performance not recognized

Hello

I have problem running my app coded with labVIEW 2013 on a windows 7 PC. I installed the runtime 2013 (as we can show on the attached printscreen) without any error message and reboot. When a test run the application created with labVIEW 2013 I the message as if I have not installed the runtime.

I already tried the following:

-Repair installation with the install tool

-Remove the Runtime Engine installation and reinstall

Nothing has worked.

Thank you in advance for any help or advice,

Arnaud Moretti

OK, I finally get the solution. My PC is 64-bit, the client computer is 64-bit but the 2013 labVIEW installed and used to compile the application was 32 bits... I have installed the correct version and it works.

I suggest to write the necessary Runtime engine architecture in the error message in my first message, because a client without sources could not have known himself whose architecture the application needs.

    Hello

My problem is already listed on this forum but I can't find a solution or explanation.

I recorded with a Toshiba account in order to use the "smart" features of my incl. TV services VOD as Maxdome etc...

Whenever I push the button 'cloud' I get the message: "your TV was not recognized by the server. Press OK to re - connect to the server... »

Call the hotline they suggest to send the unit for repair... I can't believe that there is a problem with my TV... But server.

Any suggestion? May be related to an IPv6 Internet connection?

In addition, even, I would say I'm a fan of Toshiba, my TV's performance are simply bad. When I have the cloud works, it takes two minutes until Maxdome should be started.

And can someone tell me WHY I need to get into the clouds to access my saved content? Or Media Player? This content "offline" should be much more quickly accessible.

  • Tecra M9-185 - 750 GB HARD drive not recognized

    I have Tecra M9-185 (PTM91E-0G4045G3) with BIOS Version 1.90 dated the 29.02.2008.
It came with HARD drive of 160 GB, which is quite old and needs replacement. I want to upgrade the HARD drive. I tried to use the 750 GB HARD drive, but it was not recognized by the BIOS.

Is it possible to upgrade the HARD disk? Is there a limit to the ability of the new HARD disk that can be installed?

    Hello

Of course, the HARD drive can be upgraded.
The laptop supports the SATA controller. The SATA controller is not limited to a special HARD drive size of my knowledge. 750Go should be supported too. But it might be possible that the BIOS is not able to manage these dimensions.
Try a different SATA HDD with the smaller size.

But question: why you n t choose an SSD (250 GB)?
I have improved my Tecra A10 with a 250 GB SSD and the performance gain is amazing. The machine is running much faster and quieter

    dhobs,

Anguish, that the suffering of the faulty motherboard has been aggravated by your actions. Why you decided to perform a restore (which re - formate the disk, erase all your data files (documents, photos, videos to misic,) is really amazing.)

You had a viable BONE, work and the data store. You he clobbered with recovery. As explained, the 'tattoo' reads the embedded hardware configuration and will stop at the resumption of treatment if it detects a change.

Only temporary help I can offer is to open the computer case and install a small 12v on the NVidia chip fan. IF the chip is not 100% burned, you can earn low enough time to reinstall the operating system and then add the map.

  • My HP 14 laptop is not recognizing the usb ports and wifi at startup.

During the last few days I been dealing with the issue that my laptop does not recognize the usb ports and wifi. After several reboots, it works fine. My drivers are up to date, so I don't know why, I'll have this terrible problem.

    Welcome @hildergarn,

Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome! It is an excellent site to find answers and ask questions. I understand that you have a problem with your Wi - Fi and USB ports on your laptop from HP.

My first suggestion would be to use the wireless network troubleshooting and Internet tool. At the bottom it will ask you questions to help you diagnose the problem.

Please take a look at this great Charter called troubleshooting wireless network and Internet. This document will help you to solve the problem of Wi - Fi.

Have you tried to restore the BIOS?

Have you tried to connect directly to the Modem/Router?

You have uninstalled the driver in Device Manager?

Please try to uninstall the driver in Device Manager by using the following steps:

    • Go to the Device Manager.
    • Expand network adapters.
    • Right-click on all NICs individually.
    • Click on uninstall.
    • Restart the laptop twice.

How many devices you try to connect?

What you are trying to connect via USB?

Are - what you happened to try to use the HP Support Assistant?

Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant, if you not him have not yet tried. Simply download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system that need updated.

Here are other troubleshooting steps that may help too. If the USB device does not appear in Device Manager, then it might be a question of power requirement. Unplug the machine and perform the following steps until the device is detected:

    • Reboot the laptop
    • Plug in and wait five seconds.

