On Satellite C55-A-19(r) battery low level

I bought my laptop to 31/12/2013 and yesterday Toshiba Pc Health showed me that the State of the battery is low (red)

I m using several hours a day and I find it very weird...

Can someone help me with this?

Hello

How long the laptop runs on battery power?
How long the battery does not load?

The point is that your laptop is new and battery needs to be calibrated before it would have reached the performance.
To calibrate the battery you must load and unload completely. This procedure should be repeated two, three times in the line.

If this does not help, contact the ASP from Toshiba for the new battery.

  • Satellite C50-B-19V - RTC battery low

    Hi all

    I ask your help.

    I have 15-inch Toshiba Satellite C50-B-19V laptop.
    It is 2 years old.

I get RTC battery low message the laptop turned OFF for awhile (without adapter).
When I turn it on, I have to re - set the Date and time in the BIOS.

So I fully recharge via an adapter, and every time I put it to sleep the clock stops just when I put on standby.
So if I put for example standby at 10:00 on March 2, 2016, and I turn it on at 12:00 on March 2, 2016, the clock says 10:00 and March 2, 2016 (the date is not lost).

Laptop works well when on battery (without adapter).
I have WIN 8 is installed.

RTC battery low message is displayed after the laptop is off (no adapter) for a while... (a few days).

Above mentioned laptop is NOT a pile of separate clock when back cover is removed (no battery is visible on the motherboard)...

What to do in this case?

    Waiting for your response.
    Thank you very much!
    Ivan

I would say that the RTC is low and that maybe it's the other side of the motherboard. Find and download the manual for your machine. All PCs have batteries for the CCF and to keep some of the BIOS settings. If it is not under an agreement of service of any kind, take it to a technician, you trust and let check. Otherwise repair by the company with which you have permission. The battery will be there somewhere. They can be painted, I saw that with some motherboards desktop.

  • How can I troubelshoot "battery low level detected" message?

Recently, I've restored my Windows 7 Home Premium to its default factory via hp Recovery Manager settings. Everything went well but I get this really annoying message at startup "low battery level detected" and the battery should be replaced. Before the restore operation, I was getting almost 3 hours of support of battery and after the restore, I'm now only half an hour.

I'm sure that's not the battery, there is something else.

    I tried upgrading the BIOS.

    Tried battery calibration.

Even, I calculated that the battery rated output voltages and its giving in 11.02 V even after the system recognizes the completely drained battery. There is nothing wrong with the battery.

    Can someone help me?

    Kind regards

    Farhat.

Finally its resolved. The 601 (internal battery error is resolved)

I have calibrated the battery safe mode with 7-10 Charge/discharge cycles and Viola! the error disappeared.

As I was convinced that it would not be my problem of battery, so I never gave up and tried to understand.

Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.

  • Satellite C580 - plugged says a "Full load", unplugged it indicates "battery low 4%."

My laptop is plugged (Satellite C580-1 kN) it says "completely charged 100%", but when unplugged, it indicates "battery low 4%."

Does anyone know what is the problem?
    Thank you!

    How old is your battery?

It is possible that the battery is not working properly...
You must know that sooner or later any battery will lose their effectiveness.

So even if the battery charge notification says battery is fully charged, the charge level may be very low...
In this case only the replacement of the battery could help you.

  • Keep Satellite C55-B901 connected even when the battery is 100%

    Hello

I just bought a Toshiba Satellite c55-b901, and I was wondering if it's good to keep the laptop plugged even after the battery is fully charged or not. Which would affect the battery life or it does not matter.

I also have a cooling block that keeps the freshness of the laptop.
Would you recommend that I keep it plugged in, keep using it when it is 100% and 10% only when charging and will stop when 100%, or use two meanings I like?

    Thanks in advance!

You don't have to worry about battery. You can use your laptop connected to the power adapter. What you can do is to use the battery mode from time to time. Do battery empty and reconnect the AC adapter.
You can do this in a week time.

