Presario SR1810NX sound problem
I just installed Win 7 64 on my Presario SR1810NX. Everything is going well, but there is no driver installed for audio. Does anyone know of a driver that I could install to solve this problem?
Thank you

Model Satellite L735 - 13 c sound problem
Good night.
I have two laptops same home, model Satellite L735 - 13 c and the two I noticed that when you start Windows 7, when you update the database of a particular antivirus virus (if I can not name names) indicates a voice that has been updated, but the sound is cut and heard incorrectly.I'm listening to music, then just open a web page, the same problem occurs, regardless of the operation is the same.
I tried to reinstall the audio driver, but has been updated with the latest version and is always the same.
He asks if there is a solution or a problem that is under warranty and also occurs in two teams that are the same model and material.
Thank you very much.
Ramon.
Hello
The sound cut out only if an additional operation has been started: for example loading a Web page using Internet Explorer.
Otherwise, the sound is ok. Right? From my point of view, it seems that this sound problem only appears if the CPU is stressed and some processes are running in the background.
Have you tried to reinstall the operating system or run the recovery in order to test this question on laptop preinstalled fees? In my opinion its worth a check!

Satellite C850-F211 - sound problems
I bought this laptop 3 months ago and since then, I have sound problems. Today the noise decided to not work and I can't hear a thing. If I put on some headphones or external speakers, I can hear the sound. Can anyone help?
I'm actually regretting ever buy this model and I do not know why I bought this laptop.
> If I put on some headphones or external speakers, I can hear the sound. Can anyone help?
Looks like a malfunction of the internal speaker for me.
But have you checked the sound settings?
Go to control panel of-> sound-> playback and check the available devices.
The speakers in this tab? And if so, the speakers are marked as default device? In addition it s worth it to reinstall the audio driver.
I guess its Realtek sound card.So uninstall the driver audio Realtek (Control Panel-> programs) & features-> Realtek High definition audio driver.
Go to Device Manager and remove the device (Intel audio display) in the region:
Controller audio, video and game.
Do the same in the area system devices: here to remove the entry: controller high definition audio. So finally reboot the device.
After restarting again, windows system should recognize the devices automatically deleted.
Wait that the devices have been installed. Now test the sound.
If you would get not all sounds through the speakers, or via a headset, install the driver Realtek audio. But if this is not enough, I recommend to contact the service provider to check the speakers

2. make sure that you have the correct output selected under tools/options/devices/speakers oenological practices
3 IF - you have an older version of FFDShow Tryouts or AC3 Filter installed, uninstall it.

Sound problems on computer, cannot change the sound settings
I had a long-standing problem in the audio settings of the Control Panel on Windows 7 where I can't change settings, configure anything or especially toggle of the devices. The options are there, but they have no effect when selected. Recently, I tried to connect my laptop to a TV, and as I could not set as the default audio device, I finally decided to try to fix things. I deleted and reinstalled the software Realtek my laptop and everything he has done is completely turn off my speakers, and all attempts to reactivate failed them. The unit displays in the control panel as a default active device, but claims of the taskbar that there are no speakers is connected, and if I click to set up the Realtek Audio, I have the same situation that before where absolutely nothing is happening.
I tried troubleshooting sound problems, and all I get is the statement that an audio device is disabled, no attempt to fix or any option to enable. Apart from a system restore, that in general, I try to avoid, I feel that I have tried everything I can think of to fix this and only managed to make it worse. No help available would be appreciated to receive my laptop back to a functioning State.
Model is a fickle Dell XPS L501X, if this is any help.
I tried both of these methods several times without success, but since I found a result to this problem online. (Here: http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f217/solved-no-sound-the-unsolvable-problem-take-the-challenge-594113.html)
I will stick also the solution here should someone stumbles on this page in the future trying to solve the same problem:

Sound problems. Error code:-5009: 0x8002802b installing drivers
Original title: problem with headphones from Windows 8.1 update
I downloaded Windows 8.1 because my computer kept bugging me to do this. Every since then, I had problems with the sound on my computer. I "cancelled" my laptop HP for Windows 8, but sound problems remain.
I have a laptop of HP 2000-2d19WM. I think the problem is with Realtek. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall realtek online. I've uninstalled it. Now, I can not re - install. I downloaded it from the Web to Realtek website and I get an error to start the wizard. It says Error Code:-5009: 0x8002802b when I do the Downloader. So, I downloaded the new drivers for Realtek via it HP Web site and "cancelled" my laptop HP for Windows 8. The problem is better but not completely gone.
The sound is really weird and sounds as if I am under water when I use my headset. Even when I listen without headphones the sound is very low, no matter what I do. I'm not a computer genius, but I'm not a novice either so I was trying to find a solution for about 2 days now.
I am beyond frustrated.
I think it worked. I tried this but I also tried updating the drivers again and buying a whole new set of headphones. Between those three things, the sound seems to work again. Thanks Aarsh Sahai and thanks to everyone here for your help!

