  Edit: I see that you are using Windows 7 where the menu bar is hidden as a Firefox orange button by default. Some menus objects much may not be visible in the menu of the Firefox button. Show the Menu bar or use the - and + Zoom controls buttons.

  Make sure that the automatic duplex printing option is selected:

  Enter the control panel > devices and printers.
  Right-click the printer icon, and then click printer properties.
  Click the device settings tab.
  As installed in Duplex Automatic Two-Sided accessory and then click OK to save the change.

  Automatic duplex printing should now available.

  I got this HP Envy 13-d053sa (Win10 installed in the factory) for a few months now, always allowing me to connect using my fingerprint today.
  
  Today, I found that I had lost my PIN and my option of sign-in fingerprints had disappeared from the setting menu. I managed to set up a new PIN, but the rest available footprint (not even a flashing light on the device itself). (Incidentally, Norton Internet Security has also stopped working and I had to remove and re-install.)
  
  I've updated the device driver of fingerprints through the Web page updated HP, but still no joy.
  
  How can I get fingerprints in my connection options please?

• Yoga 2 Pro - sleep setting missing after upgrade to Windows 10 RTM

  Here's another interesting event. I use sleep mode all the time, that's what happens "when I close the lid. After upgrade Windows 8.1 for Windows 10 RTM, "standby mode" is not found. "when I close the lid" and related parameters in power management have an empty selection, sleep does not appear in the drop-down list of choices. It seems revenue to "Put to sleep" by default. By reading the other Windows 10 forums I know sleep is supported in Windows 10, how can I get that back? I tried to download and install the latest driver for power management (as dated 17/07/2015, I think) but I get the message that "you already have a newer version of the driver installed", I cancelled out of the facility. Are there newer drivers planned for soon? I can shoot with Microsoft Basic Display Driver (3200 x 1800 only, see my other ad in the forum), although I used a different resolution in Windows 8.1 and hibernate instead of mode 'sleep', but I hope that these features will work soon. • Maximum DPI setting missing Photosmart 7960

  I always use a 7960 Photosmart and I'm very happy with it.  However, DPI Maximum option has disappeared in the menu of options of printing resolution.  My OS is Vista 32 bit Home Premium, SP2.  My laptop is a Dell Studio 1537 and is connected to the printer by USB.  In my view, the setting may have disappeared at a time given when I updated the driver.  Please help as I'm getting back in high quality photography.

  I see that you are running in IPR issues.  I would try to help.

  I would recommend a power reset.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

  I recommend also to download and run the HP print and Scan doctor.

  My old installation of XP Professional (ver 2000 / SP1 retail box) is not working properly.  Hundreds of antivirus, fixes Registry scans, updates and several hard drive card mother upgrade and later I lost some basic features *.  Can I reinstall XP using a downloaded newer version (SP3) using my old key (commercial box version) and keep all my settings?  I remember that I did this a few years ago and had to rebuild all the updates, but I got what I needed.  Now when I try, the same original disk says that I must start over costs and versions are not compatible.  Also, where is the best place to get the installation files?

  A most annoying things is the delay huge opening files.  Some never open and I get a message unable to find the file, that I just clicked?  I reinstalled all affected programs (like Office 2003 / Excel) and there is no improvement.

  Interesting responses.  I was not on top of the issue of IE, but it makes sense.  It has been a few years, but I remember that the successful repair XP restored my IE and I've had to update again, but he did not screw up the repair.  I think that IEv7 was in use at the time.  I am currently on IEv8.

  Several features of CCC that you would see with a managed server TMS MCU/telepresence don't are not supported with the driver, whatever the Conference bridge type that is used, that is why you don't see some of the options you would expect should be there.  Here's a thread from there not so long ago, the tms-ccc-conductor, with a link to what features of the CCC, you have at your disposal when using conductor.  The guide is out of date (2015), but remain valid with regard to the CCC with a conductor.

  PeopleTools 8.5 x has been certified to run on Windows 64-bit platforms, but the program itself is 32-bit. This means that any library to load must also be 32-bit.

  For example, the Oracle 'GALE' client lib must be the 32-bit version rather than the 64-bit version.

  If you have installed the Oracle 64-bit client, please uninstall it and install the 32-bit version. Additionally, make sure that 'Add to the path' entry in the psappsrv.cfg file reflects the location of 32-bit binaries.
