    Hello

From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

  • How can I print a screenshot in a document and not as a screenshot. I use HP Photosmart 6520

When I try to print a screenshot, I was unable to print a document.

    Hello

Thanks I understand now what it its you are trying to reach.  The best way to print a Web page isn't to take a screenshot of the page, because this saves a picture and display with a font very smal.

One of the ways to print a Web page is by means of e-Print and the set of instructions that I mentioned in the previous post.

There is another way using app AirPrint integrated of the iPad, which I'll describe below:

The first step starts in safari or the app google that you use on the iPad to display the Web page. Rather than take a screenshot of the page, select the button options circled in red below (this will give you the ability to print using Airprint).

Then, select the print option circled in red below (you may need to scroll horizontally to see)

Then press Print circled in red below - make sure that you have loaded into the hand of the normal paper printer and should print your Web page.

  • When I take a screenshot by pressing the print SCREEN key on my keyboard, I can't get a screen shot in small size, in a Word document.

    Original title: screen printing.

    Hi supperman.

I have a problem with the screen capture. When I take a screenshot by pressing the print SCREEN key on my keyboard, I can't get a screen shot in small size, in a Word document.

someone knows the reason for this? How can I get a screenshot in a normal size. Thank you very much.

    Hi tony.wang,

If you copy the screenshot in a Word file, it will be the default page of the word file size. It will be in a smaller size to fit into the Word file.

However, if you want to open the full-size screen capture, you can use Microsoft Paint on Windows application.

  • Is it possible to organize a bunch of documents I 'printed' and then really print everything at once?

I work in a large company with a shared printer that is approximately 25 steps.  One of my tasks is to print screenshots of the balance sheets and accounts.  These accounts must appear separately on several different systems and hand.  That is why it can be one or two minutes or even 30 between impressions.  I will do this for days each month.  If I have to jump up and run to the printer whenever I print a page (to prevent it from "disappear" someone to another stack of documents), then I lose a ton of carrier time to ball and more.

Is there a way or a software download, where I can 'print' a lot of documents, but held my computer until I have release them suddenly, date at which I will go to the printer and get them?

Is there a function 'pause' on the local print spooler to keep my computer of their sending to the real printer until I have set free them?

I don't know about the secure print function, and it seems that this would work, except that it seems that you have to put in your code for each 'document' which means that each individual page.  If this is not an option.

Another thing, I thought is to use Adobe Acrobat to print the pages in PDF format and add them to a master document, then print this document at the same time, but my employer does not buy Acrobat for us.  So that no longer works.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi J-law,

I think the best way to accomplish what you want to do, if you use Windows, would be to set the printer as "offline" in the queue for the printer. All your documents are in queue, and then when you're ready, simply uncheck the 'offline' status, all print jobs should then start printing.

If you need a more detailed explanation, let me know what printer you have and what OS is on your computer.

I have 2 documents in the print queue of the printer and that they do not print.

    Hello

Go through the following steps to delete 'deleted' printing of the print queue.

    (a) go to control panel

    (b) select system and Maintenance

    (c) select administrative tools

    (d) double click on Services

    (e) in the services list, scroll down until you find one called "print spooler".

    (f) make a right clic on "Print spooler" and "restart".

    (g) "suppression" of work will be lost and all work queued in your queue will print.

    This should help.

When I have something to stick in wordpad and then change the text, I'll then on preview before printing and most of the time the whole document is not there. I double space between lines and all that is more than one page disappears. I tried all the different formats (no envelope, window envelope, etc.). How can I fix?

    Hello

    ·         What happens if you use another application to preview before printing?

    ·         You are able to print the document correctly, or you receive no error message when printing?

You try to use Microsoft Word or Notepad to check if you face the same problem.

First of all, I would like to check to see if print preview is working on a new empty document with only a word in it.

If Yes, then the problem is the document.

You may need to clear any formatting, that depends on where you copied from.
