  Hello. I wonder if someone can help me. I have a webhelp project (SDC, RH7, FM8) and problems with the search results. The topics appear in the list but when I click on a topic, the page is not found. As far as I can tell, I everything configured correctly in the dialog box properties primary WebHelp layout.

  Thank you guys so much for answering this quickly! I got the answer correctly thanks in part to Ned Murphy for having said that my code is correct. I feel a bit stupid because while I wrote correctly here, which actually was a mistake, you see, I had a couple of frames containing the tag that win or lose, and instead of the chassis number that I had written their names as in {gotoAndPlay("win")} but I wrote from memory and didn't know I had just changed. I realized that before sinious replied, but I'll check your tutorial anyway.

• problem with insert cfquery.

  Hello;

  I have problems with my query insert to add a new record. Is not to launch any errors, I empty all the variables of of that feeds it and their... but it does not add the record to the database. It IS an Access db, not my choice... customers. Maybe that's the problem? (I'm kidding) Can someone help me understand why this code won't add a new record.   You have another potential error of logic.  After you do your

  Insert, your select query can return multiple rows.

  That being the case, perhaps the id that you pass to the next page

  not to be whatever you want.

  In CF8 +, you can use the result attribute to return the value of auto-generated ID of single INSERT statements.

  Im working on an exported AAF sequence from Avid, I imported it throught importer pro (im on CS6) like 'create movies of Quick Time reference to the avid media files' (flatten movie reference disabled)

  It's okay... the problem is as soon as I left AE, I can't open my project again! Before he stopped at 95% of loading, or 2%, and now just AE down while Im trying to import... Why?

  It's a problem with the anti-icing fluid, because some new plugins (optical flare) installed. I can't just start again all the time!

  Thank you. I already tried what you suggest Dave, did not work for me, the problem was something else.

  I finally found the answer on another forum a few days ago.

  I had to go to preferences > media & Disk Cache > uncheck "write XMP IDs files...". ' and 'create layer markers... '. "and instead using Pro Import to import AAF just by dragging in AE and everything worked like a charm.

  I heard that his best drag AAF directly in AE.

  I'm inserting records in a MySQL 5.0 DB and then enter the result. GENERATED_KEY and assigning my ID of objects field. Nothing spectacular here.
  
  In my test harness, everything works fine but when I download files to my host I get this error;

  Details of the fault:
  Error string: cannot call CFC - element GENERATED_KEY is undefined in QCREATERESULT.
  
  I thought that there must be a bug I introduced so I check my code and ensured that it worked on my system and Uploaded the cfc again just to be sure there was nothing broken in transit.
  
  Always had problems.
  
  So, I checked the Web and found that the MySQL Connector/J version 5.1.5 has a problem with that. I contacted my provide my Site host and has asked to check the environment that I was for me.
  
  I was told it is ColdFusion 8 (as it should be.)
  
  At the beginning when I asked what version of Connector/J server on that I had used on me version 3.51. This is not a version of connector for all those of you who did not have to deal with it. (At least one that would have shipped with CF8.) That sounded more like the version of the MySQL server, but I was supposed to be on a 5.0 Server and my account information specify also the same, so I let this drop for now.
  
  After having to explain how to find a way to know what the version of the connector was attached their support they told me that it was 5.05 (has happened to the version that I already told him was the version I thought comes with CF8, if I'm wrong.)
  
  And I asked him to confirm that the DB was version 5.0.
  
  So assuming that told me the truth. I can't find a reason why the GENERATED_KEY are not returned.

  Again, this works in my lab. (CF8, MySQL 5.0, Apache, standard Connector/j) That is what it is?
  
  Personally, I think that my environment is not what it was supposed to be regardless of what I was told. The rep that I was talking doesn't seem to know much about ColdFusion and at the end of the conversation, he said as well and opened a ticket. Not very useful, but at least not rude.

  Found the problem.
  The environment has been set up correctly, but the DSN apparently obtained the value a MySQL 3.51 Driver to the administrator.
  It's something that my hosting service, I have no control on however I also don't even think about asking them to check for me either. I forgot that CF has even a version 3 driver for MySQL.

  So my hats off to HostMySite technicians who concluded that, for me and for anyone having the same problem, I suggest you also check the same.

• Problem with SB6141 Surfboard Arris

  Hi all! I went to Time Warner Cable today for my ISP and had bought an Arris SB6141 cable modem to save on rental fees. I have the newer model of the most extreme airport, and my Mac running OS X Yosemite v. 10.10.5. I can't get the AE or Mac recognizes the modem cable. TWC could ping the modem and I can directly connect my laptop to the modem work and connect. I searched and tried several of the suggestions on other positions, without success.

  I'm not a COMPUTER specialist, at a basic level any help would be appreciated, including recommendations or suggestions on a different modem to buy.

  When you bought the modem and it hung up... you had to call TWC for the modem allowed to work with their service, then correct?

  I searched and tried several of the suggestions on other positions, without success.

  We do not know what you have tried and tried... and you don't really want to ask you to do things you've already done.  Please provide a summary of the things you have tried as a result of your search.

  Finally, and unfortunately, the SB6141 is known to have problems with Apple routers... or vice versa, depending on your view. Both are good products... but they do not seem to work well together for some users.

  For example, you may need to make a decision between keep the modem and try another router, or keep the AirPort Extreme and try another brand of modem.

  I checked on the Internet and saw that there might be a problem of "Codecs". To avoid this, I exported the sequence IMovie with Codecs of same as one of my video camera files.

  Now, if I compare the files exported from I Movie and those of my video camera, they have identical characteristics. However, the soundtrack will always disappear when I merge them.

  How would you"merge" files? (I.e. a "QuickTime" format is any form of data compatible with the platform of supply and the specific structure of QT incorporated into real employment that is stored in a container of MOV file on any of up to 99 tracks possible). Also, what app do you use for reading the file 'merged '? (For example, some media players ignore secondary audio tracks as a result of some methods of 'fusion' of files so it is important to know how the files are "merged," whether or not the audio data are "scattered" several tracks, and/or if the Media Player supports playback of multiple, sequential audio popular.)

  Shared albums are essentially photo streams. They will always show the photos in the order that add you them to the album.  If you want your photos to appear in a specific order, you must add them to the album individually, one by one, exactly in the order of your choice.  You cannot add all photos in an album at once - which will give unpredictable results.

  For example, to create a new album with your photos.  Then ctrl-click on the album and select "Keep arranged by Date, oldest first" to sort the album.  Now add each photo from the album shared individually.  There will be a lot of work.
