Please someone tell me what is happening and how to solve this problem, it is really the straw breaking the camels back here today, it's another stress, I can't really face at this moment

  • get "Windows7 not genuine copy" message

Several years ago, I bought a HP G71-340US notebook Windows7 (it was a refurbished model directly from HP). I used it for years of mant without problems until last week. I get now on the bottom right of my screen 'Windows7 build 7600' Message this copy of window is not genuine. " It is the same version that I bought at HP, although I regularly updated Windows7 with Microsoft updates. I called Microsoft and they told me that I had to either buy the software again or give them my access code of the disks, which I got from HP.  What can I do to get either to work or else the code Windows7 installation?

    Thank you

    Hi dlrowe,

Just to complement to the HP Advisor said and reading your problem, usually, when you buy an HP product there is usually a small sticker with the product code on it, if you see this sticker and find the marked code "windows 7 product key" , then you could give to microsoft and they might be able to help.

    Hello

That your laptop has a certificate of authenticity of Windows on the bottom of the laptop?

If it, write it down and then right click on the error message and choose activate. Activate by phone, that's what you use. It takes a little of your time to navigate the menu, but it is worth.

  • Windows 7 Build 7601 not genuine - but it is!

A month ago, I replaced my 5 + years computer's hard drive (an old Dell with Win 7 home premium), reinstalled windows (Yes, an authentic version) and went on my way happy.  Yesterday, in the typical fashion of this error, the background went black and I get the small "Windows 7 Build 7601 this copy of Windows is not genuine" in the lower right corner.  I also get popups from Windows telling me to validate my version, I tried and he repeated to me that it cannot validate it.  I have downloaded and run MGADiag.exe, with the results displayed below (even if I took the liberty to remove the characters of the product key and the hash key, as I not sure if that can be used maliciously or not).  Any help is really appreciated.

  • Windows 7 not genuine, authentic, so no cycle - how to fix?

So I loaded windows and I had turned it on and it was authentic. Then, I logged on the next day and it was apparently not authentic (Build 7600) I have tryied the SLMGR-REARM and that worked. Still, it was authentic!

So I come back the next day - windows is not genuine construction 7601. This time, I deleted the KB-170339 (or something like that) and now there are tons of updates from windows to do and I'm afraid that if I update them make the Moon "not authentic."

It's really annoying and the SLMGR-REARM appears as a temporary solution. I know that this copy is authentic (windows 7 ultimate), but it seems to become non-authentique after a certain period of time.

Why? How can this be repaired? It's really annoying and when something costs 130 pounds I expect it to work (call me old fashioned).

Repair and recovery Forum left Windows 7.

  • Windows not genuine, even if the copy is purchased

    Hello

Since yesterday morning I get the "Windows 7 Build 7601 this copy of Windows is not genuine" message on my HP Pavilion Elite desktop computer, I bought in 2012.

I called Microsoft and they said that HP was blocking my copy. So, I called HP and they said they don't do that. Then I explained to HP what happened. They thought it would be a virus that was the cause. I explained that I had a backup hard drive (a duplicate of the date and image of the OS, etc. about a month ago) and the same error problem when I used this one. They said he could have "virus bomb" which has been on the system for months and go off on a date. It could also be in the BIOS.

I ran a MalwareBytes scan and an Adaware scan. Two of them are some malware that has been removed, but the problem remains. I am running «Microsoft Security Scanner»

Anyone know how I can fix this problem? Are there known viruses or malware that are known to cause this problem?

Extra, a month ago I had the motherboard replaced by a professional computer company. The other motherboard has been damaged due to power surge, possibly. The replacement is not an upgrade. But it was a month ago, and everything was working fine until yesterday.

I run MGADiag.exe. Here is the code:
