  I looked through the owners manual and it very confusuing ads other cpu but don't say not to if I can use it in mine.

  the v120 processor is used for rev 1.0 only if im deduced that it is what I have. also the ram I have is 1066 so am I limited to 1066 for cpu too... seems logical. It also has a tdp of 25 should i stay with a 25 or can I go 35? There are some CPUs which are not rev limit so that means that I can use it. I called hp support and they said that it is impossible to upgrade and said that it was welded on. well, that's a lie! Seems the hp support does not know its own products and just wants me to buy a new computer. I would go to a duel cpu and I was wondering if the 2 520 stalk would be a good choice.   I have a Presario CQ5320Y desktop computer and I was looking at upgrading the processor to an AMD Phenom II X 4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4 GHz Quad-Core, in the specification system, it says the TDP is 95 Watts, but he has forward processer mentioned, who take 125 watts according to AMD, on the list of upgradable processor. I don't know if I blow on the motherboard or if it is designed to take this particular amoun just for this processor t?  Help!

  It's very clear... the system supports a subset of the list up to a maximum of 95 watts. If the CPU is valued at more than 95 watts, it is not supported. In addition, "Black Edition" processors are not listed and therefore are not taken in charge.

  I want to add more CPU/memory for desktop computers in a pool of composer linked clone but I want to build a pool of test out changes first, while the production area is still in place. Can you screw with virtual material in the main image and then take a snapshot and build the pool of test out of it without him bring the clones in the production pool?

  Yes it may seem straight, it won't cause any problems. If you want to be very careful with your prod environment, you can just clone the base image and make your tests on it.

  2. what day you installed recently?

  It seems to be a problem with the hardware. I suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall the CD/DVD driver and check if it helps.

  Follow the steps to uninstall and re-install the drivers.

  a. click on start toreduce this includes this im and then click Control Panel.

  b. click system and Maintenance, click Systemand then click on Device Manager.
  Note If Control Panel is in Classic view, double-click System, and then click Device Manager.

  Reduce this includes this imageIf you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.

  c. in the Manager device, expand CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drives, right click on CD and DVD devices and then click Uninstall.

  d. When you are prompted to confirm that you want to remove the device, click OK.

  e. restart the computer.

  If the methods mentioned above did not help, then it would be best to contact the manufacturer of the computer/CD/DVD player.

  I read your post about upgrading your CPU and wanted to help.

  If you right-click on the entry of l maintenance and Service Manual, you can download this PDF on your PC.  On page 94, it lists the compatible processors, and on the next page, he begins the removal and replacement procedures.

  Unless you did something like this many times before, I would advise to do it yourself.  It is very hard to do and is easy to break something in the process.  It would be better to have a business service center works on laptops do this for you.

I have never tried to use it until today so I can't ask the person who gave me the password.  When I try to start it I get a screen asking the power on password. How to reset it or remove? I want to donate it to the model railroad Club, I belong to, but it is useless this way.

  Disconnect the PC and open the case. Remove the RTC battery (money and the size of a dime), press the power button. Look near the battery for a jumper labelled clr cmos or something close. Remove the jumper and then put back in the same position.

  Hoping you can help.  I would lke to display graphically, use of CPUS to a virtual machine or VMs contained within a service over a period of 6 months. I want also to average usage to demonstrate that usage has increased or decreased during this period of recovery.

  Easy enough to do the first part, but you know how I could also show the average use over this period?  The overlay only as 'average', I can think of will show an average apartment during the entire period.  I really want to show if the average was up or down.
