NIPXISM port conflict

NIPXISM. EXE seems to grasp from a number of ports and sometimes catches a port that I need for other purposes.  I can say that he not enter a particular port or start typing another series?

You can also limit the range of dynamic of the computer ports, such as the computer can not affect port 41985 as a random port. It seems that 41985 is inside the range of dynamic ports by default Windows, which also gives you an answer about what port numbers to avoid if you choose to change the third party device.

    Hi all

    I'm just new to JDeveloper.
When I try to run the page. XML file in my project... its giving the below the error message in the log file...

HTTP port conflict detected. The HTTP port is reassigned to port 8063.
Starting of the OC4J was cancelled by the user.
    The return port assignments to: HTTP = 8062, RMI = 23892, RMI - SSL = 24044, JMS = 9228.
    The IIOP return port assignments to: = 5656 IIOP, IIOP-SSL = 5657

If I put the HTTP = 8062 value in 'Embedded server OC4J Preferences', his tent to assign the value HTTP = 8063 then my port instance is 8062.

Please suggest me how to go further.

N ° kill the essbase or stop the essbase and then issue a netstat command in cmd prompt and look at this report. For example if you said 33000 to 34000 in the file essbase.cfg if you see profits of this range, it means you have port conflict.

    (2) if the addition of an external device such as a modem card or services to wide band is there a way to prevent port proactively conflicts?

ACC to me there is no way.

  • Port conflict warning

    Hello

I'm new to OAF and my jdeveloper became very slow this morning.
Until yesterday it worked fine, and I have not done anything since then.

I get the popup when running the jdev which I've never seen before.

"Port conflicts were detected, and the ports affected were automatically reassigned to available ports... »

and it takes a long time to run the page.

    What could be the problem?...

I think that some jdev double instance is running in the background in your system.

1 close your jdeveloper and go to Task Manager
    2. check if there is any processes running as "javaw" & "jdevW", then kill them all.
3 start the jdeveloper and try to run the page.

I have a WEB SERVER, I want to share, this bellows port forwarding work well:

    I mean by that:

The WEB SERVER is 192.168.10.10 on the local network and on the WEB, it's 81.83.XX. YY:8095

When I try that it works with VPN ON or OFF.

If I make a VPN TUNNEL, the link above and still work, but I can't see it in its original address: 192.168.10.10

Here below a small part of the original manuscript and half of the solution:

    access-list 170 permit ip 192.168.10.0 0.0.0.255 any

    SOLUTION:
With this I can access my server VIA VPN, but because of that I removed the forwarded port, the 81.83.XX. YY:8095 no longer works.
No idea if I can do something in an ACL?

  • Cannot sync. -Com port in use error

Win7 64 bit, PalmDesk 6.6.6, IR USB dongle. Tungsten E

Has been able to synchronize the first two times with the new IR USB organization. I ended with triple calendar entries so finally was able to remove old items out of PalmDesk and after doing a hard reset on PDA, could clean the scheduling issues so I thought everything was OK.

Then tried another HotSync and kept getting an error on the PDA "Cannot start the HotSync operation because the port is currently in use by another application"

Spent 2-3 hours to get here and other sites for possible solutions. Found none so tried to Soft Reset and then reset hot but neither worked. Finally I did a Hard Reset.

Was able to do a HotSync.  It took 6:30, but it does not seem complete.  Note that my memory is only half full

Now, the real problem.  I wanted to see if I could do a HotSync and did not take hours to complete.  But still, I get the port in use message.

The message comes even if the PDA is not connected to the PC by IR isn't something in the PDA.  He was going to install dbFix, but since I can't synchronize I can't install it.

I note that after the Hard Reset did only 3 options under connections now, I have 6. There is an IR to a PC/handheld, but the details show that it uses really Cradel/cable. There is an infrared for GSM phone but I can not remove or change it. Also of IR to PC with a speed of 28.8 by default.

Solutions, ideas or even wild guess appreciated.

    WyreNut

Thanks for the reply, but you are not the first to suggest not correctly the problem was in the PC.

I have finally resolved and am posting the investigation and the resolution here in the hope that others can solve the problems of strange synchronization they could find out by doing a similar detailed investigation.

The error message not being able to sync because the com port has been used pop up would immediately after recording HotSync. I without having to be connected or even close to a PC to get this error message. I have confirmed that being in front of PC with IR, equipped of Vista 32 bit, so it wasn't a problem with Win 7 64 bit either as I had been able to synchronize PC Win 7 approximately 4 weeks earlier.

