  Check, if you shared albums hidden.  There is a "Show/hide" hidden to the right of the "Shared" title control The pointer there to reveal.

  

  Click on 'Show', if this option is available.

  Hello.  I recently got a new Macbook Pro.  I have "" everything from my old macbook pro using my TimeMachine upward.  Everything seems to go well except...  When I opened the Photos I get a message that the library should be "repaired".   When the repair process is 95%, I get another message indicating that the library is not repairable.     I always have backups Time Machine and tried to restore the photo library, but it does the same thing.  I don't have access to the old computer.

  Any suggestions are appreciated.  I have pictures in iCloud, but download here sounds a lot of time.

  So, you might start with an empty photo library and let the pictures to download from iCloud. If you restore the library of Photos of Time Machine, Photos will be anyway download the complete library restored to iCloud and sync and compare. It will take the same time to synchronize again restored library.  The difference is, that the restored library will have all your projects - books, calendars, cards and all thumbnails of faces. If you download the library from iCloud, projects will be missing and thumbnails of faces. You will only have keywords searchable faces.

  I always have backups Time Machine and tried to restore the photo library, but it does the same thing.

  Where did you have restored the library? For an external drive or the pictures folder?

• To Word on MacBook Pro photo collage, photo is not displayed, but the cursor moves to the bottom of the page. Tried rebooting already

  I try to copy and paste a picture of Word on a MacBook Pro, but it does not show. The cursor moves to the right distance to the bottom of the page and by positioning the mouse on the space shows that it is there, just invisible. I tried to reboot twice.

  I contacted Microsoft and Netflix to try to resolve the problem.   I have a Macbook Pro.   I used to be able to stream Netflix.   Then, suddenly, I can't.   I tried to uninstall and reinstall Silverlight, and I can't seem to do.   I called tech support and they sent me here.   Obviously, there is a version of Silverlight on my computer I can't see or find that I need to get on my hard drive in order to make this work.   Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

• Installation on Surface Pro photo App question

  Hey guys & Gals,

  I have a Surface Pro running Windows 8. I can't find (on the Surface) or download the pre-installed camera App (from the store). When I search the Surface the App is not downloaded and when I go to the Store, the App are in the section "applications installed on this PC. Once I click in the App in the store, it always gives me the option to install the application. I select install and it never installs. Because I can't find it on the Surface I'm unable to uninstall and reinstall. I don't get an error message. The App says to install in the upper right corner of the Bank for 2-3 seconds before disappearing. I tried the following steps to try to resolve the problem:

  -tried to install it from the search option in the store, from Apps option installed in the store and Apps not installed on this PC. All installation options are available, but the application won't install,

  -J' ran WSRESET.

  -J' checked and confirm my region, the location settings and clock.

  -Have a MS on the Surface and the same account is registered in the store,

  -can download other applications,

  -The surface is completely up to date with all the latest updates,

  -Ran the App troubleshooting tool,

  -Licenses are synchronized,

  -Removed my account MS the http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=262691 cloud synchronization settings,

  -I am able to set up a second account 'Test' on the Surface and properly install the software on the VAC.

  -When I use my 'Test' account in the store on my main account, I am unable to download the app and I have the option to install all the time.

  I won't have to refresh/reset my Pro that I have installed programs that I don't want to lose or reinstall (product keys). The WSRESET tool resets the cache in the store. Is there a way to reset the cache local App that can solve this problem? It seems to me that the store and the Surface do not properly communicate with respect to this application, as we think it is downloaded and the other do not think it is downloaded. I have exhausted all my known troubleshooting steps and any help would be appreciated.

  I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

  As you said that you are able to install the application on the Test account, it seems that the main account is corrupted.

  I recommend you follow the steps below to solve the problem:

  Step 1:

  Activate the built Admin account. Follow these steps:

  a. press Windows key + X together on your desktop screen.

  b. click command prompt (admin).

  c. type: net user administrator /active: Yes

  Note: Please follow the same steps and type net user administrator /active: no to disable the administrator account after the diagnosis is made

  After activating the administrator built-in, please try the steps below:

  Step 2:

  The built in Administrator account to create a new user account and transfer the profile data.

  Please follow the steps below to do so:

  a. press Windows key + X set and select Windows Explorer.

  b. click on the view tab and click Options in the upper right.

  c. click on the view tab and then click on display the drives, folders and hidden files.

  d. uncheck the box which States thatHide protected operating system files.

  e. click Yes to confirm, and then click OK.

  f. look for the file C:\Users\Old_Username, where C is the drive on which Windows is installed, and the old username is the name of the profile you want to copy the files.

  g. Select all files and folders in this folder, except the following files:

  Ntuser.dat

  Ntuser.dat.log

  Ntuser.ini

  h. right click and select copy.

  i. find the C:\Users\New_Username folder, where C is the drive on which Windows is installed, and the new username is the name of the new user profile you created.

  j. right click in the folder and select Paste.

  k. restart your PC and check if you are able to connect to the default profile.

• HP Envy 7640: MacBook Pro photos to photo tray printing problem

  Printer does not print photos from the Mac to the photo tray.  Prints to letter size tray.  I deleted the printer, readded it, updated the drive, the printer of the stop, pulled the plug of the printer, pulled the plug from the wall, stop comptuer and then all restarted.  I can re - print a copy of a photo to the photo tray so I know it works.   Keep constantly wasting trying to print to the photo tray.  It seems to be the link between the Mac and the photo tray.  Extremely frustrating!

  Just after that I got some 'experts' try to help me to use a new system AV, my iPhone is no longer automatically transfer my photos from iPhoto on my MacBook Pro photo stream. I got some tips on the forum that seems to work, but it has stopped working. I think that I only have a bad setting on the Mac or the iPhone. When I try to connect the two, I get a message that says "the network is not available." Can I fix it, or I have to go to the Apple Store?

  Reboot and reactivate the two respectively. That should help at the start of the My photo stream.

  

• MacBook Pro locks up in Safari

  The short problem is my MacBook Pro (end of 2013), and my co-workers 2011 MacBook Air have experienced two camera while Safari is running. Without warning of the shutdown of computers... the mouse still works, but text and clicking on do not work. It usually lasts a minute or two and the keyboard buffer works when he wakes up.   Safari/Preferences/Advanced - activate the menu to develop it, then go ahead and empty Caches. Quit/relaunch Safari and test. Then try Safari/history/Show History and remove all items from the history.  Quit/relaunch Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History... The downside is that it deletes all cookies. It could upset some sites no longer recognizes your computer as one that has visited the web site. Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select Library./Caches/com.apple.Safari/Caches.db, and then move it to the trash.

  Go to Safari preferences/Extensions and disable all extensions. Test. If correct, enable the extensions one by one until find you which extension is causing the problem.
