MS mouse Bluetooth 5000 DEAD

If the mouse has been completely cut off, I thought that batteries have to death (even if there was no red light). I went to batteries and nothing. He has not changed upgrade/downgrade or any other installation of software on my PC, with regard to the pilots. In fact, I can still connect my old Logitech bluetooth mouse to my PC. Any help on this would be much appreciated...

The keyboard and mouse bluetooth suddenly stops working.

Given that this only happens when I'm online I make this question to the FireFox support.
I have the latest version of FF:

I installed the new BIOS and Shipset, but that does not change.

Suddenly, the keyboard and the mouse do not respond and I have to restart manually.

    I solved this problem:

In Device Manager, expand Bluetooth, and then double-click Broadcom Bluetooth USB 4.0.
In the Intel Wireless Bluetooth Properties dialog box, on the power management tab.
Uncheck the box "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

  • Mouse Bluetooth disconnects

I'm going to hurt to keep my mouse Bluetooth Sony VGP-BMS11 connected to my laptop installed with the windows operating system 8. I connect it with the 'add device' Manager, but it only works for a few hours at most. If I shut my phone off or put it on sleep, the mouse doesn't even when the laptop wakes. I'll have to maintain the extraction device and put it back. I tried to download some drivers online, but this doesn't seem to help. Is there a permanent solution to fix this Bluetooth connection? Can anyone help?

It turns out that this problem is specific to the Sony Vaio 13 Pro or 1312 please... There is a hotfix available for download on the Sony product support site.

  • WM615 mouse Bluetooth scroll

I have a Bluetooth of Dell WM615 mouse. It worked fine but then stopped scrolling, i.e., it nothing happens when I move my finger along the strip of scrolling. The keys still work very well. I tried scrolling in various programs and it does not work in any of them. I have a Dell XPS 15 and Dell Update software says that the system is up-to-date.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you.

    Greg Reese

Thanks for your suggestions, Terry, but I finally found the answer: the batteries were dying! Apparently, it takes a lot more juice to run the scrolling strip than other parts of the mouse. The band has stopped working, but it wasn't until a week or so later than the rest of the mouse is dead. I put in new batteries and now the scrolling strip and the rest of the mouse work fine.

  • Microsoft Designer mouse Bluetooth unusable after reboot

Bluetooth support services is set to "automatic" (also tried auto - delay)

The following computer and info from the BIOS:

    Dell Latitude E7440

The version of the BIOS/Date: A08 Dell Inc., 18/02/2014

Unfortunately, it's a working PC, so I can't update the BIOS.

However, this mouse Designer replaces an old Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 that worked well on this PC until he started having problems with the button wheel mouse and intermittent connectivity (solved in electric bike to the mouse).

The designer mouse works very well after adding it until I restart - even if the PC is turned on for days and if I turn the mouse power on and off several times. I tried not to put the PC on standby and to see how the mouse works later... I'll give a reference and also see if I can connect to another PC to see if it has the same.

    Thanks again,