I had 4 chat sessions with Palm TREES, where they provided a number of suggestions essentially to tell me that the problem was Win 7 based or 64 - bit based or that I did a Hard Reset if fixed (none of which were correct).

I tried a number of sweet, hot and hard resets. The only time wherever I could sync was after doing a Hard Reset and synchronization takes then 3.5 HOURS to complete. I could never do a second Hot Sync that I always get the error message.

I finally discovered that the list of connections is changing and the individual setting for one of the original connections was changed when I did the sync.

After a Hard Reset, there are three connection options:

PC Via cable/home station, Modem Via station home/cable and IR for PC/handheld Via infrared

When I ran the Hot Sync more than two connections have been added to the list

IR for GSM and GSM BUT phone serial

The surprise that took a few moments to discover that the PC/handheld Via IR computer had its details changed to home/IR obviously cable station, I could use this connection to synchronize this is to create a custom connection which was the PC Via IR.

The dropdown under HotSync would present the old PC/Pocket PC Via IR, but it does not work because he didn't was more IR I would choose the custom, but he made the mistake of com Port conflict

The SOLUTION was to delete all backup and archiving files, install the PC off, do a Hard Reset of the PDA and then do a HotSync.

This time sync took only 5 minutes, the connection list has not been changed and the settings in detail for PC/handheld Via IR were not changed.

I don't know when the commands of GSM phone has been added to the list of options on the PDA, I never used the PDA as a phone. I'm not even sure who's App adding the GSM phone files. He could have been there for years I never had problems with synchronization with USB port and a XP machine. Even the first synchronization IR on Win7 64 bit machine worked so I thought everything was OK.

    Thanks for the suggestion anyway.

  • Model a block synchronous dual-port RAM with LabVIEW FPGA

This question caught my attention recently.

I am trying to model a particular design element called "RAMB4_S8_S8" with the LabVIEW FPGA module. This element is a block synchronous dual-port RAM allowing simultaneous access to two ports independently from each other. That being said, a port can perform read/write operation to this RAM while at the same time, the other port might be able to do the same thing. There are two opportunities of possible port conflict, however. The first is when both ports are trying to write to the same memory cell. The other scenario is when a port writes in a cell memory while at the same time the other port reads from it. Other than that, everything should be a legitimate operation.

In order to reproduce this I select memory block that is integrated into my FPGA target. An interface is configured to be the playback mode, and the other is set to write fashion. For the option of arbitration, I let the two interfaces to be "arbitrate if several applicants only. Then I got a compiler error when I tried to run my FPGA code for this model in a SCTL. The error message is something like "several objects to request access to a resource through a resource configured with option interface" arbitrate if several applicants only ", which is supported only in the single-cycle Timed loop if there is only a single applicant by interface.

This error goes away if I replace the SCTL with a simple while loop, but not what I would like to implement. So I wonder if there is a better solution to this problem, or is it just the limitation of the LabVIEW FPGA module.

    Thank you.

Yes, you can use a form of conduct to perform the operations you want in the generations clock cycles, but all the code is inside a single SCTL. Basically, read the first address and storing in a register in a single cycle and then read the second address in the second clock cycle. This would allow you to two readings of valid memory every clock cycle 2. I have included a crude extract to illustrate the concept. The case selectors are identical with address A being connected to the memory in the true case, B in the case of fake address. Your biggest model memory dual port will be intact, but it will operate at 1/2 rate.

Take a look at the white paper that provides more details on the construction of memory:

Data on a target FPGAS (FPGA Module)

The ball on the memory block indicates that memory block double port cannot be applied in a configuration of reading, which is a double ROM. access read/write port must be imitated with custom code.

  • Listening port

    Hello

I'm new to the development of Blackberry applications. I create a Java - Push application listens to. I could do the work of application (available with Blackberry JDE) HTTPPushDemo. But one point is not clear for me. In the demo, we use 100: port of push server and listen on client applications. I understand that we can use any port other that the 4 small ones. If I use port: 120 to push server and if there are multiple applications on the phone to listen to port: 120 (my request listening and other applications listening), how to make sure that it will reach my application only? Will there be port conflicts?

    Thank you

    Thomas

you try to open the designated port grow in your App if it is already in use by another application that you get an exception. you add 1 to your port number and try again. Once you have opened your push port successfully, you call a Web service and save the device with the PIN and the port opened successfully.

    Device driver issues
You may receive an error message "Stop 0x0000007B" in the following scenarios:
A device driver that your computer boot controller needs is not configured to start during the startup process.
A device driver that needs your computer startup controller is damaged.
Information in the Windows XP registry (information related to the way in which device drivers load during startup) is corrupted.

