  There are two options available.

  1. You can order a set of replacement of the recovery media using the link below - it will reinstall the operating system, all the drivers, and almost all of the original software (the exception being often tests of MS Office).  They will also recreate all of the original scores, including the recovery Partition.

  When I upgraded to Windows 10 I lost my icon and the ability to scan from my HP computer on my printer HP Envy 5530 wireless. I'm unable to scan from Windows Fax and Scan. I downloaded the latest driver and software from HP. I have uninstalled and installed the software nothing works. Help, please.

  I tested the feature. I have two HP printers and both work with my laptop. I can finally print with my office on my printer HP Envy 4500 (many uninstalls and reinstalls the software.)

  I used the wizard install HP for Windows, but my success was when I found the original installation disc.

  I use McAfee and have disabled and enabled it to the left. I ran doctor Scan and print and it on Rota software I had and "installed a later version" that has not worked. I have therefore re-installed using my original installation disc.

  My basic problem was that I could not scan. I can print but the HP 4500 Printer Wizard Envy series using I get that 'the envy of HP 4500 series is not found'. I tried to unplug the router and switch on the computer and the printer.

  I installed an HP AiO Printer Remote App and I can print it from there, and I AM ABLE to SCAN now with this app.

  I bought the hp laptop with windows 8, ENVY DV6-7203TU original,.
  Recently, I had the problem of the usb, I went to the computer repair shop, he removed my original windows and reinstalled some windows 8.1.

  Microsoft has a site where you can download the ISO of Win8.1 images - but it cannot be used for OEM versions - which is what you have.

  Any PC tech with an ounce of intelligence knows that an OEM machine comes preinstalled with an OEM version. So I should be surprised by the huge incompetence of the shop where they "fixed" your PC - but I'm not!  Seems these days, anyone who can be synonymous with PC can open a repair shop - and incalculable damage as a result.

  You have to contact HP for recovery media.  (Very likely), you will have to pay for it, and it is usually about $30 USD - but yours could be different.

  You then starts from (it's probably a DVD or several CDs) and will be reformatted your hard drive, and the operating system reinstalled from scratch with all HP programs and utilities.  Then, you should see what you can do on the registration files and valuable data before you for the restoration.

  Try this:

  Left click on start > applications > file HP > HP Envy 5660 > "More" > open file location > right click Copy > paste on the desktop

  It will begin as an Assistant to many HP printer and you can go to scan for your scanning needs.

  I apologize in advance for not posting in the right advice, I don't know where to go for this.

  Thus on 24 August this year, I bought a product Care Pack (HP 1 year PW Pickup back want NB SVC, H370765164order number) on the HP site, but I still receive it by post. I checked with the Office of my apartment to make sure he has not mixed with the other mail, but they could not find. I received a confirmation e-mail and a product record e-mail afterwards, so I know that my payment has gone through and he was apparently shipped.   In my own experience, Care Pack is now "delivery", in other words, you should receive an email that contains the necessary information about your purchase.

  This is the 2nd time this has happened. Once, an online agent was able to solve the problem. I recently did an update of the BIOS and after the update, my laptop is not detecting my 2nd external monitor. I tried to manually edit the graphics card but nothing works. Any ideas?

  I had a disk error hard mbr and couldn't get my laptop to come.

  I had to go to the recovery partition and restore the laptop to how when purchased in July 2013.

  I ordered the laptop directly from hp and it has no key Windows 8 in email, or on laptop computer anywhere.

  I don't see any key listed in the bios.

  I spoke to microsoft and they would not give me the key and said to contact hp. Because my laptop is out of warranty, I see no option of compensation talk hp. my desire is not in the chat list.

  any ideas on what is the best way to recover my activation key for win8 or who to contact?

  OK worked the #5 option in the link.  run the vbs file gave me the key to the eprom.

  only problem I already upd to 8.1 victory that the activation key is not good for.  then after doing hours of restorations for the fully loaded computer, says MS I'll need to try to load the iso dvd 8.0 and try to activate in 8.0.

  They do not sound too sure if this will work, but I have to try something or purchase a new license
