  It seems that this device does indeed of Bluetooth.

  Like everything else, however, you must be careful when you customize the computer during the order phase - when there is an option to either include OR exclude an item, be sure to click the boxes you want.

  I tried to use my smart touch months ago and it did not work properly so I did system restore, but during the restoration, the power went out. Now when I restart the smart touch, it loads windows and then goes straight to a blue screen. There is only a cursor in the middle. I ran some diagnostic tests and everything has extracted o.k. tried to start in safe mode and it says: in each corner of the screen, but no safe mode toolbar or Windows is available. Just a black screen blank with the mode without failure of words. I tried to restart the computer for the last known successful startup and it's the same as before, the charges with a blue screen.   Thank you for the updated information. I'm you provide a document from HP support: get a USB HP recovery disc or HP recovery disks, allowing you to get your recovery media if you do not have everything as I doubt F11 will work for you at this stage. If this does not work all the better, but if follows does not only document and it will guide you on how to get your recovery disc.

  I am also a you provide a HP support document: performing a recovery of the system (Windows Vista) HP, which has all the steps that you need to recover your computer.

  I have a HP Pavilion dv3t - 2000, Windows Vista-based computer.

  Touchpad volume above, that the keyboard does not work properly (it there is no sound coming out of the speakers or the headphones), if you touch the part above the keyboard touchpad megaphone, then it remains red, but the sound icon on the taskbar change mute to reactivated when you touch the Red megaphone. The volume on the touchpad slider works amazingly.

  I don't know if I uninstalled something or what but I need this fixed a problem!

  Pretty well, I waited the Audio service to miss because it is installed by the IDT program, but other services were in the correct state?

  Try a manual update to the generic Windows driver.

  Open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select Properties.  Click the driver tab and click Update driver.  Select "Browse my computer for driver software", then "Let Me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer.  Left click to access high definition Audio Device to highlight, and then click Next.

  Did this install without error and you get any sound?

When complained agains they said another hardware problem. So far they have kept with them. In this regard I ask the company to return the product immediately, because I lost my trust in this model.   At this point, I would say we have all the drivers for your computer on Windows 8.1. I would like to have you go to the drivers page from PC Desktop HP Pavilion TouchSmart 23 - f217c all-in-one and start with the Chipset drivers. Once they are installed you should re - install ALL drivers for your computer.

  If the above does not work, we will have to back up, recover your computer to factory settings, run ALL the HP and Windows updates and try again Windows 8.1 update. To save your personal information and ensure it is not lost, I would like you to look at and follow the steps in the HP Support document: backup of files (Windows 8), who will be your personal files are up to date.
  
  CAVEAT! If you want to keep the e-mails or bookmarks/favorites that you want to save them as I do not think they are saved in the backup HP process.
  
  Then, I would like to see again you and follow the steps in the HP Support document: performing a recovery of HP (Windows 8) system, which will allow you through to get your computer back to factory settings.
  
  IMPORTANT - your staff of files such as libraries, personalization settings, user accounts and desktop themes are permanently deleted.   I ordered, from hp store-still in production, a HP Pavilion - 27qe touchscreen all-in-one.  There are 10 Windows.  I would come down to Win7 Pro 64-bit (I can buy a legal copy of win7 and do a clean install).  I understand that I would lose some features like the touch screen, but I really prefer Win7.  I'm looking for info on how to do this?  For example, where to find the proper drivers (determine which and where to download to), BIOS etc.  Drivers listed on hp for this computer are for Win10 only, there is no Win7 drivers listed.  Of course I'd first recovery disks Win10, where I always want to go to the Win10 or if Win7 is not working properly.

  Any info/help appreciated.  My wife and I share one our computer at home with Win7 on it.  Me, my wife and probably would be better to use Win7 we are used and as.

  Maybe someone can help. Bought a HP15 Touch Smart (refurb) 2 days ago.  It was working fine until this morning. After entering my p/w the computer screen turns off and does not turn upward. I can't get anywhere to give instructions specific to the computer. Someone at - it ideas?

  A once downloaded, close all programs, open your download folder and double-click the application to run it (click Yes to any uac prompt).

  Click the scan button.

  When the results are displayed, click the Clean button - when you are prompted to restart, click Ok.
