• The merged clips appear out-of-sync indicators while in sync

  So I have this weird problem with merged clips showing out-of-sync indicators while in fact, the audio is synchronized.

  Let me explain first the workflow for this feature;

  -Set of 6 K RED footage gets converted to 1080 p Prores Proxy

  -All the proxies and separate audio files are imported into a project file 'Master and Sync' (I use it to synchronize and merge clips as well as rename them)

  -When everything is synchronized, merged and renamed, they are placed in their corresponding scene number folder

  -J' I then open my project file 'Edit' and in the media browser, browse to the file "Master and Sync" project.

  -J' have drag and drop clips/merged records newly created the 'Master Sync' in the mediabrowser, in my project 'change '.

  -J' I change with them and everything works as expected.

  The issue comes in when I try to import a sequence edited of my Deputy Editor-in-Chief.

  -We work with the latest version of first

  -We are working on our own systems at home, but both have local access to all the images that we work with.

  -We have a record of sharing creative cloud where our editing projects are located and saved as well as the project "Master and Sync.

  -When my assistant has completed a first Assembly of a scene I navigate to his project to change the media browser when changing my own project is open.

  -J' I find the finished sequence and drag and drop it into my own project to change .

  And at that time there almost every single clip shows the out-of-sync indicator, but when I play the sequence everything is synchronized. I checked with my assistend maybe if its sequence shows also these indicators, but it is not. So it only seems to happen when I import its sequences. I tried ' display indicator out of sync clips unrelated " in the preferences, but without success.

  

  To add a comment to the audio to video synchronization. I had to make up for a lot of audio clips by a 1 or a couple of images manually because they turned with timecode jamming and not gen-lock. It is so true that technically the audio can be out of sync before their merger all but as you can see on the screenshot the indicators show a shift much larger than 1 or two images (I think the max lag that I got was 9 frames).

  All suggestions are welcome and I really hope I'm overlooking something rather than finding a bug!

  So, I just got a phone call from Adobe. Technology Adobe told me that he had tested this configuration to confirm that it is seeing the same thing I am. Unfortunately, it has been. He also told me that it is a limitation instead of bug. Is because my assistant and I are working on two different systems and no access don't not on the same physical hard disk and so do not have access to the "exact" same media.

  It would be no problem if we worked on different systems, but to access media on the shared storage.

  The shame if this is considered to be a limitation rather than a bug. Seems to me it is repairable but, Hey! I'm just a simple editor and no programmer so it might be more difficult.

  Try resetting the PS preferences

  • To restore preferences quickly by using a keyboard shortcut: press and hold Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) when you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

• How can I remove all links and flatten everything with illustrator

  How can I delete all the links and just with illustrator flatten then make a JPEG with the files of others. Printing company cannot take PDFs with links and my boss has Corel Draw and he can do it. Flatten everything to be part of the document.

  In the links Panel, select all related images. Then, in the drop down links, choose or incorporate images.

  Try to move the placeholder on the page of document and apply the no master. You can assign the master after the merger.

• Data merge objects spread out of the page

  I'm doing a fusion of data with multiple records per page are supposed to be six nametages of 4 x 3 inches per page. I created the master with page

  text merge field and did the merge. The first 6 come out well, but the following labels are spread out of the page, such as label, 7 and 8 are well under the 5 and 6 and go off the page. Page 2 of the document is to end up with label 24-25, but the 7-8 label must begin on page 2.

  I've got files of Jeff and ran the merger here. Observation of my resultsmatch exactly Daniel. Bringing together executives solves the problem (look back I see beginning Jeff screenshot was taken using a fusion of the page of the document).

  I asked earlier if the Group makes a difference, but has not gotten a response from Jeff. Now, we know that it takes. If this does not resolve the problem on its end, I would try certainly to trashing the prefs and controlled again.

  I hope someone can help me.  I put everything by default but for some reason my data merge overview when selects by default as off the page (red boxes) and centered.
  Can someone help me understand how to bring back them to the page?

