• Problem of dictation and Siri on cellular data network

  Whenever I have try to use dictation or Siri in 3G or 4 G, on my iPhone 6 using the last iOS 9.3.2,and this does not work, and after a while, Siri informs me it's has problems with the network connection. Navigation works the next second and I had received e-mails while Siri was trying to connect to the Apple servers.

  Of course, everything works fine ofer wifi. I didn't notice this behavior after a certain update, since I have been using Dictation and Siri daily, after the last update. Other services such as FaceTime and iMessages work on cell phone.

  I've already wiped the phone and reinstalled from a backup to iCloud.

  Needless to say, it's very annoying.

  From what I understand, your iPhone works very well except with Siri in 3G or 4G cellular connections. While on these connections, everything else works but Siri. You have erased the iPhone and restore a back up with no results.

  SIri is broken for me too. I even restored my phone to factory settings, and it still does not work. I contacted Apple support, and they told me that it is a known problem that Apple developers are actively working to fix and deploy an update soon. No word on when this will happen if... And by then, probably the most used feature of my phone is useless for me.

  I have a new MacBook Air and I use Word to my manuscripts by my Publisher. I have my document configured to auto indent the first line of each paragraph. This works very well when you type. • Dictation doesn't work after sleep

  I have a macbook pro retina early 2015 version running on El Capitan OS X (10.11.4).

  Recently, I started using the dictation feature & speech and found that it will not work after waking from sleep (most of the time that I do not close).

  When I press the shortcut key to activate the dictation, the microphone at the corner will 'three-treatment-points', is therefore the microphone icon in the status bar (I know that my microphone works well btw). When I click it, the drop-down list says that "dictation is loading. However, after some time, he will answer and I have to force the function to stop smoking. Just after the dictation in the activity monitor to quit or off in system preferences, my mac will freeze permanently for 1 ~ 2 seconds, forcing me to restart my mac.

  I use increased dictation. When I finished with the dictation, I deliberately left it. My Mac closes every day at sunset. With OS X and OS X 10.11.4 10.11.5, I have no problems with the dictation, other than his words of misunderstanding sometimes. • Dictation commands disappear & dictated stops working

  I have the same recurring problem in two different versions OS X El Capitan on two different laptops (10.11.3 on a MBA 2014 & 10.11.4 beta on MBPr 2014).

  Initially dictation (dictation w / reinforced enabled) will work properly on machines, or by using the keyboard shortcut Fn Fn or with the active keyword, but after an hour unspecified walking in slow motion, and before the laptop goes to sleep, suddenly trying to use dictation, the program no longer and interesting things When I click the icon of the dictation in the menu bar and select "View dictated orders" it is empty. Dictation commands have completely disappeared. They were there in their entirety when the program worked but obviously, at some point, they disappear and stop Dictation to work. There is no internet connection problems that contribute to this question.

  Try this it seems to work for me. Goto the menu bar and click on the microphone dictation goto command Preferences and then uncheck the box and stop Dictation. I had to fiddle around a bit to make sure advanced was unchecked and closed off the coast, then I liquidated, to reopen and double-check everything. Once I was the decline of the dictation in low reloaded. I hope this works for you also.

  I understand that the option to dictate does not work with multiple applications on your iPhone 6.   I would start by forcing all open applications to close and restart your device once more.  If this does not resolve the issue, please go through the troubleshooting steps below.

  Force an app to close the iOS

  • If "Hey Siri" does not work, make sure that "Hey Siri" is turned on under settings > general > Siri.
  • Could Siri say, "Sorry, I have problems connecting to the network", or "Try again in a few moments." It is probably a problem with the network. Check your Internet connection and try again later.
  • If Siri is not available or responding to questions, see the next section.

  If Siri is not available, or do not understand or answer questions

  After each step, see if you still need help:

  1. Make sure that your iOS device has an Internet connection via Wi - Fi or cellular data.
  2. On your iOS device, make sure that Siri is enabled in settings > general > Siri.
