• Problem with sansa e250

  I have a proplem with my sansa e250 after upgrade. Now, I can't start my sansa. The sansa is frozen. Simply appear SanDisk logo on the screen, the blue wheel lite and that's it.

  I tried several times to reset it by pressing the power on button (menu) for more than 15 sec. It power from this, but when I try to start it again the problem persists - sansa e250 froze after sandisk will apear on screen logo.

  Please help me

  I'm in recovery mode. I downloaded a safe recovery tool (e200fw01.00.12), but when I start it up I got a message from what ERROR Application failed to read the version details!

• Major audio problem with merged Clips

  Try this once again, having a major problem since update works with merged clips.  I merge all my video and audio clips into a project of prior work flow in first pro.  I'll be shooting my images, tagged and synchronized in the project.

  Because the first does not have more than 1 project open at the same time, I copied the files, closed before workflow project and opened my feature film project that I worked for.  Copied clips merged bin, I click on a clip, video plays well, but there is no audio playback.

  I try to import the project files of prior workflows by using the import project feature, keep that real merged clips (like the rest of my project is this way) still no sound.  I cleaned my cache of media, reset preferences, even uninstalled first and redownloaded.  Problem persists.

  Can you help me understand what the question is whether I can go back to making progress on this feature of finishing project?

  Here's my workflow and no problems so far.  I do it this way because I found after all files in the project was originally crash constantly when I was working.  I have a new I7' processor IMac with 24 GB of RAM.  And since the first does not allow to open multiple projects at the same time (wish it would change.  Avid and FCP both allowed several projects) that I have to do things this way.

  Before workflow project file

  Label all the video and Audio files to match the scene #' / takes

  The value in points on all the video and audio in order to reflect the slate

  Merge Clips

  Functional project file

  Import only Clips merged into Project.  Import or copy/paste

  Now, I did this workflow from the beginning about.  Removing all the source video and all the audio clips of my work project remain while my bins containing my merged clips.  Had no problem and edit has been smooth.  Did a day pickup last week, followed the same steps as I did in the past, imported clips merged into my work project and clips have audio, set to none by default.  Now, once I'm in the sequence I can manually set and this is, but I can't read the audio data in the source monitor, which is how to change, there is no reason, I should have to go back in the manner of the crappy editing with FCP copy and paste from a sequence.

  Able to repro.  Bug was noted.

• Adobe has not corrected this problem with AVCHD clips extends on?

  I thought for sure that the problem of split clips would be resolved in CS5.  Unfortunately, after installing today, I found that the problem still exists, and I have to continue to use the mts merge tool. It's just another unnecessary step in the workflow. Did I miss something?

  Just to confirm that it was always a problem for me but with CS5 simply import the folder containing the elements - this means that if you use Panasonic HMC150/151, then you need to have downloaded PRIVATE folder structure on your hard disk and then perform a normal import but instead of import files, you need to hit the import > Import folder and select the folder PRIVATE. All your more than twenty-minutes clips now will come clean and put together!

• Problems with Sansa e280 (8Gb) - lots and lots of problems!

  Hi everyone, I tried looking for answers to this problem in forums and technical support, but since he seems to have worsened, I thought I'd see if anyone can help me.

  My Sansa was bugged for a while, but finally stopped work and say "unable to load image" (as many others have known). I tried to download the update for Sansa, who was installed, but could not then find updates, even if my device is connected.

  So I tried the manual way and downloaded the firmware myself. At this point, I could always go into recovery mode. I transferred files and unplugged the unit. He seemed full of hope, he was installing but the screen went black and the blue ring stays on. For a time looong.

  Now the only thing that he meets is the power button, which when pressed, gives the ring to go blue and the screen do nothing. Recovery mode will not work. Is there something to what I can do? In another post, someone suggested that the battery might help - thoughts?

• 2015.4 - problem with loading clips

  Hello! My problem started after the update first to the new version 2015.4 a few days ago. He is the Director of product compatible for audio/video programs... it can't be everywhere, and special technical support isn't necessarily his job. • Problems with DVD clips

  I'm editing a project for a friend... most of the project were shot on a Sony PD150 in 16 / 9.  At the end of the credits, he wanted to put in a very short clip from a previous film, it like a logo.  He gave me a DVD of the film.  Only one problem, it's that the fastener itself is not true widescreen the DVD is 4:3 letterbox to 16:9.  If it is a small box in the screen which is probably okay since it's just a logo (we can probably throw the production company name in black areas).

  The biggest problem is that when I tried to rip the DVD (using DVDx), the clip does not work at first.  I can view the clip very well in a media player program, but when they are imported into the project at first, he does not play correctly.  Usually, the image is stuck on one of the first few frames in the clip.  There are several options on DVDx I'm not terribly familiar with, and I was wondering if one of these options needs to be tweeked to get a clip that will play in first properly.  Or maybe is there another program I can use to hook this clip of the DVD so it will play in the first.

  I seriously need only about 4 or 5 seconds of this 90-minute film, but in DVDx, I had to rip the whole movie (only to find out that it does not work with the first).  Is there an easier way to hang just this clip?

  If you are up-to-date (4.2.1), you can simply import a VOB file. Nothing to tear.

• Problems with video clip inside another MC button

  So I solved a problem earlier thanks to this site, but she has created a different problem. I could find a way to get an external text to load into a text inside a music box. However, the problem is I want to have a series of buttons also inside the MC which will change, delivery, the text in the (loading area in the text to another file).   I guess what to expect, I hang on the file... OK, did you give the button the instance name 'more'? ("btn_about2") is not there in the file I have. The mp3s are inside audio.swf, it is not streaming. When I play just audio.swf by himself, it sounds good, but if it is loaded within home.swf it doesn't.

  Looks like probably tore the battery cable loose. This seems to be a common problem with the Clip. I hope is not as vulnerable to this problem than the clip Rev1 rev2 Clip. If your clip is set to connect in MTP mode, then on your pc you can check tharge on the battery. This could help you confilm it's battery cable that fell off. If you have your receipt when you bought it, and it's less than a year, you could RMA return to Sandisk for repair under warranty. Otherwise, you could open yourself and solder the wire on. Depending on where you are, it might cost $30 or more for an electronics store to fix it. In this case, either it is logical to set, or buy a new player.

• Transfer from Windows Media Player to Zip Sansa Clip

  In the end, I am creating playlists on my Sansa Clip Zip. So I think THAT I have to create a playlist in Windows Media Player and then sync my Sansa Clip Zip. For some reason any I am only able to see 5 playlists, but I know that I have created several of them. In fact, if I try to create a new play list using a name I know, I created, it is said that there are already. How can I see ALL my playlists?

• Sansa Clip + does turn on at all!

  My Sansa Clip + (4 GB) will not turn on. I tried:

  • By pressing the power button while up to one minute
  • By pressing the power button and the Middle up to one minute button for
  • Plug USB wall adapter
  • Connect to computer

  No sign of life at all.

  I loaded full yesterday and I used it this morning, but an hour later it just stopped working.

  Help, please!

  I found the problem:

  Sansa clips don't work not in sous-zero temperatures, and when they fail, they are not off, so it's a combination of battery flat and temperature.

  FIX: In a setting slightly warm place (sometimes several days) just leave it plugged and turn it on.
