Purchase does not

Yesterday, I paid for two applications (after effects and first pro) cloud creatives and waited 24 hours as they say in the site and then I tried to open the application. When I open it, there is a message saying that my trial has expired. I tried to click the button "license this software" and it tells me that there is no subscription for this application. This happened to me before and I don't know how to fix it. In my account it is said that the purchase was completed successfully, but still I can't seem to open applications. Any help on this? I really want to start my project soon. Thank you!

  • Pokémon GO in-app purchase does not

    Something does not work with Pokémon GO in-app purchase on our iPhones. We have a family sharing put in place for 2 iTunes accounts: woman (iPhone SE) and husband (iPhone 6s), organizer of the family. We have all two beautiful little last released (not beta) versions of iOs. All our purchases worked for centuries and that they were using the credit card of the husband (VISA). Husband bought successfully in-app stuff in Pokémon GO, but woman buying does not work, it reflects the basic errors, something like "payment could not be done." See all the steps and combinations, I've tried:

    1. Despite everything has worked in the past, we have checked that everything is configured correctly - credit card data are valid and verified and family sharing is OK. Tried to make a purchase - did not work.

    2. next, we removed the woman from family and added it, tried again once - did not work.

    3. then we removed the woman of family and tried to make a purchase with a credit card (MasterCard), card verification succeeded, but the in-app purchase did not

    4. then we entered the husband the wife apple credit card account, card verification succeeded, but the in-app purchase still does not work.

    It is very annoying and it seems now that the problem lies within the wife iTunes account, cause Pokémon works so the Bank also works... Guys do you have any idea what I might be missing? Or maybe its simply a bug and somebody has a solution for this?

  • Download of streets & trips purchased does not work

    I've been using streets & trips 2011 and were prompted to download 2013. I finally decided to download the demo version of 2013, requested by the pop-up. The trial has expired, I went to the Microsoft Store and purchased the downloadable version of streets & trips 2013. It took an hour (Windwos 7 64-bit) and when he was done, I installed and then tried to run. I got was the old "The Trial Version has expired. I clicked 'Next' and was prompted to enter a product code. Yes, I did. He returned as code ivalid. I went to all programs > research and found 2013, but it was still the Trial Version has expired.   • "Transfer purchases" does not work

    Impossible to use the function "transfer purchases" using the iTunes program independently to know if I try to do it by using the 'Sync' option when you're connected to my PC or the ' transfer of files/devices/purchase"option."

    This problem exists on my laptop AND my desktop computer.

    All other functions work correctly. All purchases appear in the "cloud."

    If the option is there in iTunes, what's wrong?

    Running IOS 9.2 on a 6 and 9.2 IOS on iPad iPhone mini 2 also running iTunes 13.2 on a machine Win - 10.

    This product ALSO running Win 7.

    Pls advise if someone has a solution!

    A feature introduced with iOS 9 called thinning or slicing app app allows each device to download just the code and resources required by this device, resulting in smaller downloads and a better use of the storage on the device. Therefore the device is no longer the universal version of the application that can be installed on any device to transfer applications is no longer supported. I hope that Apple will bring some changes to how it works, but in the meantime, you can download past purchases from iTunes or activate the automatic shopping app downloads to ensure that iTunes has always the apps you want on your device. As long as you make sure that all of the apps are present and updates in iTunes before you attempt a restore there should be no loss of data. I cannot confirm, but it seems a way to recent update all data are restored and apps that are not in the library are waiting to download from the iTunes Store over Wi - Fi, in a similar way to the restoration of the iCloud way works.

  • My Xbox video content that you purchase does not work on Xbox or PC after changing regions.

    I have recently moved to the United Kingdom, however, shortly before this, I bought more than $ content $100 Xbox video (tv series). However, after the change in my area, I was horrified to discover that none of this content worked more.

    All content is available in the United Kingdom (I checked, and they are all UK programs in any case), so I expected no problems.

    My transaction history says that all this content has been purchased and I was wondering if there was some way that this problem could be solved, or maybe my Microsoft Points refunded?

    Apart from that, I also bought (while in the United Kingdom) the complete series of The Mighty Boosh. I bought this on the Xbox, but in the Xbox video PC (for Windows RT) application, a single episode appears. It works fine on the Xbox, and the only episode that appears on the PC works fine as well. I don't know if this problem is related, but if it is not, then, I'm a little disappointed by the number of serious problems with the Xbox video service (which had problems not solved with no video Xbox bought categorization of media, as well as worked fine before the update).

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • My purchase does not appear on my profile, even if I got the confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

    I already had an account set up to get the Lightroom trial for one of my classes.  A family member covered the year of all the apps for me as a gift, and I gave him all the information required to do so, including that my school email which I received the confirmation of purchase.  I assumed it meant I like being able to open the PIN creative cloud on my computer (Mac) and start to download the programs, but they always say 'Try' as if I did not buy them.  I looked on my profile and it wasn't that anything that is listed in my order history either.  I thought that maybe there was a delay but after reading online I don't think it is supposed to be.  I connected with the creative cloud downloaded apps on my Mac and connected, but also updated back to see if it would be updating the browser, but that did not take the case either.  I am new to adobe and know the programs for the school, better advice! Thank you.

  • CS6 purchase does not the

    On 12 January, I bought a copy of the CS6. It has been 2 days at the time of this post, and he said that my order is still in process. When I called Adobe customer service, I was told via automated message that Adobe can't stand this product and to consult the Web site, which, to my knowledge, has no way other than this to complain about this problem.     Contact Support again and be persistent with trying to get your set command.  First of all indicate that you have placed an order but it is nit yet completed their treatment.  Save telling them it's last CS6.  They could jump the gun if you say CS6 too early.
