No access after Reset SG200

I have a problem with my SG200, maybe more than one.

I tried to upgrade to 1.3.0.59 this morning.  She succeeded, and the switch has rebooted.  After the reboot, I could connect is no longer in the switch.  I tried to adjust the switch but it still doesn't let me log on.  I also tried to connect to the switch using the forllowing method, but I can't always connect.  I unplugged everything, who has held the discount to zero for at least 30 seconds, waited 3 minutes, plugged in a computer and set it up to see the switch.  Everything worked and the login page appears.  Should still not my dredentials login, nor what the default credentials.  I am at a loss.  I have access through the switch, but cannot configure anything.

Is there something I can do?

Hi Paul, please do the following-

  • Disconnect all connections, leaving only power to the switch
  • Hold the reset for 35 seconds button
  • Use a computer without a wireless connection set statically to the NIC 192.168.1.100 255.255.255.0 Gateway 192.168.1.254
  • This single computer to connect the switch
  • Trying to access 192.168.1.254 with user cisco password cisco

    The old keychain must be in ~/Library/keychains.  Rename the old keychain back to login.keychain.  If you do not know the password for the keychain of old connection then you will not be able to unlock it.  The old login Keychain password is different from the user account password, you'll want to change the corresponding password.
