Photosmart D7560 h Print issues after jam

Yesterday, I was trying to print photos 4 x 6 ", and after having put photo paper in the tray, a"paper jam"message appeared. I looked in the wrong place for Jam and click 'ok' and the Board did not return, so I gently pulled the rear paper tray. I tried again to print a photo, but now when it prints, about 1/8 of the print is missing. I ran 3 drawings and one inch wide white section appears at the end of each event, and the upper part of the picture is missing or cut (incomplete). During this time - before the 3 draws, I opened the back slightly. I feared force the back off, but managed to remove the jammed paper. Any suggestions on how I can get my printer to run full size print again?

Sorry, still will not work a complete picture after following your instructions. UPDATE! My husband called me to come check it out. He said he removed all paper from the printer and put again and it works fine now. I should have done I suppose first :). HA. Of course, the paper was hung under the bar that holds the paper in place. I appreciate your answer Cap.TJ! It was my first time to try to go on a forum like this.   • HP Photosmart 6525 - tune printer problem after Installation

    Hi - I just bought and installed an HP Photosmart 6525 (connected via wireless), for use with a desktop computer HP running Windows 8.1.  I select the HP Photosmart icon on my desktop that opens the HP printer Assistant - however I get the following window:

    I click OK - the HP Printer Wizard is blank with a "string not found" poster.

    What is the cause of this and how to fix it?

    Hello Robert, I hope you are well!

    I understand that you see a pop up window after you install the printer software. I have a guide that contains a patch, I would see you for that matter: HP Printer Wizard opens with an error in Script or in Notepad

    If the patch does not help, try to uninstall the printer software and put it back again by running the HP printer install wizard for Windows.

    I just replaced the cartridge Magenta on my Photosmart C410, it was a genuine HP cartridge and the printer shows ink levels are now full but when I try and print anything in color that it is, or printing of the Red hues.  Any suggestions as to what I can do?

  • Photosmart D7560 do not print envelopes-> load paper into the main tray

    My photosmart D7560 h will not print envelopes, after having moved the envelope position for printing, the message "loading the paper in the main tray is displayed.  It prints correctly the data of envelope on a sheet of paper 8.5 x 11.  The Setup is for a #10 envelope.  Envelopes are self-sealing.  I tried to crease the edge better but that did not help.  I tried a non-self seal (who had a top letterhead so I couldn't use it for this shipment) and he worked.  Is it possible to do self seal envelopes work in this printer?

    You have the flap folded inside the envelope, so that it does not stick?

    Cannot print on C6280 wireless after the upgrade to Windows 10. Have removed the device, but try to re install the printer when is not found. Can print if I connect USB. Tried to reload the driver using HP Support software help, but when he arrives at the end of the download fails.

    I would like to try the steps in this guide, "offline" Status Message printer (Windows 10).

    If the problem persists, you may encounter an IP address conflict. It's a good idea to assign the printer a static IP address outside your DHCP range. For example, some routers default DHCP is located between 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.200. So, I would use 192.168.0.232.

    • Print a Page of Network Configuration menu of the printer front panel. Note: the IPV4 IP.
    • Type the IP address in the browser to bring up the SAP.
    • Choose the network tab, then wireless on the left side, and then select the IPv4 tab.
    • Select Manual IP.
    • Enter your IP address manual (192.168.0.232)
    • Enter 255.255.255.0 for the subnet mask, except if it is different.
    • Enter the IP address of your router that sits on the Network Configuration Page) for the default gateway.
    • Please, click on manual DNS server. For the preferred DNS Server Manual please enter 8.8.8.8 and the Alternate DNS Server Manual, please enter 8.8.4.4.
    • Click on apply.

    Please restart the router, the printer and the computer in this sequence.

    If you're still having problems, please download and run the print and Scan doctor, it will be probably diagnose and fix the problem you are experiencing.

  • Printing on CD/DVD with Photosmart D7560 h

    I recently bought a new desktop computer Win 8 and installed the driver of HP all inclusive for the Photosmart D7560.  The printer works great for photos and documents.  However, the Photosmart Essential software that allows me to create labels for CD/DVD will not install on Win 8.  I received instruction to use Photo Creations.  Software creations does not allow me to create labels for printing on CD/DVD.  When I contacted the support for the creations, I learned that the software does not have a request for printing on CD/DVD.  I bought the printer specifically to be able to print on CD/DVD.  HP has an alternative to the use third party software?  Essentials was not large, but it worked perfectly with the printer.

    Good... but looks like HP would have thought about this option in printer before forcing the creations on the Windows community 7/8. Thanks for your thoughts.