  OK, for a merger of multiple records, you can use exactly 1 set of placeholders in the upper left corner, which seems correct, but I would remove the rest of the stuff until after the merger and put it on a master page, you can then apply. You must also DISABLE the cliché preview multiple record.

  Since you have seen this model, it is probably now garbage, then copy the fusion placeholder image and paste into a new file and try again.

• Backsaving out of Illustrator CS4?

  You can backsave illustrator CS4 for someone with Illustrator 10 document can open and print it?

  You may encounter problems with one of the new features used such as effects. You may also encounter problems with fonts. I would say save as PDF and embed fonts for the steps.

  I used to save all my slices in CS5 it would give me the ability to save for web and devices, then when I was there he let me down another option... then I could go in and save it as a html and images, and then he would automatically make div for me when I got Dreamweaver.  When this option is passed to the CS6?  Can someone help I'm on a big date limit, and I lost all my transfer of new work in cs5 try there as I used to.  Joined a .png to show what I mean.

  Here's how.

  Once in the "Save for Web" dialog box Click on the Preview button and the HTML page will be generated and opened in your default browser.

  Under the preview of the design / layout will be the HTML code that you copy and paste into an empty HTML page in Dreamweaver.

  I have a problem, it is probably leave simple if you know...

  I mainly design pages Web and I started to use HAVE for my background images and buttons. From Fireworks, I'm used to the creation of an object, and then hit 'to adapt to the canvas' and saving it in PNG or jpeg format. My object is then cut to size and ready to be inserted into a Web page.

  For some reason I can't find a simple way to trim and save or export my objects. I obviously don't want the painting or the work plan registered with my object. I watched a lot of videos and looked even more hits in google but no luck. Would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction :-)

  If a later version, you should be able to use save for Web and devices (except for the Web in older versions), and you should have the Clip to the unchecked artboard.

• Post image in layer without making a new layer

  I have a background layer and another layer with a motorcycle in the layer.

  I want to stick a face in the SAME LAYER that contains the bike.

  Whenever I have select the layer of the bike and try to stick the face inside - made photoshop it is clean, new layer for the face. Now I have 3 layers.

  WITHOUT a "merge visible" or "flatten image" - is it possible to display the face directly in the layer of motorcycle and not to create a new layer and not to merge or flatten out?

  I wish I had the face and the bike in the same layer and use the move tool to enter and two of them move where I want in the layer.

  N ° you really don't want to paste it into an existing layer. I would say that most of the time, once you paste, you need to adjust the position of the pasted image placement, so you would need it on its own layer.

I have a black layer, I apply a (monochromatic) noise filter to 135%, then I add an adjustment layer > setting until a few stars are visible (move the black and white sliders). Looks great on the screen, but if I merge the layer or save it in JPG format disappears from the levels adjustment and all the grains of this layer are applied as if it was never there. I go back in photoshop and on the screen seems correct. Any thoughts?

  Try to view the image at 100% (view > actual Pixels) to get a clear vision of what you are doing.  Some effects and filters (such as noise) not seen accurately and may appear to change when you merge or flatten out.

  Actual Pixels (100% view) means that one pixel of your photo is displayed by a monitor pixel. It is the only way to see what your edit actually looks like.

  A quick way to get to actual Pixels is to double-click on the Zoom tool.

• Why my Illustrator file linked with an opacity mask to my Indesign file a washed out appearance?

  I have an indesign this work of Illustrator related uses of the file. The illustrator files contain opacity masks, and when I import into my layout indesign they give the bottom of the pages a washed out appearance. I noticed that the page in my project Indesign who doesn't have opacity masks linked seems fine.

  So, I know that the opacity mask is performing the indesign document somehow but I don't know how to solve the problem. I tried merging the texture in the opacity mask, flattening of the illustration illustrator, paste the illustrator shape directly on the page, save the work as a PNG; but nothing seems to work.

  Here is the configuration of my illustration illustrator opacity mask. Its basically a group of white textures I pasted in the opacity mask. It's a single layer.

  Thank you for all your help. I thought about it. I did the background texture in photoshop and converted to grayscale. Turns out I should have converted to CMYK. Once I did this everything unified in my indesign document.
