I plan photography to $ 9.99 per month, but whenever I want to use Lightroom CC repeat me my trial has expired and need to buy. Even if I already paid my monthly plan I follow instructions to buy, but to get the message that I already own the plan. So, I continue to go around and around in an endless loop. Someone knows how to fix the situation?

Problems using my creative cloud membership
I bought my membership creative cloud about a month ago and can not install one of the 'apps' on my computer. I installed it on my Mac with no problems, but I also own a Windows and can not do. When I click on the app (Photoshop / InDesign / Adobe Pro) it tells me that it cannot download it because I am not connected to the internet, but to access this page in the first place I had to be on the internet. To work around this problem, I downloaded them as tests and install without problem. But now, the testing has been completed and they more open. I tried to click on "license this software ' as I did on the Mac, he asks my WAA id and password. I typing, but it takes me nowhere. I joined the Adobe Creative cloud and bought an annual plan more 2 months free with Creative cloud as a user of University student. I could download apps (not in first instance) that was available in the plan, but since I reinstalled a new operating system on my Mac laptop, not only I was able to download only the apps for the trial, but found no order history in my account. As if I never bought the plan. Could someone help me with this problem?
