  I have Windows 7 with Prime Pro CS6 and a Nvidea GeForce GTX 760 graphics card.  CUDA Nvidea Control Panel is enabled, but in the settings of the project of the Premier Pro, general tab, the only available rendering engine is the "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only.  The selection and the arrow is grayed out.

  Thanks for the additional details about your question & scenario.

  While in the classic DPS product subscription ID and Direct right Integrator were cooked in the binary app - this is no longer the case in the new 2015 DPS. We moved these elements to be server-side that you saw in the sectors of products & subscriptions and a DPS parameters of the project portal.

  You can build & submit your application with in-app purchases. Later, when you want to activate the Direct payment, you can turn on the feature and enter the necessary data (Integrator ID, Bundle ID, create account forgotten password URL and URL) on the portal of DPS, project settings > right Direct (tab).

  You have no need to rebuild your application or submit again to allow the Direct payment.

• Photostory 3 on preview leaves the program

  I have several computers (out of 30) in a laboratory where clicking on the preview makes the program stopped. We are Windows XP and all 30 computers must be configured the same. This occurs even after the recording of the photo Story and when there are only a few pictures and no noise no added.

  I've uninstalled and reinstalled without success and made so that Windows Media Player 11 is installed and running. If I open the same pictures on a computer works, it works very well.

  Any suggestions for a fix/patch?

• Peripheral Bluetooth disconnects when "Bluetooth Headset operations and settings" window is closed

  So when I connect my Bluetooth headset to my laptop I have at the same time press the 'connect' button on my headset * and * open the Bluetooth Headset operations and settings window, then click on 'Connect' on there also.

  So my first question is:

  Why do I have to do a step totally superfluous alone time I want to connect my headset? It should be the case that once I've set up my headset with my laptop, it will automatically connect when I press the 'connect' button on my helmet. I wouldn't do more than that.

  My second question is:

  Why my headphones does not cut off when I close the Bluetooth Headset operations and settings window?

  We are both on the same line on dealing with what you think to be a 640 x 360, 16:9, and to do so in a Premiere Elements project without the consequences of black borders.

  However, details to sort out when you tell me that you get huge black borders when you import this file to 16:9 in a 16:9 project.

  If you set the project preset manually, have you thought about putting a check mark next to the "Force selected setting on this project' in the new project dialog box? Did you follow the path...

  • Open the project in the workspace Expert and go to file menu/new project and change the settings.
  • In the settings, set the project preset to match the properties of the source media. OK to get out of there.
  • In the dialog box new project opens, rename the project and make sure you have a checkmark next to the "Force selected setting on this project." OK to get out of there.
  • In the Expert workspace, import your media source by using Add Media / choice.

  Excuse the request, but not to take anything acquired to speed things up, have you confirmed your 640 x 360, 16:9 for this particular import with program outside of Premiere Elements?

  Please read the above, and then we will try to determine what happens with this file.

• How can I fix the gap between the default project settings and the music video

  I'm building a DVD in yet CS6, and some of the images you want to fragile/wobbly preview and after that I have burn to disc.  I think it's because the images were shot at 24 fps, progressive and native transcoding for standard def DVD settings are 30 frames per second, interlaced scanning speed.

  I could not change the default conversion settings, and research online, I did, it seems that those who are set in stone. I was able to modify the project settings to export a lot of my images, but it did not help the problem. Nor do transcoding the video clip.

  The project was originally shot on two cameras - a Canon 5 d Mark iii and a Panasonic GH2. Images of Canon has no problem. Only the GH2 images seems wobbly preview and make. I edited the video file in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, and then exported to MPEG to DVD at 24 p, set NTSC high quality large screen. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?

• Condition corresponding to the clip settings - CS5 project settings

  I want to edit a clip I shot my Canon Vixia HF200 camcorder 1080 p.  The camcorder, Explorer Windows and Premiere Pro manual all indicate that the dimensions of the clip are 1920 x 1080.  Here's how I implemented my project (with a custom preset that I can not find a standard like this for a reason; why are all the presets 1080 wide only 1440?).  When I preview the item in the program monitor, but it display with black bars on the sides.  I've included a screenshot showing the clip in the program monitor and Windows Media Player.  If I change the settings at 1440 x 1080, the bars disappear, which suggests that the clip is actually 1440 wide, not 1920.  Why the contradictory behaviour?  That is, why the first recognize the clamp as 1920 wide in the project Panel, but not fill the prorgram with the clip monitor when using 1920 wide project settings?

  I was wondering what my project settings should be when I create a new project in first?

  I kept the default for DV-NTSC standard, but looking at some of our final flash videos, they are not the best quality. This has something to do with the project settings, or is it just the quality of the images we upload (some of the DV tape, some from a digital camera) and what we export as?

  I'm used to DV-NTSC, because that's what I've used in the past when I took a class news where we have exported everything on tape for use in our newsletter (because it was for television).

  But as everything we do is on the computer, I wonder if I should choose a different setting... If it would make a difference in quality.

  The parameters of the project should be based on the format of the images I'm importing? (as I said, we use a DV tape, or digital files from a flip camera... so what settings should I use for them?)

  I choose one and stick to it.

  The old band miniDV camera will produce images (with screenshot), pre can be used perfectly, for a NTSC DV (SD) project.

  The new camera will produce images that has a higher resolution, because it is HD and instead of Capture (as you mention, in real time), you will import only the images. With later versions of pre, there should be a Preset Flip/Mimeo, which should work fine.

  I would not mix images, but it seems that you are trying to do and that they are just trying to choose a camera and stick to it for each project. I would try that Flip images/files in a project Flip/Mimeo and judge the quality of output. Do not use this film in an NTSC DV (SD) project, but one is designed for the Flip camera.

  While Sony has probably the best glass (can be very important), SD (Standard definition), so is not only about 1/4 of the resolution of the Flip, with glass of lower quality. This increased resolution could make up the difference of glass, in general terms. For videos on safety, could never see the differences in lenses of these two cameras, but test for yourself, with the good Preset for each camera.

  As the title says, I don't understand why we have to select project settings when you create a new project. If a project can contain different sequences severel with different parameters, is it really important what are the parameters of the project?

  When you create a new project, you are presented with a menu of

  the sequence (not the project settings), to choose settings.

  You can skip this step by pressing "Cancel", then import your media

  and create the type of sequence that best adapts to your images.

  A single project can contain any number of different sequence types.

  I have a problem when exporting mov. files. Basically what is happening, it's that my project settings (exposure, color balance, shadow / highlights) are not the same after exporting they are in a project. They seem to have some changes applied, but they are significantly reduced. I checked the export with different format and it works fine.

  My settings are:

  -QuickTime format

  video codec - Motion JPEG A

  quality - 100

  Cadence - 25 fps

  Firstly, the field Type - low

  I need to keep this format and codec, unfortunately, so here is what I can do to apply the settings of my project?

  I prefer to reduce the options, for example I'm rigging 'size' to distribute only one of them-in my eyes - range 'useful '; or create by rigging the drop-down menu 'plans', for example for the color selections...

  'Major settings' as Transform or filling or 3D can be published, just click Reset arrow, and all the "sub menu" get published too... can't imagine how to make the publication easier...
