Tried to find it, but this option is not available in scrolling to the bottom of the box. Ultimately, the staff had to help me to unlock the CS5.5 update manually from its end.   Please go ahead and rename the hosts file on your computer and you should be all set. Here are the steps for MAC and Windows.

  Windows:

  1. navigate to the following location.  C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc

  2. rename the "Hosts" file to "hostsold".

  3 restart Muse and sign in using your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