Please enter the advanced power settings and check battery options here.
Change settings for low and critical battery level (lower level fixed) and also check the battery notification low option. Here you can disable.

    Remove the battery if possible.
Press and hold the power button for 1 minute.
Leave battery and connect the cable.
    Turn on.

  • Satellite-C55-A-1NU - upgrade of RAM and SSD upgrade information

I have a Toshiba Satellite C55-A-1NU and I want to know if it is possible to replace the optical drive with an SSD? Can someone tell me what I need to do? What type of rack and SSD should I buy. Thank you

I also want to improve the ram memory, the laptop has only 1 slot 4 GB ddr3 1600 mhz, but is single channel. Which model should I buy to work in dual channel I use cpu-z to identify the model and it shows me hmt451s6mfr8a do I need exactly this or I can put another ty of manufacturing 2.

This upgrade with SSD is not supported by Toshiba, so everything you do is at your risk. Check this forum please. If I m remembering although some people have already posted own experiences.
I think that in most cases they ordered this caddy HDD/SSD but the drive was not recognized at all.

In my opinion, you must perform these updates.

    RAM
Up to 16 GB of RAM according to specification for laptop, you can put on level and on the lower part under the cover of memory, you should find two memory locations. How to change RAM is described in s. manuals check please page 72.

The memory modules are compatible RAM for your laptop model:
    4 GB DDR3L-1600-PA5104U-1M4G
    8 GB DDR3L-1600-PA5104U-1M8G

  • Satellite C55-B5170 - graphics issue when you play

    Hello

I recently bought my Satellite (C55-B5170) and started to install applications of my previous laptop. However, when I went to try to play a game, I found that the graphics have been pixelated/blocks. This happened with almost all of the games I've tried. All my drivers are up to date, and I have not seen this problem on another thread.

    Thank you!

EDIT: Minecraft, a game quite simply, is broken (similar to the image provided). However, the Lego game worlds newly released works very well.

All of your games is designed for Win8/Win8.1?

  • Toshiba Satellite C55-C1968 isn't anywhere

    Hi all
If this laptop was purchased January 2, 2016 to Dubai to Sharaf DG.

    Here are the specs:
    Intel Core i5-6200U 2.3 GHz with Turbo Boost 2.8 GHz processor (6th generation) / 4 GB RAM / 1 TB HDD / DVD RW / 15.6 "LED / Intel HD Graphics / Windows 10 (x 64).

Now, when I went to register this laptop on the toshibamea.com Web site, or even the global site for Toshiba, I couldn't find this particular model of Satellite C55 - C anywhere.
Its only when I checked the serial number at the back of the laptop that I discovered that somehow Toshiva gave its own number of 'model' and it is PSKWWV-00V00KAR.

The only place on the whole of the internet where this model is is here:

Why is this? It wasn't the only laptop computer purchased, what other customers? When they try to make a record of the product, what are supposed to choose?
And updates of drivers, sound only after see this model naming that toshiba gave internally, I managed to find the updated audio driver.
Why can't toshiba updated this model to include in their series of satellites?

Also, I recorded my laptop using the serial number on the toshibamea.com site, and yet he does not appear in the records of the Toshiba customer service.
I would like my registration to update as soon as possible in your systems.

If anyone has any other questions please post here, so I can provide more information if necessary.
I am downloading from the screenshot I took before recording "confirmed successfully.
OK, Jpeg is not allowed, so here's the direct link:

    All users experienced:
Assume that you are in my situation, where your laptop model number is not listed, and is not being registered, what are the steps you would take, what emails would contact you to ensure that you get the registered product warranty and Toshiba realizes that one of its latest models does not appear anywhere in its own site.

    > I've been sitting for more than 30 minutes of waiting and all I have is a circle go around round n as its load. Seems an awful lot of time for it to set up - someone can advise?

Well, during the first configuration, the image of Toshiba must be configured and all necessary updates must be downloaded and installed. It takes time.

However, it would be possible that the system would not answer more and in this case, you simply turn off the laptop and it should restart again.

Usually the system would begin the configuration of the point of interruption