  • Printer Photosmart D7560: message 'ink cartridge problem '.

    I received an alert of yellow ink.  I replaced the cartridge CORRECTLY, closed the access door and I had the 'ink cartridge problem' indicating the cartridge seems to be missing or damaged.    The cartridge is new and I reinstalled it 5 times already.  I unplugged the power cord - both ends.  I turned the machine and then turn it on again.  YET I still get the 1) 'ink cartridge problem', 2) the warning of ink and finally 3) the printer does not print.  Can someone help me?

    The document here can help solve the cartridge error message on your Photosmart D7560 printer.  If the steps in the first three steps do not resolve the problem, you will probably need to replace the cartridge.  In this case, see here for cartridge guaranteed, assuming it's a HP cartridge.

    At the time where I got a PC and a printer HP Deskjet 940, it was possible to do double-sided printing by having the computer print the odd pages, then I take the printed, turn around and place it in the tray and would automatically print the even pages.

    I don't see this option on my current setup (Mac mini and the h D7560 printer) - how add this option?

  • photosmart HP 6520 printing blank pages

    As soon as the printer turns on, it prints blank pages and does not stop until you cancel on the printer. After 30 seconds or more, it starts to do the same thing again until you cancel print.  nothing appears on the computer that is waiting for printing or printing.  the printer is connected to the computer via usb. Ive tried to restart the computer and the printer and do a factory reset of the printer.

    What operating system and version do you have? Mac or Windows?

    If you have a Windows operating system, start printing HP and doctor Scan. Printing HP and doctor Scan is a free utility (tool) that allows to quickly solve common printing, scanning and connectivity problems, including but not limited to:

    • Connectivity:

      USB: Check that the USB connection from your computer to the HP product works properly.

      Network: Verifies that the network connection between your computer and your network is working properly.

    • Device Status Test: checks the errors of the device, such as paper, paper jams, stands transport and paper issues and provides instructions to resolve the error.

    • Driver: checks the driver missing or corrupt files.

    • Device Manager: check the problems in Device Manager that could prevent printing.

    • Device online: check if the product has been suspended or put in offline and then sets the State back in line if necessary.

    • Print queue: checks and clears pending print jobs in the print queue (a newspaper for printing waiting to print).

    • Port Match: check the port settings for the HP product.

    • Device conflicts: check the conflicts with other drivers, such as the other brands of printers.

    • Ink issues: check the cartridges and the ink levels for issues that affect the print quality.

    • Print settings: check and adjust the print quality settings.

    • Test print: print a test page for the assessment of the print quality and provides options for cleaning and if necessary print head alignment.

    • Scan tests: check the scanning mechanism, drivers, and registry entries.

    If this does not resolve the problem, after back and let me know if there are all the symbols except the Green checkmarks and what they are next of course. The key is not always easy to identify the key and check mart are in the green circle.

    • If you see only the Green checkmarks (), the tool did not find any problem.

    • If you see green sides (), the utility identified a problem and fix it automatically.

    • If you see yellow exclamation points (), the test failed and requires monitoring of the user, but the step was ignored.

    • If you see a red X (), follow the onscreen instructions to fix the problem.

    After much research, find the best printer for my needs, I bought the Photosmart D7560 printer in January 09.   I bought a Hp Pavilion this summer-Vista 64-bit with a free upgrade to Windows 7.  I've upgraded to Windows 7, this week, but when I tried to install my printer, I got the message that it was incompatible with Windows 7 64 bit.

    Is it possible that I can use this printer?

    I don't want to but another, but if I have to, it will certainly NOT an HP!

    I'll put up a HP Photosmart D7560 h with bluetooth printer and the printer menu does not work so I can not detect it on a Windows 7 HP Pavilion pc.     You have an HP Bluetooth (like the HP bt500) adapter that is connected to the front USB port?

    The specific model do not support Bluetooth built-in and need to use an external adapter, as you can find listed on page 20 of the following User Guide:

    My B210a Photosmart more to print or copy in black mode 'Copy' or 'Print PC'. Black cartridge is almost new and has worked for 2 weeks; color cartridges are between 25% and 33% of ink left. Colors will be printed, and there is no error message. Wireless printer works from a PC with Windows Vista.

    Hi, if the printer is on a thing of warranty that may be worth soaking the print head...

    (1) get a pan and put 1/2 "of very hot (not boiling) water in the bottom.
    (2) remove all ink cartridges, then remove the print head Assembly.
    (3) gently put the printhead nozzles down in water and soak for 5 minutes.
    (4) remove the print head and gently dry the electrical contacts.
    (5) replace the print head in the printer and then reinstall the ink cartridges.