Windows XP requires a miniport driver communicate with the hard drive controller that is used to start your computer.
If Windows XP does not have a device driver for your controller or Windows XP is equipped with a damaged or incompatible driver, you must replace the driver with a valid copy that is compatible with your controller and Windows XP.

During the first phase of the Windows XP installation, Setup displays the following message is displayed at the bottom of the screen:
Press F6 if you need to install a third-party RAID or SCSI driver.
Press F6, and then follow the instructions to install a device driver from your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) mass storage.

If the system in the Windows XP registry hive is corrupted, Windows XP is maybe not able to load the miniport device driver that requires that the controller to start. To resolve this issue, restore a backup of the registry. For more information about restoring a registry backup, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 307545 (how to recover from a corrupted registry that prevents Windows XP startup)

    Hardware problems
You may receive an error message "Stop 0x0000007B" If there is a resource conflict between the boot controller and another controller or between SCSI devices. You can also receive this Stop error message if drive translation is not being performed or if drive translation has been changed. To resolve this problem:
    1. If an IRQ address or i/o port conflict exists between your boot controller and another controller, Windows XP stops responding (hangs) or displays an error message "Stop 0x0000007B" If you have recently added new hardware, remove the new hardware or reconfigure it so that it is not incompatible with any installed controller resources.
    2. If you are using a SCSI drive, check the SCSI chain for correct end. Remove any unused SCSI devices or make sure that each unique SCSI ID.
    3. ensure that this drive translation is turned on (if necessary) and that it has not been changed. For example, if you have recently changed the controller, this problem may occur. 314082 you receive a Stop error 0x0000007b after you move the Windows XP system disk to another computer

    Other questions
Other possible causes of an error message "Stop 0x0000007B" include:
The boot volume is corrupted and cannot be initiated by Windows XP. If the file system is corrupted and Windows XP cannot initialize the volume to start during the startup process, move the drive to another computer that is running Windows XP and run the command chkdsk on drive or try to create a parallel installation of Windows XP on the drive (in a separate folder). The Windows XP Setup program checks the integrity of the volume before it copies the files, and it can solve some problems in the process.
You install Windows XP on a mirrored boot partition that was created by Microsoft Windows NT 4.0. Windows XP does not support the Ftdisk of Windows NT 4.0 volume sets. If you are running Microsoft Windows 2000, you must convert all Ftdisk volume sets to dynamic volumes before you upgrade to Windows XP. If you run Windows NT 4.0, break any mirrors and back up the data on tape, RAID5, or extended volume sets before you upgrade to Windows XP. Games Ftdisk may not be available after the upgrade.

    General troubleshooting
If none of the issues that have been described in this article apply to you, use the following general troubleshooting steps:

    1. If you receive one of these errors during the installation of Windows XP, update the computer BIOS or obtain Windows XP drivers for your hard drive controller (with the manufacturer of your computer, System Board, or hard disk controller) or do both. For more information about how to update the BIOS of your computer or obtain Windows XP drivers, contact the manufacturer of your computer. For more information about the availability of drivers, see the device driver issues section in this article.

I assume you are using the USB Toshiba bluetooth adapter

    http://APS.toshiba-tro.de/Bluetooth/redirect.php?page=pages/Toshiba/USB-BT-adapter.html

Otherwise, the Toshiba Bluetooth stack does not work on your laptop. Follow these steps to make it work.
Delete Vodafone software and the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack.
Download the latest battery Bluetooth from the following URL and install it:

    http://APS.toshiba-tro.de/Bluetooth/redirect.php?page=pages/download.php

Now install the Vodafone card again. Now, it should work.
Note the order of installation is important as otherwise you will get a COM port conflict

  • QMH data dashboard

    Hello

I did a program using the messages in queue (QMH) Manager based on the continuous measurement and logging example comes with LabVIEW 2013.

    I want to view and control the program using the control panel data with web services (for Ipad). I followed this tutorial;

    https://decibel.NI.com/content/docs/doc-40079

With the help of this tutorial, I am able to connect my desired and indicators controls on the dashboard of data.

But when I run the dashboard of data, it does not interact with the program. If however, I have the web resource vi of the program itself if works.

I made a dummy vi which simply creates a random number and it works fine, using the web services of data dashboard.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

    Kind regards

I would try to set up the Web server port for the EXE to a different number; something very far from standard 8080. So make sure you that data dashboard is the port for your EXE and not your project.

I've never tried defining two Web servers to run on the same port, but I had problems with port conflicts (using the same port for the project and as a result of the EXE) using VI server.
