  I have about 20 to 25 frames per second in every game when my charger is plugged.

  Hi, I work in a school and one of our students has managed to put a bios password on one of our new laptops of Lenovo b50-80. Start the laptop, bios application "password disk HARD security." We're not sure how Flash the bios to reset it - how can we do this? We have tried to remove the CMOS battery and took the laptop apart to see if there are jumpers, but there isn't.

  I was hoping you'd be able to boot into recovery mode using the "Novo" button located on the right side, near the USB port. With the help of this button to start the laptop should put you in recovery mode (recovery of key) that is integrated with most of the units.

  If this does not work, the only two choices are to recover the password set by the individual or have the computer repair at a local authorized store.

  Go further, setting a master password for the BIOS entry may be something that you should look at. I suggest to download the user guide / manual and reading on the password levels available service. -IMO contacting parents and informing them that they would be responsible for the costs repair / replace the notebook can also be something useful - your call.

  I put a supervisor password and a password of user for a G570, Lenovo laptop, running an INSYDEH20 BIOS.   I bouht Lenovo U410 yesterday, I want to update bios in resoult my laptop do not work. Leptop begin, only power button blink when I want to run on.   Hi, I am currently facing trouble with my Thinkpad E545 and wonder if you could help me.

  My system is dualboot with Windows 10 and Kubuntu 16.04LTS, a few months ago, I noticed, how my boot time increased, even late in the notfication of keyboardactions when im in bios/grub. Once charged, Linux and Windows, work very well.

  To determine the problems I run Lenovo-System-Diagnosticstool to Windows, no worries be detected. Later I concluded he woul is best to reinstall my system, so I recently installed Windows and Linux, but the slow start and the Bios remain. I replaced my HD with an SSD and reinstalled everything from scratch - no change.

  I also cleaned my laptop from the inside and update the Bios to the version recently.

  Today, I ran the Test bus in the Bios motherboard, telling me of WHAT CSCS Test failed:

  A quick www search tells me, that maybe the cmos battery - is a good idea. Now my questions:

  I'm wrong: should I replace the battery?

  The battery has a special plug, or could I use anyone who may be on amazon etc.

  I got a t60 here and I wanted to change the memory to I opened... No problem at all and then I tried to install windows xp on it so... cd of XP in it and... nothing so I started the bios and password... So I tried to entry. And it worked!

  But after that there are parameters so the ruined if bios it was like * beep! * So I just removed the bios battery and NOW!

  It's completely * bleep * ed... A different password is in there now and I can't do anything same not startin back or something else?

  How do I fix this or y at - it a default password?

  There is no default password BIOS. It looks like you already tried erasing the power on password. Password BIOS appear not just came out of nowhere. Your choice is either get/remind the password, or replace the motherboard.

• Lenovo Think Pad T520: Officejet 4500

  Printer works fine when it is connected with a USB cable.  However, after a recent update of Windows 10 Wireless does not work.  I tried every fix, I can imagine, turn off everything, check settings on printer wireless (all are correct).  I followed the steps in the center of HP solutions, without success in the event of a problem.  I noticed that after the changes my computer is more in default to Adobe Reader as favorite PDF reader.  I had to go an manually change this setting.  I'm afraid that the update has changed something or the default value to a certain type of cloud of printing.  All the printer software are up to date.  All the computer software are up to date (which may be the problem).

  This isn't Adobe Reader. Most likely, your resulting PDF files associated with another application (it looks like the Windows Photo Viewer).

  I have a Gateway DX4870-UR10P desktop computer, with Windows 7 Home Prem 64-bit.
  The bios is originally shipped in 2012.

  I want to run Windows 8.1 PRO 64-bit - disk a hard nine separate. And keep Win 7 on the original hard drive. I probably will add 10.1 Win or above on a drive partition in the future. BTW, I run the Hyper-V virtualization in Win 8 other (Windows XP, Linux).
