  I understand that you have a printer of HP all-in-one OfficeJet Pro 8720 which took a long time to initialize and is now stuck in a mode 'check' cartridges after the reboot it because transport would not move to the Center. I would like to help with that.

• My new printer does not appear in the list of printers

  I bought a new HP Officejet Pro 8715 and I had great difficulty it is set up to use. It seems the method to print and scan drivers has changed dramatically since my last new printer. HP supplies over a CD with the software, but rather is supposed to happen automatically via the Apple software when I plug in the printer. This was not the case.

  At this point, I have the printer (4 hours) work, but I can't get the software "Readiris' of scanning to work. Yet once again, I am told that if I just plug the printer via the USB port and turn it on, then the OS knows what software to load. In reality, he doesn't "know" or "do" something.

  I tried to configure manually by going to System Preferences > Print & Scan and then by clicking on the sign more to add the printer software. This will show you a huge list of printers, but the list ends with "Officejet Pro 8660." My printer is a 8715, so there is nothing for my printer.   Exchanged a defective HP Officejet Pro 6835 at Costco. I kept the old cartridges and Costco pulled the new printer cartridges and kept them. Is gone to town & bought new HP cartridges and install. The printer took over in the same place on the installer. It does not recognize the new cartridges. What can I do?   You will need to install cartridges for initial configuration, Costco shouldn't have removed the cartridges setup.  You can contact HP, they could send replacement cartridges setup or they may suggest that you only contact Costco.

  You have problems, make a copy, as opposed to an impression?

  First of all, I would recommend a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I suggest to remove the printer from your printing system, using this document: uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Once you have deleted, I suggest to check and repair disk permissions: function to fix the permissions of all utility disk drive.

  I suggest you then run your Apple updates: OS x: Mac App Store apps and OS X update

  After the updates, I recommend time of the printer:

  The HP Solution Center program is affiliated with your old printer, it have nothing to do with the most recent 8610 printer.

  I would say running the 7310 below installation selecting uninstall, which will remove all the components of your old printer such as the driver of the printer, the HP, the features of HP digital imaging solution center to avoid such confusion:

  Open the Services applet (start > run > services.msc > OK) and scroll down to "print spooler".  The status should be started and the Startup Type should be automatic.  What are the parameters of your correspondents?  If your print spooler is stopped, you can try to launch it by clicking on the link, but I suspect that it stops again.  Please report the results of your efforts.

  I'm still a little worried about 'Invalid printer' entries in my system network and feel that if I could get rid of them, I could make progress. When I try > print (via USB connection) my wireless network camera flashes with enthusiasm, typical activity out via the wireless network. The file is certainly went > somewhere, because it is more listed as a document to print.

  What printer you put as a default? This should be where the printed document (Word of the device - expected :-)).

  I'm at my wits end... In a nutshell, here's the deal... For some reason, my printer stopped printing.  Lost my installation CD, so I went online and I tried everything.  That's what I've done so far...

  -Uninstalled everything that has to do with my printer.

  -Deletion of printer on the control panel.

  -I went to the HP site and followed everything on the installation and identification new printer and printer software.

  -I'm only connected with a USB key since I have no group network / wireless.
