• Problems of HDCP on iMac nine 5 k

  Hi Im getting an error message on my new iMac

  Impossible to watch this movie because its on a screen that is not allowed to play protected movies try to move this window to a different display or disconnect any display that is not authorized HDCP

  The thing is all my movies are purchased on iTunes, it is a release of the iMac box with nothing plugged it's the iMac screen im trying to observe the content on I tried you tube all formats up to 4 k work fine netflix nothing works at all the sd 1080 p or 4 k

  Ive looked everywhere for a result on this and all I get are converters video but that's not normal, it's something apple it must play on computers apple Ive been on AppleCare, but they think it could be the graphics card does anyone have a fix which is not the third-party solution, it should work on the box

  I just got a new Satellite 670 - 17K. Video card Radeon Mobility 5650 with the driver 8.712.2.1000 (newer) version, but I can't help but feel that the screen is not working properly.
  The screen resolution is set to 1600 x 900, and I can see everything clearly. However, whenever there are movements on the screen, it becomes difficult. (Moves in games or movies). She is described as blur or pixelation/pixelatedness, somewhat similar to the old monochrome .bmp formats. Or like if you put Black mesh on your screen and try to read through it.
  I tried to disable the driver, but that did not help at all.

  Does anyone have an idea what could cause this problem? This would be a failure of manufacturing?

  check two things: chart and screen. (For example) use 3DMark and Nokia monitor test (or something like that). What you wrote sounds like the wrong driver or the driver that does not work properly, but it can also be a sort of failure of manufacturer. Try another driver (the one perhaps more ancient)

• Problems with nine LaserJet 1102w

  I've had my LaserJet 1102w for two days now, and I'm so far regretting buying and considering it return.  Here's why:

  1. it turns off automatically after 10 minutes and do not print after that until someone manually pushed the power button.

  2. when it is turned on, it will display only the first inch of a given page (Config test included integrated page), then it is the orange light flashes.  If you stop and then turn it on again, try again, and then turn market a SECOND time, it will print normally.

  3. it consisitantly fails to print "big" files (I quote because he isn't that great... i.e. a 32 MB PDF)-they gets stuck and require a complete restart of the printer.

  Is the only issue that I don't see to have fall wireless... which is good because we have not ALL wired devices in our House (which is why I bought this printer... most of the devices are iOS, but I'm working on Win7 laptop at the moment).

  I would love some advice or help get this printer to work.

  * EDIT: I did so, it is updated the firmware lasted and I use the driver to date, both gets on the HP site.

  This looks like a problem with the mode 'sleep' on the printer.  There are a few things you can do to try and fix this problem.  First of all, make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet.  If you plug it into a surge arrester, power strip, or rescued food, it can prevent the printer to get enough power.  If this is correct, then proceed to try the steps in the document following the link.  If nothing works, contact HP to see on a replacement printer, or return the printer to where you bought it, be it, you need to replace the printer.

  I got a new computer for Christmas. P7-1451 A10 processor and 10 GB of memory running Windows 8. I have 25 years as a service technician. I bought and installed 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) in the memory of housing 2 and 4 which gives the total of 26 GB system. I do a lot of video recode and editing so wanted as much memory as possible. However, the system has decided it must place all 16 GB in the reserve of equipment.   Well, the problem and the cause was discovered. I have over 22 years as a technology service/construction and with all that experience, I am not mistaken most. Well, not as much as I use anyway. Here's how it went down. I spent the better part of 4 hours, check the memory specifications go into my new computer. I was very careful to make sure that all aspecs of memory has been a perfect match. Memory, I chose to buy was not the cheapest but is what I regarded as a great buy. And when I installed it, it appeared in the bios as being correct. Also, she functioned as dual channel ect. ect ect. It also showed in the resource monitor as working as it should. But he had been placed in reserve of equipment for some reason any. All the 16 GB was devoted to the material? However, when the system was put under load, the 16 GB new memory simply disappeared from the system. When placed under load, there is a system crash from memory, they told me. Even if it was a perfect match and showed in the bios and the resource monitor, it wasn't an exact match of the installed memory. No one can explain what was different, but I know now that it wasn't the good memory. I talked with people, I bought it from and they agreed that it was the same thing and should work, but agree now that it was a difference that they cannot identify. Years, I bought memory from Crucial.com in Idaho (State of) and so I sent them an E-mail asking info about new memory for the p7-1451. The next day, they sent me links to what I needed and directed me to a small program that would run on my computer and direct me to a game perfect memory for my system. They guarantee it 100% on all memory their match Department software or tech. It is what I should have done in the first place and saved a lot of work. Yesterday, the memory arrived. I bought a pair of sticks of 8 GB and one 8 GB stick to go with the 8 GB that came with the system. I removed the key to 2 GB factory completely. I placed the pair where the sticks Go 8 & 2 original. I placed the original 8 GB stick into the open slot and paired with the key of 8 GB that I bought. This gave me a total of 32 GB of memory to the system. I pluged it in and turned on and WALA 32 GB showed in the bios mode dual channel. I welcomed the system starts and went at once to the resource monitor and there was all 32 GB of memory and arranged as it should have throughout. Apparently, all memory is not equal even if all the specs show it as being the same. Crucial was the best memory on the market for years. Yes, it was more expensive, but it was a perfect match (guaranteed) by Crucial. Total cost for memory with shipping was $ 140.00. The memory I bought originally was $83.00 PLUS delivery charges. The former said: "you get what you pay for" ensure that rings true here. At full load, (re-encode a video, make an overall picture of the HDD, playback of Netflix in HD) just slows down the system at all. I'm now a fan of HP p7-1451 solid, they rock gentlemen. It is a screamer with the video card of 4 GB instead of start, the memory is all there for use. See the link below for the layout of the memory under load - its amazing.