    • If the device does not appear, try connecting to another USB port.

    • If the USB device is displayed in Device Manager after you connect the cable to a different port, then uninstall and reinstall the software of USB device driver.

If the device is not recognized in any port, unplug it and go to the next step.

    • Open the Device Manager.
    • Double-click Bus USB controllers,

    • Double-click on a USB root hub,

    • Click the Power tab

    • Click on properties of power supply (if it is displayed).

Devices need that are connected to the hub are shown, as well as the power they have. If the total displayed power is more than 500 mA, remove the devices and use a hub powered.

    • Continue looking at the properties of the power of each USB hub. If the total power required exceeds the total available power for the hub, then remove a device on this hub to a decrease in the number of consumption.

    • Plug in and wait five seconds. If the device is not recognized, unplug and go to the next step.

Please note; Remove USB cables at high speed that are more than 3 m (9.8 ft) in length and use cables at high speed that are shorter than 3 m.

  • Laptop HP Pavilion dv6 - 3016 s: USB (device not recognized) problems

    Hello

on my laptop (Pavilion dv6-3016sl, bought in 2010) for a few months the USB connections give many problems with different devices.

The first issue with the key external communication 3G (ONDA TM201) Internet: the USB key (which has worked for many months) is not recognized. I tried to reinstall the software and drivers (get the latest version from the website of the producer), but it is always unclear correctly.

The visible in USB Device Manager error message is "cannot start (code 10) machine.

Recently other USB devices have ceased to be recognized: powered USB Hub (HAMA USB 2.0 Hub 1:4, bus) and the Wired Optical mouse (Logitech).

It is also not possible to install new USB devices (for example, a device of wireless sync to a cuff of training).

I've done many controls of Microsoft on the integrity of the system, and I frequently run the Windows Update to be aligned to the latest version of the fix.

You have any suggestions to analyze/fix this locking problem?

    Thanks in advance,

    Moreno

I know this may seem a rather harsh to suggest method, but at this point, I suggest backup of important things on your laptop computer to online storage. This is because you can use the USB storage for the moment.

Once you have done this, it's time to locate your drives support usb recovery and licenses of all other programs that you have installed or recovery.

    Start on the recovery media.

Use the HP Recovery Manager to perform a factory image recovery which will reinstall the operating system.

Since you say that the usb ports work under Linux, then reinstalling the operating system Windows needs to solve the problem of usb port that you are experiencing.

  • 3 TB drive is not recognized

I have a 3 to external hard drive that windows xp does not recognize.  Y at - it a patch or a setting that I can change so that I can use the drive?  I tried this partitioning but that did not work.  Thank you!

What brand and model is the drive?

What brand and model is the external enclosure?

The problem may be that many readers (all?) with a capacity of more than 2.1 to use 'Advanced Format'.   Windows XP does not support this (see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2510009).  See this explanatory article from HP: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02691731.pdf (especially on Windows install on an advanced Format a drive, but it has useful information and links).

However, some drive manufacturers provide solutions.  If you have a Western Digital drive, see http://www.wdc.com/global/products/features/?id=7&language=1
WD article says to use the alignment tool for "maximum performance", which suggests that the drive should be recognized, even if you have not yet used the tool, if something can happen.  I see at the bottom of this article a link to another article in the use of Advanced Format WD drives in USB speakers.  In this article, WD says, "WD does not support using all our utilities alignment Advanced Format drive on third party USB enclosures. ... Given that WD provides no support for the installation of our readers in pens 3rd party, you will need to contact the manufacturer of the attachment for any additional help, install the player. »

If the WD align tool does not help, or if you have another manufacturer drive, contact the drive manufacturer support.

Another possibility is that your external case does not support a 3 TB drive.   See this thread: http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f16/hitachi-0f12450-hdst723030ala640-3tb-drive-not-recognized-587112.html

  • Hauppauge HD PVR device not recognized / Code error 10

From the beginning, I bought a Hauppauge HD PVR about four months ago and, to my delight, it worked flawlessly out of the box on my laptop Toshiba in Windows Vista and my laptop Windows 7 Sony. I had saved a good part of my X - Box 360 images when, one day, the device has mysteriously stopped working on my Windows Vista laptop. Whenever I plug it into the laptop Toshiba, it registers as an unknown device or with a wrong code error 10 device. Sometimes, maybe once in ten when moving from one port to another, it will come to the top and works correctly, but if I dared to turn off the computer, turn off the PVR or unplug the USB cable it immediately returns to what is not recognized / 10 state code.

