  I see that you are looking in the installation options.  Due to the age of the printer, there is no HP software available.

  You can, however, use another driver to find your basic printing features.  I'm linking a document below for instructions on setting up another pilot:

  I will put up a new Win 7 laptop to my current XP network.  Is a host for a LaserJet 4 and a Photosmart 7350.

  With two models, I could not initially add printers shared - couldn't find driver.  Finally I solved the LJ4 by installing a false LasetJet 4 locally and then add the actual shared printer.  However, this method does not work with the 7350.  The 7350 is directly not currently supported in Windows 7.  Website of HP is said to use DeskJet 5550 as another pilot.

  I 'installed' a false local DeskJet 5550, but I can not install the shared 7350.  Where/how can I select manually the DeskJet 5550 after windows invite that it cannot find the driver on the network?

• Cannot print with Windows 7 and Photosmart 7350

  Hello. Recently, I converted my laptop to Windows 7 Home Premium OS. I have no problem printing to work with this computer of our HP LaserJet but when I enter the problem starts. I have a wireless home network with my Photosmart 7350 connected to my desktop computer that is still running XP. The wizard sees the printer and adds but cannot print a test page. He says that it is waiting, then the print job disappears. I downloaded the Vista driver for the printer. When I run the troubleshooter, it cannot determine the problem. No surprise as convenience stores rarely did help. I got around the problem by sending documents to the desktop so far and then print it from there, but it gets old. Any ideas?

  I have an Acer PC Windows 7 with an AMD Athlon X II processor, 4 GB of RAM.

  I have Photosmart C309g and everything-each 7510, both connected via wi - fi, using different IP addresses that are not in conflict with other devices on my network.

  I executed the complete installation for both HPs.

  I can print either, but I can scan only using the 7510.

  When I open the HP scan diagnostic, it does recognize that the 7510 - the c309g is not yet listed.

  I noticed only 7510 application record contains a HP scan application and it also recognizes that the 7510.

  There is no application scan c309g folder.  I tried Win 7 Windows Fax and Scan application but that also recognizes as the 7510.

  1. is there a way to configure the system so that it can print and scan from these two Photosmarts?

  2. If the scanning using a 7510 and c309g does not work, could I use a 7510 both a 7520?

  Welcome to the HP forums! I understand that you are unable to scan a document using the Photosmart Premium C309.

  You should have two printers scanning capabilities, because they have a different software. The Photosmart printer using the Solution Center and the Photosmart 7510 uses the Printer Wizard.

  I suggest you uninstall/reinstall the software Photosmart Premium C309. Please follow these steps:

  Please follow this HP document uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Then, perform a clean boot on your computer. I'll give you a Microsoft document on this step here.

  Now, install the full features on the site of HP software here. Choose your operating system that is appropriate; 32-bit or 64-bit.

  Once installation is complete, please click on the document to Microsoft, and "how to reset the computer to start normally after a clean boot."

  Please send me your troubleshooting steps.

The only one I have showing is Photosmart A640 series. It does not work.   Being a random event, it can be difficult to pin-point where the problem may be.

  Have you checked the default print settings that perform all the print jobs?

• No drivers for Photosmart C6380 for Win RT - is there a solution?

  HP develops a Win RT driver for this all-in-one printer?  I bought a Surface RT and I don't really understand how the operating system works, but I would like to be able to print automatically the documents I create on the tablet.  I also have a new desktop Win 8 HP and an old desktop Win XP on my network that can also print on the C6380 and run software compatible, so if there is a way to save my documents of the tablet in the print queue on one of these computers that could (maybe?) work.  I'd be happy to try any solution of third party deemed that could make this functional, as well.

  There must be a way to make this work, and I would be very happy if someone could help me find a workaround that I can use with my network until this printer is supported, if ever.

  If you are looking for solutions RT, I want you to know that I found one that works for my printer.  I saw a post in another thread, which suggests one of the generic class drivers.  I tried the Photosmart PCL3 class driver and it worked for my printer, Photosmart C6380.  I don't know how it works, but so far he has been able to print from Word and IE.

  Last week, I tried everything, including the establishment of Dropbox and IFTTT accounts with the script Eprint.vbs on my Win XP and Win 8 workstations, nothing helps.  I tried to save files in shared folders on the network.  I tried so many things and was about to call it quits when I decided to look for other threads.

  If you have an HP printer that is "not compatible" run Win RT, I strongly recommend you try class of HP drivers.  I don't know which ones are suitable for models.  I got lucky.  I hope over time, this information will be available on the HP site or other web forums.  Good luck, anyone who stumbles across this post and I thank you for hosting this show of support, HP!