• Problem activation Lightroom on my computers 'nine '.

  My Lightroom is autonomous.  I have read all the previous discussions and followed the links.  However when I go to customer phone he told me that phone contact is not available for my Lightroom "product" mean?   Is it because I live in New Zealand?

  I got a new chip, the motherboard and RAM for my desktop PC and cloning did not work so had to reinstall all my programs one by one.  So I had no access to my Lightroom formerly responsible to disconnect.

  In regard to my laptop, I have now increased by questions because although I got an SSD installed I could access my old HDD (in an external case) and start the Lightroom on it.  I disconnected and thought that it is at least a part of the fixed problem - I could now logs on to a computer.  However, I now get a message that Lightroom is on too many appliances.  However, because he was only on two before (IE desktop 'old' and 'old' laptop - and have since signed on one, then surely I could, initially, as quite legitimate.)  This is not the case.

  What I need is for someone from Adobe to "clean the slate" when I turn on my desktop and laptop I'm on the right track.

• iPhone more than 7 replaced without service problem

  Hi new to the forum here and today I just got my replacement of Verizon iPhone 7 + 256 GB black by apple after going in the Apple Store on September 26, not showing my no problem related to the service and had changed through prior Verizon sim card. Engineering technology recognized the problem talked to rep senior and told to do an "Exchange of device' for me, since the phone is 9 days. Noticed that I'm not the only one to have this problem more but now I regret having my phone replaced. I had it for 9 days and full retail paid for it now having the same problem as the first phone and my regrets about the replacement is if the phone is brand new or "certified refurbished" my replacement of the unit was commissioned on 26 and he got today the 29th engineering I talked to said Monday he's going to be new, but the lady who gave me the phone today said apple doesn't should not refurbished phone at nine, but "certified" I worry that since probably got a second hand phone after paying for a new or replacement is actually a new phone? He came in a slim box and the phone had the plastic top cover...

• iOS 10 no sound from the speaker of the ear or EarPods

  After update of iOS 10 (in 6 s iPhone and 5s) I have a problem then to make or receive calls. Most of the time it is no sound from the speaker of the ear or EarPods and I have to press the speaker during calls to listening. To get back what I have my iPhone and open it again. This seems to happen after that I used once the EarPods.

  Be aware that I have consume EarPods in 90% of my calls and iOS 9 I had no problem at all.

  First of all, I recommend you restart. This can solve many unexpected behaviours. Follow the steps below to restart.

  1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
  3. Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

  Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  As you use the headphones on most of your calls, I recommend checking and removal of dust or debris from the helmet. If the problem persists, please refer to the additional steps in the link below.

  Hi, someone I gifted their EarPods. I tried on my iPhone 4S running on iOS 7.0.4 but to my disappointment only left side is audible to all the sound elements of music to Siri. right side is silent, not even low noise at full volume. All other functions of the EarPods as 'change volume' and mike work correctly. But then I tried on my computer laptop Lenovoand they absolutely worked well! The two sides were also audible and clear. I tried again on my iPhone 4s, but the problem occurred again! Other headphones work fine with this iPhone. Now, I know that neither EarPods jack iPhone is damaged (or blocked), it isn't a software problem and also compatible with the iPhone 4S as claimed by Apple. I have now run out of options. Please help me. Thanks in advance. (I live in India, where there is no Apple store, so please don't recommend me to get replace them)

  If you don't insert them completely what you describe happen

  could be a cause of why it is not able to go all way

  1. you did not apply enough pressure

  2. something got into the connector and cause the connector not being able to go all the way in

  all headsets with headphones apple 3.5 mm minijack or otherwise, have always been able to work with any device I connected their ios device or laptop or the likes.

  I have problems to connect to some Web sites.  In particular, Facebook and Spotify.

  When I open either my wife login/password details are displayed.  I change mine by changing my user name and then selecting my details in the automatic fill pop - up. AutoFill completes the password for me. When I click on the "connect" button or either of these Web sites, instead of my contact information is passed to the site Web and my version, opening, the connection details get switched back instantly on the IDs of my wife and get his version of web pages instead.

  To add to this, Spotify now goes directly to the newspaper to my wife and no longer gives me the ability to insert my own login information.

  I'm under El Capitan on an iMac nine (iMac retina 5K, 27 inches, end of 2015) which has just migrated from a backup Time Machine created by my mid 2007 iMac who unfortunately died last week. This re-switch ID problem didn't happen on my old iMac.

  Only a few sites present me this problem so far.

  Is there a setting I need to adjust to prevent the connection back to the details of my wife?
