  Take advantage of a touchpad with tap with two fingers to right click! The way it should be good from the beginning. Most other manufacturers seems funny to do things... Wonder...   Step 5 is optional. You are now in the control panel of the ALPS under multi finger set what you want two finger tap to do! Most likely, you want to have in the context menu, but there are also other options if you care right click.

  This information is for Windows 10 ALPS driver v8.201.1611.252 so things are not exactly the same on your laptop and of course the use of information is at your own risk. Messing around in regedit can make operating system unusable if you make a mistake!

ALPS seems to jerk and get the fantom clicks if you're the type who just slightly touching the touchpad. • Portege Z30 16 GB with high speed Port Replicator III and two monitors - resolution

  I have a Portege Z30 with 16 GB of Ram, connected to a Toshiba high speed Port Replicator III which is connected to two monitors running in mode extended.

  The monitor attached to the first section of the video is 1920 x 1200 running.
  However the second monitor is only show support for a maximum of 1280 x 1084.

  The monitors are identical, and both are connected by DisplayPort cables.

  I tried to lower the resolution and save the settings on the first monitor to see if it offered options on the second monitor, but the options remained the same.

  At this point, I have narrowed down to 1280 x 1024 so that it conforms to all the monitors but would like to a plus-res solution.

  Does anyone know if there is a fix/work-around for this?
  If this is a hardware limitation, has anyone tried a USB 3 to DisplayPort adapter in a similar configuration?

  I bought a Z30 and I'm pretty happy with it that I worked for years with the Thinkpads (+ Dock)
  but there are a few light (more or less can be addresses as a driver) questions that I discovered.

  Notice: I use Win7 64.

  (1) with the Replicator Docking Station, I'm not able to remove the USB Audio device is currently running.

  Looks like your server isn't aware UEFI.
  Try changing the the CSM UEFI Boot Mode in the BIOS under the Advanced tab, under System Configuration. You may have to disable Secure Boot first.
