Recently, I had some problems with my hard drive and had to reinstall everything on my laptop. So I thought that I could just download creative cloud and everything would be fine, but I got the message that I could use only tests because no subscriptions were found. Then I looked on accounts.adobe.com and saw that there he also says that I only have a cloud creative subscription. I only have 1 account, so I use no doubt the right.

  Thanks to the customer service that I managed to solve the problem, but the next day started Creative Cloud Desktop app is crashing seconds after the opening. I could run the apps that I have donwloaded but could not update or download new applications.

  So I gave up and restarted my computer.

  Everything works perfectly now!

  I checked with your ADOBE ID on the forums and I see that there are no registered subscription here, I'm sure you could have saved under some other Email ID / Adobe ID to.

  If you have any other Email ID / Adobe ID then please log out of cloud creative app and sign in using a different e-mail and the Coachman. See, connect and disconnect to activate Cloud Creative applications
