  Note that ports above 1023 including 10000 could be anything and should generally not be worried.  It seems that 10000 is for example used for VoIP call.  So, being identified as Webmin is probably a false decision simply because who uses also 10000.

  Have the port 2420, you forwarded on your router?   By default the AnyConnect client uses TCP 443. But the AnyConnect client may also use DTLS (which provides the same type of authentication and encryption such as SSL, but uses UDP to do). There is not a standard port for DTLS, but I think there is an option on the SAA to configure a port so that it can use and you would like to open UDP port also.
