I'm sorry if it's a very basic question, but I'm not a computer scientist and the help delivered with the printer documentation does not appear to this lay person to give this information on how to set up a home network with this printer.   I own a HP 6500 e709n and have had problems with the cartridges of printers are not recognized and experiences one now where worked my 920 dual black cartridge and the printer being functional black print only with no error messages but not color print as one or more of the cartridges were probably low or dried up. I changed the cartridges out with genuine hp 920 s and now get a message indicating one or more cartridges missing or damaged-cyan. Put my old cartiges backwards and got the same failure where none were before with them. From cartridge games and open holes with PIN as described for if ensure that ventilation was allowed both sets and retried. Was always the same message on cyan then pulled the print head and cleaned by the procedure several times hp. Now get the ink system failure. Cleaned again now return to the failure of the cyan cartridge. Loop d zero. Seems that this printer know when I really need and fails at that time in a way that I can't fix.

  I paid $20 to HP for this information.   They said that the secret to getting the Menu support isn't on the web for the 6500 has more printer.

  My printer has stopped printing black, even with a new black ink cartridge.  I've had the printer for the last 4 days guaranteed when this happened.  Was on my second or 3rd Xlarge black cartridge.

  Steps to fix it.

  1. remove the cartridges

  The issue was not with the printer, but the PDF itself was a secure PDF document.

  I tried to copy the document from my pc to mac and I tried to open the document, and what I saw, it was exactly what was printed earlier in my first post.  Tried to attach my email and once downloaded, the document had only those got printed text (also pasted below).

  It works when printing directly from the pc more (with or without wire) finally got. Seems good now.

  I was wondering if I should install the disc that came with my HP 6500 has more printer FIRST before connecting it to the top wireless? Or connect upward wireless first before installing the drive?

  I saw somewhere where the plug & play when the connected printer caused some problems that did not accept the disc that came with the printer it seemed to replace the drive.

  Any help would be appreciated before doing anything with the hook to the top of my new printer.
