  Im having a strange problem on my 4S running iOS 9.3.2 when under tension.   It is my understanding that you are experiencing audio that repeats itself when using some applications.  That would certainly make using these applications an unpleasant experience.

  You need to isolate the problem in either a hardware problem or a software problem.  To do this, you'll want to restore as new iPhone when you go and restore your phone.  Since this will delete everything on the iPhone, remember to first create a backup. Backup instructions can be found here:

  Once you have a backup, restore as new iPhone, follow these steps:

  Don't forget to set up your device as a new device rather than restore the device from backup.  Once restored as new iPhone, adding all the other Apps, test the iPhone and see if the problem persists. • iMac hard drive problem

  My older iMac 8.1 (Intel Core 2), running OS x 10.9 ran slow, then a few application icons disappears from the display, after a restart, the application has stopped working completely.   I always keep a clone bootable backup of my drive on a separate drive so I can still boot from the second disk to see if it's an internal drive error.  Having this type of backup is just a part of the ownership of a computer.

  I suppose there is also the possibility, it's another problem as the RAM.  A bad drive would be more consistent as to what elements show problems such as you see.

• Tecra M1 Autoexexec problem

  My Tecra M1 is now one year old had no problem until recently! When starting now and as it goes through startup sequecnce manifests a message box with the following:

  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC. NT. The file system is not for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Chose to 'Close' to terminate the application.

  There are two boxes Close and ignore.

• Messaging with El Capitan problem

  I am reposting this question because, although I thought that it had been resolved with the right guidance, the problem has reappeared on my MacBook and now also manifested itself on new iMac, my wife, also current enforcement El Capitan.

  Since the upgrade to El Capitan, my mail is sometimes a bit unstable. The problem is that when I click to answer an email, an empty message appears and cannot then be closed by clicking on the red button. I have to close Mail and reopen it. I can then close this message, but I find myself with a message in the drafts folder, which should also be deleted. I try to answer again and sometimes the message opens correctly and other times, I get another empty message and must go through the same procedure.   I understand from your post that when your wife tries to respond to email in the Mail application, sometimes a blank white window response appears, unresponsive.  Before being able to determine what the question, we must first begin by isolating the problem.  First of all, is that past only with a single e-mail account?  If you don't have another e-mail account, you can create one for free with iCloud, or Gmail for example and then add that to the post and try to reproduce the problem.

  If the problem persists in a different e-mail account, I would then create a test on Mac user account and try to reproduce the problem:

  How to test with another user account

  You can find out if unexpected behavior is related to the user file or a parameter in trying to reproduce the problem to a different user account. This process includes creating a new user account, connect to it and test for the issue.

  Create a test user account

  1. In the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
  2. Click the users and groups in the System Preferences window.
  3. Click the lock icon and enter an administrator name and password.
  4. Click on the button Add (+) below the list of users.
  5. Choose a type of user in the new pop-up menu.
  6. Give the user a name and first name, account name, and password.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Close the System Preferences window.

  If there are documents from your user account that you want to test with original, place a copy of these items in the shared folder in the users folder. Press the Option key while dragging a file in this folder to create a copy.

  Connect to the test user account