Presario F755US: Sound lost in laptop
I have a Presario F755US updated and running Windows 10. All worked satisfactorily until today where she doesn't have a function of sound at all and my webcam will not start. On the taskbar, the icon of speakers said that the speakers are, but no sound. In the control panel in the Device Manager lists the sound input: Conexant high definition SmartAudio 231 as working properly. I also connected via a USB port, that a classified Logitech webcam works properly. However, during the launch it it no longer works.
I noticed three devices with the yellow triangle and exclamation sign missing drivers. They are: device Base system listed as function of device 5 PCI Bus 2 2; System device, listed as function of device 2 5 bus PCI 1 and coprocessor, function of device 0 1 bus PCI 3 base. All these devices have the status: the drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28), there is no compatible driver for the device, find a driver for this device, click Update driver.
I tried several times to update driver without success. Tried to find a driver on the HP website nothing helped.
Is there a place I can download missing drivers for this laptop?
I think that if I can find and install these drivers all my problems to access the sound and the webcam will be resolved. As well as any other problem lurking around who had yet to aparent.
Thank you for all your help, suggestions, and help.
Sadnewbie
Finally! What I did to go to the control panel - > Manager-> sound, video devices and controllers of game-> Conexant HD Smart Audio 221-> update driver. Then, I chose to look in my computer rather than the auto feature.
When he showed two pilots: Conexant High Definition SmartAudio 221 and a just another High Definition Audio chose the latter. He gave warning that it cannot be right that I rejected by clicking on install. He did it successfully. closes all windows and restarted the laptop. And here! the problem has been resolved the audio, sound, webcam and mike all work fine.
Thought you would like to know what I did to fix my problem.
Thanks again for all your help, help and suggestions.

Compaq Presario SR1750KR
After reformatting my computer, I installed all my drivers and everything worked well, except that I had a strange sound feedback problem that I have not been able to understand since (it was rained a year). I play online games with my friends and we use the voicechat programs and if they speak when I do they hear themselves very hard and also that they can hear all the sounds (video game sounds, music, anything really) coming from my computer, same with my microphone and headphone unplugged.
Now, I thought that it was a problem with my computer, but my friend recently reformatted his computer even and he installed the Realtek HD Audio driver via the product page of our computer on the site of HP as well, and now it has the same problem. So it seems to be a fixable software issue so I hope someone can help me finally solve this problem!Message edited by Dan7056 on 10/31/2009 07:38Yes I tried that before, no dice on that property. Thanks in any case.
I actually seemed to have solved the problem! I cut stereo mix in the control record.

last night my iphone sounded as if he had a short... Crackle sound during video playback in FB app and its video game if kept order. switched to music app and a few minutes in this same thing has happened... someone had the same problem? belong to this day with 10.0.2, but don't know if its hardware or software? Can't wait to take it to apple because they probably won't have a replacement for awhile?
My Plus 7 is the same type of thing. Randomly, he begins to make sounds of static/crackling that looks like its entry into the speaker zones. It makes even noises while I do not use it. I had on support Chat yesterday and the gentleman had not heard of any problems and suggest that consider Repair, which like you that I'm not eager to do this now with the shortage.

Hello
I have 32 GB iPhone 5s and was just upgraded to iOS 10. I noticed that, since then, I have problem in its notification... I thought that the problem was only in whatsapp but now I think it's in all the notification sounds, including incoming calls. I tried to uninstall and install whatsapp, but it doesn't work... also the hard reset...
can anyone help?
Thank you
To exclude a software problem, set it back to factory settings, without using a backup later, configure manually the information and then retest the sound.
Use iTunes to restore your device to factory settings - Support Apple iOS
If the problem is not resolved, you will need to get the phone repaired.

Hello
Try the following.
Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.
FTP://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp59001-59500/sp59291.exe
One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers. Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.
When you're done, shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then remove the battery. Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds. Reinsert the battery and plug in the AC adapter.
Only start the laptop and let Windows load completely - it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete. Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation. Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices. 'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio.
Kind regards

But back to the topic.
After the installation of Windows Vista, which has detected almost all of the software in my pc and have fun on this topic / and there are a lot of things an old fart like me, can have fun with / I decided it's time to get back to work.
So I restarted my toshiba for win xp, started working and has decided that music will surely improve my / concentration i'm from Poland and as many of you know, my team lost the first game of the 2006 World Cup. so they will not pass the group stage of WC2K6--real cause my humor today. After turning on my foobar, I realized that I don't hear nothing/i do not drink, so he can't really be the cause. I've set all volume settings, all the settings of the sound and nothing! I tried headphone jack, but it does not work too. I tried reinstalling the drivers, reboot the system several times and... nothing.
I went back to Vista and... sound works like a charm.Bromine to Vista my sound on XP...
Anyone has any bright ideas, how this could have happened and how to solv it / accept to remove vista from windows...?
I would be greatfull for some advice...
