the cause of this.

• My printer will not Auto Print

  I have an application that is configured to display the data in the form of a .pdf file.  The question I have is that when it comes time to print, nothing happens.  Sometimes, I found the print job that is stuck in the print spooler.  Other times nothing happens at all.  The Application uses the Adobe PDF printer as the default printer.  All other printers are removed from the computer.

  The output folder is configured to print to one folder other than My Documents.  I've reconfigured the printer, I added a new port.  I did everything I can think of the fixed thise question without success.  Since this automatic function performed in the background, I am unable to find a way to print the output as an image, as has been suggested in some forums.

  The automatic maintenance Windows reduces the impact to the PC in planning maintenance only when the PC is powered on and idle. By default, the system performs maintenance every day at 03:00. (Note that the user can set a new appointment in case of maintenance). This session is limited to a maximum of 1 hour per attempt. If the user is actively using the machine, the system differs maintenance until a later date. The system suspends also maintenance running any task, if the user returns to the PC.

  We do not recommend disable you the automatic maintenance. However, if you want to disable, you can do it at your own risk. Please follow these steps:
   
  a. press Windows + R keys, type taskschd.msc in the immediate window and press ENTER.
  b. in the Task Scheduler, click with the right button on "maintenance of Maintenance & regular idling" and select "disable".
  c. you can now exit the Task Scheduler window and check if it is disabled or not.

  Thank you for your patience to get this resolved, @Dragon-fur had you going in the right direction when you asked to connect to your connected HP account.

  Please follow the steps below to stop printing with your crossword coupons.  Please note that after you follow this procedure, you have the coupons once more.

  1. Once you have connected to your HP account logged in, please go to the ' Services ' section.

     

  2. Please click on the button 'Settings' under the crossword APP.

     

  3. Please uncheck the beam of savings.

     

  4. Please click on the Save"" button.

  You should get no longer print with your crossword coupons.   Please let me know if the coupons don't stop printing.

  Thanks for your suggestion. I was trying somethings myself yesterday. Just after my initial post I have someone else saw posting some troubleshooting tips. I watched them and their suggestion was to download HP Print and Scan doctor. I did, and this utility did not find anything wrong. There was no paper or the other. The doctor's suggestion was to try one for automatic printing. To Auto print successfully, which means I got a page to print. On this, I cancelled the print out via Windows task and tried another page of printing. He worked and very well since.