The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite A305.
The processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo T5800 2 .00GHz
    There 4.00 GB RAM
The display adapter is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470
I am running Windows Vista Service Pack 2, 64-Bit.

The device in question works perfectly on my other laptop. I tried another USB cable. I uninstalled and reinstalled the USB controllers repeatedly. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers, as well as trying to do multiple versions of the drivers. The device works without error on the Sony laptop, but refuses to work correctly with the Toshiba.

Any help you could offer would be great.

    Hi ZeroAlex,

Because you are always faced with the question, I suggest you do an InPlace Upgrade\Repair installation.

Note Run a repair installation will not damage files and applications that are currently installed on your computer. However, before you perform an Inplace upgrade, you can take a backup of important data. In case of a worst case scenario, you may have to reinstall all the programs. Make sure that you back up personal data to disks or other external storage devices before performing an upgrade on the spot.

To perform an upgrade in-place, follow these steps.
    a. close all running applications.

    b. Insert the Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 DVD into the DVD drive of the computer.

    c. in the settings window, click install now.

Note If Windows does not automatically detect the DVD, follow these steps:

Click on start and type Drive: \setup.exe in the box to start the search.

Note The placeholder drive is the drive letter of the computer's DVD.

    List programs, click Setup.exe.

In the settings window, click install now.

    a. click go online to get the latest updates for installation (recommended).

    b. type the CD key if you are prompted to do so.

    c. in the "Windows Installer" page select the operating system you want to update or Inplace.

    d. click Yes to accept the Microsoft software license agreement.

    e. on the which type of installation you want? of the screen, click upgrade.

    f. when the installation is complete, restart your computer.

For more information, please see the link:

How to perform an upgrade on the spot on Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 & Windows Server 2008 R2

Once the upgrade has completed, you must activate your copy of Windows Vista.

For more information about how to activate Windows Vista, see the following article:

    How to activate Windows Vista.

    Hope this information is useful.

  • DVD not recognized writers more - please help!

I have a Dell Studio 1555 laptop that came with a DVD - RW drive. A year ago, my husband did a single DVD for a few friends, using the Windows DVD Maker program. It worked!

Unfortunately, it worked only once. The next time we tried, the DVD - RW drive seems not be recognized at all - not by any program or by Windows at all. I searched online and read about the removal of the upper and lower filters in the registry. I did: still the drive is not recognized.

I tried the thing Microsoft Fix It, but it does not recognize the drive as a writer.

I bought a new external DVD burner and repeated the above. It is not recognized as a USB storage device.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello

Did you check with the manufacturer of your system, the manufacturer of the drive and ask in the Mycelial forums?

If you tried the whole store then try an in Place upgrade/repair facility that
allows you to keep the programs and data, even if redundant backups are always a good
idea. (If you have not used the methods in the troubleshooter so it is less likely to help him as)
the same incorrect settings will be always present).

You can try a repair install or an upgrade in Place.

You can use another DVD that aren't copy protected but you you need to own
Product key. It must be the same version 32 or 64 BIT Vista OEM. Also the system
machine to usually sell the cheap disk since you already own Windows. Don't forget to make a
good backup or 3 (security in redundancy).

New hard drive: 250 GB SATA 3 Gb s hard drive 16 MB 7200 RPM 2.5 IN. w o free fall Scorpio black

    TG754 Hard drive, 60G, 9.5 MM, Hitachi 7.2 K, Moraga, unleaded

I don't know I installed it correct (just slide in and screw it) but my problem is that my laptop does not recognize the new drive.  When starting it complains that no hard drive is, and when I boot my Windows XP it also said that no hard drive is located.

I followed the upgrade recommended Dell so I do not know why it does not work.  I read that the SATA drives require additional drivers, but I'm sure that my old drive was already a SATA drive, so I don't understand why he is not recognized.

    Help, please.  Thank you.

The 9300 has been performed in two versions - the vast majority were EIDE.  The last execution of production used SATA.  Yours is EIDE.

Readers are physically the same size and made the same carrier - but does not connect the SATA version to the motherboard (check the back both discs and you'll see why).

The EIDE version has a limit of 120G BIOS - it means not that you can not use this drive of 160 G, but the results can be unpredictable, sudden loss of all data.  Keep backups if you try a 160 - it is much safer to use a 120G.

No, a 5400 all else equal will be slower than a 7200 - but you don't have a choice, because all manufacturers have stopped making 7200 RPM EIDE (PATA) computer laptop some time ago.
