Windows 10 settings page shows no turning bluetooth power options. I have tried to reset my pc but lost all my apps and also hp Recovery Manager has been lost. I also downloaded Qualcomm-Atheros bluetooth drivers (since I wasn't sure of the hardware version of my PC). Always bluetooth does not work. The idea of reset was given by a representative of hp service in the online chat system. I would be grateful if someone comes up with a good fix tested since I need blutooth to use my bluetooth headset.

  This card is a single band with no radio bluetooth wireless card.

  I recently got a new HP Pavilion Touchsmart 15-n210dx and it comes preinstalled with Windows 8.1.  So I wiped and installed Windows 7 Ultimate, but the controller network and ethernet controller have not all drivers.  I've looked everywhere I can think for these drivers, but I can't find them. • HP Pavilion Touchsmart kept Sound disappears after installation and reinstalling the drivers

  I have a HP Pavilion Touchsmart 14-B132TX Sleekbook. My sound disappeared while I was using it a month ago. I called the HP Hotline and Technical Support told me just uninstall it from the Device Manager and when restarted, automatically installs the driver. What I did.

  The sound came back but still once he disappeared after about 15 minutes of use, so I called tech support again and they gave me links to HP support for drivers to download and install which I did and rebooted the computer and the sound came back again. BUT again, the noise has disappeared. I called tech support and they just do a system restore which I did and the sound came back again. But he disappeared again after all just 7 minutes of use.

  These are the drivers, I installed from the HP Web site: sp60642, sp64082, sp60464 and sp64031. After reinstalling the drivers. I cleaned my laptop with CCleaner and went to HP Support Assistant in the hope of getting a solution, there was a statement here to download the QUALCOMM Atheros driver and I installed again the driver said... The sound has come back after rebooting. AND again, he has disappeared after just using the laptop for about 3 minutes. (it gets worse!.) This laptop is quite new, he just bought 10 months ago. What is going on? Please help me. I use the Windows 8 operating system. PLEASE HELP ME.

  Try the following.

  Open windows control panel, open Windows Update, select "View update history" in the left pane and then select "Installed updates" link in the next window.

  Locate the KB2962407 update, right click and choose uninstall.  Once completed, restart the computer, open windows control panel, open Windows Update and select "Check for updates".  You will see the update that you have uninstalled just offered once again - right click and select "Hide update".

  After that you may or may not need to remove and reload the sound driver - if you do, how to use Recovery Manager to reinstall the drivers and software is detailed in the document at the link below.

  There's another twist... If you have to go on the road to the manual installation, you may have to restart the laptop and repeat the process so that the drivers install completely.

  Very frustrating because what I really do is keep my drivers up to date so I can use my machine to what I need to use it for and keep it healthy and maintained.  I thought really what one simple question, i.e. connect HP official website, download the drivers, install them and continue my life.

  I have added, when I download the other software updates of the pre installed HP support assistant, it downloads things well but does not install them.  However my main concern in this post in particular is the drivers for my graphics card and the modem etc.  I tried this new temporarily disable my firewall for my safety see if it's the reason, but no, she didn't always.

  Can someone help me find drivers for my computer officially HP (not a questionable site) so I can keep my computer updated and heathy please.

  I think I might have made some progress with this problem. I had a friend call me and he suffered from these same questions. The partial solution (and probably most) I've discovered is that there is a critical update of the BIOS that had not been done. Because Windows 10 was already installed, it didn't appear on the page to Support HP or HP update software. The way I had the time it was to say the HP website that I had Windows 8.1. The update then appeared. I downloaded the BIOS for its model was last updated and installed. (BTW: it worked great in Windows 10). Once I've upgraded, the dark screen problem has been resolved. However, as long as the screen saver, night light or auto Hibernate still does not work. You can manually put the computer to sleep via a button or the start menu, and he returned very well. His was an AMD based all-in-one and I don't remember not if someone had problems with the Intel based platforms.

  So, to summarize... If you have not installed 10 still make sure you BIOS update first. If you have goto, the Web site and enter your model. Replace the Windows 8.1 operating system. Download and install.

  If anyone has more of an insight, please answer others to take advantage. Good luck and enjoy Windows 10. And if anyone has a solution for the problem of sleep/sleep/screensaver please respond.

  Music playback is very poor via bluetooth devices.  The music plays fine through the laptop speakers, but if I try to use my bluetooth speaker or a receiver of music sound quality is mediocre at best and the music skips.  My iPhone and iPad play well across the two devices.  All my music is on my computer.  I would like to play directly from here.  Any suggestions?

  I read your post about the problem of the Bluetooth and wanted to help you!  I understand that the Bluetooth device will pair, but the sound quality is not sufficient.

  You can try to update the Bluetooth drivers for your laptop.  However, your product does not have Windows 10 drivers on the HP site.  Maybe that's why you have a few problems.  You can find the drivers for your product here:

  If you still have problems, try to uninstall the Bluetooth driver, then reboot the laptop.  Please let me know the results.

  I got a HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14n018-US recently of staples and it comes preinstalled with Windows 8. I don't like Windows 8 and jumps in a disc of Windows 7 Ultimate. As I expected, none of the drivers was about this and I had to use my office to burn the drivers on a dvd. I put each internet driver of HP on the topic of my computer went down them, in my Pavilion, but each has failed. whenever I tried to open the SAME if he had the support for windows 7, it would just shut down unexpected that have not installed the drivers at all.   I understand that you are looking for Windows 7 drivers that will focus on the HP Pavilion 14. This model doesn't have a Windows 7 compatible driver unfortunately.  Right now, I have to think back to the computer in Windows 8.

  You can also try to fill all of your Windows updates. That might solve the problem wireless you are witnesses. Also if you are able to view the ID of the computer hardware, I can check if all compatible drivers exist.
